I wish I could give this dump 'zero' stars! Management needs to hire some people that have at least a sliver of customer service skills and professionalism! Up until the other day, I use stop here several times a week to get my Slurpee fix, but NO more. Pulled up the other day to find another illegal vehicle (RedBull delivery truck) in the Handicap Stall. I have run across numerous vehicles illegally parked here, and the employees refuse to do anything about it! This time I went in, and asked the clerk behind the counter to tell the driver he's illegally parked, and needs to move, I'm a disabled handicap Navy Veteran, and there's nowhere to park. His response in a derogatory time said quote "if you have a problem, you tell him, he's standing right there!" Pointing at him. WTF?! I said quote "no, it's your job, it's your parking lot, you are required to enforce the ADA Laws." His response was "leave me alone, I'm busy'l He just glared at me as there were several customers in line. No problem, I submitted a complaint to 711 Corporate, and actually got an immediate response. They said they'd look into it, asking for exact time? Description of clerk. I doubt they will, but I won't be going here anymore. Interesting note; all the previous reviews were 1 Star except a couple that were over 2 years ago so that's gotta tell you something. Almost forgot, 711 Corporate told me they'd give me 10,000 reward points however nothing has shown up in my account. Surprise surprise! Go figure, a bunch of liars! read more

I guess you can't fault the 7-11 for its location. It is right next to the Sweetwater Inn. A lot of undesirable people go there because of the Inn. The parking situation is horrible. They try to fit as many parking spaces on this small piece of land. The employees are the only good thing here, they are always really cool and friendly. After reviewing my debit purchases from 2013 in preparation for tax season, its seems fitting that I write a review on this 7-11. Apparently I go there. A lot. 7-11 is headquarters for those with beverage-based dependencies. Mine are coffee and beer. Not at the same time, don't be ridiculous, Cousin Larry. Coffee for my commute to work as I sit with the herd of sheep on the 805, and beer for my days off. Nothing like a brewski and a Dance of Joy. This particular location is the Perfect place to come across some Stranger clientele. It's right next to the Sweetwater Inn which keeps things interesting. But as far as stock goes, I can happily say that there has never been a time when they didn't have coffee or beer. Not once. Every time, there's coffee, there's beer. Astonishing. The service is good, and I honestly believe that the workers here take pride in their coffee station. It's always neat and stocked. I would easily give this location a 5 star rating, if it weren't for the ominous feeling that your on the verge of being robbed at any moment. And I actually like that, I just figured most people wouldn't, so 3 stars it is. So yeah, its 7-11, you're gonna stop in regardless of what this review says. So enjoy. Thoughts that keep me up at night . Yeah I'm giving this store a 1 star due to the chola that was working the register back in October 2018 . I POLITELY asked her if I could use her restroom because my 4 yr old had an emergency and was about to have an accident she told me they do not have public restrooms and so I said ok well can I get a cup for my daughter to use or something and she told me yeah you have to buy the cup . I never write reviews because I don't feel i have anything to offer. But customer service stood out to me today and i felt compelled to ley everyone know! First, this place is always extremely clean and has well maintained stations. I came in today (03/23/18) while I wait for an oil change to get a cup of coffee. I tried it and it was luke warm. I asked if they had any hot coffee and she immediately started making fresh coffee. Great customer service and I really appreciated it! I didn't feel like it bothered her at all. Poor customer service. Brought in a brand new refillable coffee cup that I got as a gift. It had a sticker on it that said "Free 1st fill". When I went to pay, the cashier asked if this was a new cup, I told her yes, so she scanned my free coffee sticker & then removed it, which I expected, then would be on my way, BUT then she said she'd have to charge me $1.25 for the cup??!! I explained that this was a brand new cup (I obviously had to remove the plastic wrapping so I could fill it with coffee before I got to the store), and she said I had to "show her the cup when I walked in the store". No where did it say that, so how would I have known?? So, basically I got my "free coffee" but I had to pay for the cup, which I GOT AS A GIFT. I get my iced coffee here on weekends -- refill your own cup (20 oz. or less) for $1.49! I've always received good service from the employees, and feel for them while they're trying to help annoying customers who are high/drunk/on their phones/just plain stupid. My only complaint is the parking lot and trying to turn out onto Sweetwater, but 7-11 can't really fix that. read more

this is a very convenient spot by freeway. When I walk in , am always greeted. Parking lot is crowded, but must mean lots of people like it!
