It has three islands, 1 pump on each, but can only serve up to 5 vehicles at a time. Why? Because that one pump near the street, that looks like a satellite pump only has 1 nozzle. There's only a cashier's booth that has snacks and cigarettes. There's drink coolers in the back of the station. Gas prices are a little high here. Maybe because it's in a shopping center, and because there's no nearby competition. Also, the Shell brand is Top Tier gasoline, and is usually more expensive. I had a nice experience here. Very clean station.

Couldn 't use the the card reader at the pumped - out of service. Went it and discovered I couldn't pay by either cash or credit card. Leaving what? Payment by gummy bears? The interior shop shelves were largely bare and the clerk was pissed off and pissy. Hopefully all this is a sign that the business will soon turn over to new owners. In the meantime - find another place to buy your gasoline! It's expensive enough without the grumpy attitude and extreme hassle here.

I was there on a Thursday evening to meetup with a coworker. While I was waiting, I got some gas, snacks, a soda, and chatted with the cashier. The man working there was nice, and we talked about other gas stations, and who sells Top Tier fuels. The gas station was very clean and organized. I paid with a credit card, and he noted that they don't charge a fee for credit card use. He agreed that their gas prices are high, but they're in Los Altos and this is a prime location. Also, the restroom is on the outside and it was clean. Lots of parking. Maybe it's different in the daytime with a Trader Joe's store right next door. Note: Station has a Smog Check shop. Overall, a good experience and I would return.

I PAID for the gas in store & go back out to my car. I press the number I needed and then proceeded to input the gas in. The moment I did the computer states cancelled. I then go in and inform her what had happened and she immediately told me "it's your fault because you cancelled. She then told me I have to pay another transaction to get the gas. So I asked her I will be charged for both transactions and she said yes. I told her that is not fair because I did not even get the first transaction fulfilled. Isn't that illegal ? She started to get very rude and things got heated. I told her I am in health care and will be starting s 12 hour shift and she is being very combative. I then asked her if she can contact her manager so I can speak to him/her about the situation. She gave me a phone number. So I got back into my car and called the phone number on file. It kept ringing so I looked online and she gave me the store phone number. The whole time I was calling she was letting the phone ring. It was so unprofessional. So I go back inside and ask her why she would let the phone ring making me think it's the managers number and she laughed. She then called me "CRAZY" I work at Stanford and have never been so disrespected in my life. When I get to work, I informed a fellow employee and they ironically told me they had a incident with her too. That she was very rude.. Not to mention the narrow pinch points at both ends, making squeezing two cars through almost impossible without riding the curb (or risk losing a side view mirror). Doubt much thought went into the layout other than attempting to squeeze additional pumps into the given space. With all that said, I doubt the owner has the ability/status to make such high level decisions, so I'm just shouting at the wind here.
