It's smooth, and very flavorful with no bitterness at all. This is exactly what my wife and I were looking for. On top of how good the coffee is, I was able to get a decaf iced latte in 32 oz. Rather than make more, the barista (who couldn't have been friendlier) basically gave me an Americana on the house. Also very good. The seating area opens up to the church hobby where there are some large comfy chairs and couches, so you can get that, too, if you're there to catch up with friends.
