The coffee is delicious! I love when they have speciality drinks. The baristas are always so friendly.

When I'm in National City, Home Coffee is my go-to for coffee and to do work outside of the office. The servers are always friendly, and take care in making each drink. My favorite is the Promise Land, which is made with espresso, honey, milk, and cinnamon. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, but i really like the decor and vibe inside. It is very common to see students and work from home professionals posted up with a laptop. I've never waited long for a seat and I enjoy the wide variety of cafe music they play, especially the 80s classics station!

We were craving Vietnamese coffee and found Home Coffee located in Sweetwater. The location is near LA fitness and I remember this place used to be an arcade center back in the early 1990s. We're glad that we found this place as they have a lot of selections of coffee. We tried the Vietnamese cold brew, banana cream latte and banana Matcha. The place inside is well kept and the staff members were very nice and welcoming. All the coffees we ordered were very refreshing. The sweetness is balanced and love the texture of the cream on each one of them. Price is also affordable. We will certainly stop by again next time.

Stopped in to Home Coffee the other day on my way to work. Although the coffee was delicious, what stood out most was the incredible customer service. I unfortunately dropped my coffee in my car when leaving (bad day for anyone) but I desperately needed the energy boost so I went back in to re-purchase and the sweet barista remade it for me on the house. They also offered a rag to clean up if I needed it. They also wrote this sweet note on my cup. I will definitely be back! I got the Iced Lavender Latte with Oatmilk... delish!!

afternoon for a quick pick‑me‑up. They're running a February specials menu, so I ordered the strawberry matcha with oat milk and upgraded to ceremonial matcha (which costs extra). The matcha itself was okay, but pretty bitter -- even for me. It didn't seem fully mixed, so the bitterness was concentrated at the bottom. The strawberry cold foam was very minimal and the flavor was faint. The space, however, is nice and big with plenty of seating, which is great for groups. They also make drinks quickly, and there's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Still on the hunt for that perfect matcha.

Service was great! The place was a good place to go to for studying. I got the matcha and it was good!

Home has been on my list for a while now, but I'm hardly ever in the area. But today, I was! So I made sure I stopped in before my shift. I decided to order something from the seasonal menu. (Blueberry pancake latte) and when I tell you it was sooooo good! It's like if a blueberry poptart and coffee had a baby, but not too sweet or overwhelmingly blueberry. It was perfect! The staff was so sweet and welcoming. The place itself is huge with great natural lighting. There were a lot of people in there with laptops, I was surprised! Seems like a good place to do homework or gossip about work drama with the girlie pops. will definitely be back!

Immediately docking a star for no disclosure that this is a church cafe. Owned by the church. This should be on the company website clearly for people who want to go or not want to go because of it. Just seems misleading to not mention that. Anyway, let's get to the business at hand. The space was very cute. The interior was a bit small but there was a nice patio that said, the freeway noise was extremely loud from there. Now on to the food + drinks. I ordered the "Promise Land" latte and a chocolate muffin. Neither were bad, but they were just "meh" docking a second star for that.

I wish I would've come here sooner ! I got their iced black coffee and can confidently say it's so good. When I found out it had charcoal, cocoa, and coconut oil, I was definitely on edge at first - not gonna lie, but one sip in and I was completely sold. I fell in love fast. It's bold, smooth, and surprisingly balanced. I think I'd been here once or twice a long time ago, but I honestly don't remember what I ordered back then. All I know is this drink had me hooked and already planning my next visit! The atmosphere is super nice and welcoming, and the space is big, open, and roomy it's perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. Definitely coming back for more!

I ordered the Tahitian Vanilla Latte, which is one of the drinks they're known for. Overall it was pretty good, but I felt like my coffee was a little too warm when I first started drinking it for being an iced latte. It is a very aesthetic coffee shop with lots of tables, making it a good place to study. It can get very busy and loud, but doesn't feel too crowded due to how spacious the coffee shop is. There is plenty of parking as well.

Tried a coffee place I've never been to. The coffee was excellent, and the vibe is even better. The interior is super clean with plenty of open seating, plus they have a few tables outside with a big swing that's a great touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely a new favorite in National City!

I like that they open early in the day so I can grab a Vietnamese cold brew after a morning gym session. Service was friendly and quick. The space is very open. Good spot to work or study.

Love this place! Great selection of flavors and really good coffee! Good spot to work from too!

Great pistachio latte and a bag with all the vibes.

Food: Chili Crisp BFast Sando- (Biroche, Egg, Cheese, Bacon, Chiptole Aioli, Sesame Chili Crisp) Tots with House Seasoning - with Ranch Cup of Coffee Buko Pandan Latte Hot & Cold First the drinks were yummy. The hot Buko Pandan was stronger in flavor than the cold/iced drink. The tots were yummy and crisped perfectly but I'm not sure about the supposedly ranch dip. It was tangy for me. The Chilio Crisp Bfast Sando was delicious. It was so good that I want to return soon and have it again. The worker taking our order was very nice. He even mentioned about a restaurant in Vegas and asked if I've ever tried it-Public Us and yes I have. Overall, a great spot that can get very busy in the AM. The front window area has seats on one side and seats outside. It worked for us. Definitely will return.

It had such a balanced flavor! The Tiger tea with Boba was very earthy and subtle flavor but still so good! The Cheese Curds were freshly battered with a golden fry on it that really showed how clean their oil is! It's third ave I mean if you are from San Diego you know it's either neighborhood parking or the meters. Not a big deal though. I am greeted by Karely and her big smile, one of the baristas. It is tiny location but long, they have two gender neutral bathrooms at the end. A few tables to sit down inside and out. A cute bench with the view of third ave traffic. Interior decor is super cute I loved, one of my favs was this board they have which is a basically you pay a coffee forward and you put the sticky there for the next person to get their drink. I totally don't work there so I would just reconfirm what can be redeemed. Drink: I get an iced dirty chai WITH banana cold foam. 10/10 must try. They also offer matcha for you matcha lovers. What caught my eye were the perfectly decorated cream donuts sitting safely in the pastry display case. The different flavors were: pistachio (say no more), ube cloud, mango, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla! My husband let me choose which one to get since he's a gentlemen. So we ended up getting the ube one. It wasn't super ube forward taste but a faint ube taste was present. The donut dough was nice and soft. I think mostly the presentation was enticing but the flavor was just ok. The milky cornet pie that my husband chose was better than the ube donut IMO. In fact, I wish we bought 4 of those things!!! The cream was delicious (reminds me of a super smooth and not too sweet custard) and the crust around it was so yummy. It was gone in three shared bites. Matcha was nothing mind-blowing but I do think they use a good quality matcha for their matcha latte drinks. We got the iced matcha latte and it was a refreshing afternoon drink to go along with the cornet pie. We also bought a bag of sliced bread and it was very good quality and taste. Prices are meh, kind of on the same price range one would expect for a barkery similar to 85°C. Overall, not a bad place to go to for a sweet tooth's needs and afternoon pick-me-up beverage. I would love to try out their cake flavors next time, namely the Earl Grey cake, if we are ever in the same area again!
