My daughter and I stopped by the Haddies Shell after our car wash on a Saturday evening. The store was all decorated with Halloween décor! It was pretty cool to see all of the ghoulish decorations! The convenience store was well stocked with snacks, drinks, and there was even a sandwich shop inside! There are several coffee machines and soda fountains inside Haddies Shell as well. The store is clean and well organized. We ended up purchasing a small bag of chips, bubble gum, and a dice candy lollipop. It wasn't too expensive either! It was a great experience at this Haddies Shell location! The team member at the register whom was helping us during the checkout process was quite friendly! I'd stop by here again. read more

I pay the same amount for a complete wash and attendant's hand-dry my vehicle at a different Haddies. I decided to try this one and found myself cleaning the entire outside of my vehicle because the automatic cleaner didn't do a good job. I'd rather go to a Haddies that hand dries my vehicle for the same price. This was an awful experience for me and I won't be coming back to this Haddies. If you are not going to have attendants to hand dry your vehicle here, then you may consider adjusting the price as such. Just my suggestion. read more

Clean, friendly staff! I had to wash my car today, so I headed to Haddies to cash in my coupon for an upgrade car wash. Love their car wash and dry area for cars. Anyways, while inside, I could smell something being prepared at their Eats counter. Now I have been inside many times but never gave a thought to ear at a gas station. But I saw a special for a pastrami with provolone cheese at a great price! So I ordered one. It was made to ord9er and waited only 5 mins wait. Omg, it was meaty and delish, very unexpected. I ate my sandwich at one of their two tables. I must try one of their other menu options next time. Heck, they sell other items to add to your food order. Oh, and they serve breakfast too! read more

We live in Anthem and on the way up the 95 we stopped in here, now we only needed some waters, snacks and a bathroom break so we were in and out fairly quickly, good looking and clean place and everything we needed. BUT, later we agonized over a lost wallet, it had been over 4 hours and we really didn't know what happened, i retraced our trip and thought maybe just call up and ask, the lady on the phone right away recognized the situation and had the wallet in the back, there is a lot of ways this could have gone but the staff here saved the day and saved us from a lot of hardship by being honest and providing excellent service, and for that they deserve praise and a chance for your business, i can tell you that i will go out of my way to patronize honest places like that. Shell gas is awesome as it is produced separately from generics however the bearded manager needs customer service training. Unless he is on a work release program, or is kin to the owner, his behavior and attitude towards the customers he finds more intimidating than himself is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any company wishing to receive a profit from every customer. Power struggles are for the powerless and show a lack of humility, self-control, and regard for the dollar that drives business. $999,999 is short of the million when an offended customer walks out without purchasing, or cancels two memberships to the car wash. Really wish I found this place earlier. The car wash is low car friendly which is the biggest perk for me. Not only that they also scrub the car down before you actually get into the wash. It's definitely worth the unlimited wash considering that it would only take two washes to cover the cost. Definitely a place to go to if you wanna keep your car clean. Really wish it was touchless but the car still came out clean. The dryer wasn't half assed either and the vacuum station also had compressed air which helped dry the car even more. read more

Buyers beware and check your bank statement! Found a $16.25 overcharge on a bank statement from May 3, 2021. After I bought gas for $40.00+ then drove through the car wash, that I pay a monthly fee for my car. I checked my bank statement, and found an overcharge. I called my bank and they said they would have to block my card and get a new card. Not an option! So I've been a customer since they opened. I've been happy since that time. Today I went in to resolve the overcharge with the Manager. She made all kinds of accusations that it was my fault. and then when I reassured her it was their mistake and showed her a copy of the bank statement with the overcharge, she said she couldn't help me and I have to go to my bank, when a simple credit would have sufficed. I guess I will go elsewhere from now on and they lose $400.00+ of business a month over this! By the way, if you call the main headquarters. Don't expect any information. I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed before in my life, then when I went into Haddies today! Ive also never experienced worse customer service before in my Entire life! My husband and I went in here today to get a drink and a Few other things and as I entered The store the front store clerk (I think his name is Chris ) , gave me a smirk and I felt that he kind of laughed at me to himself (I even mentioned this to my husband while still in the store before checking out) So when we got to the checkout he said , I almost refused y'all service , become of "HER" and then proceeded to go on a rant to my husband about how he thinks I'm so rude to him and I never say hello and I make him feel like I'm better than him! He said all of this to my husband in front of like 5-7 other customers and then went on to say he would "service my husband because he is so nice"! I could not believe how unprofessional this mans actions were and he really hurt my feelings in front in front of my husband and the other customers! New gas station is very nice! Purchased the unlimited car wash package and besides it NOT being open 24 hours, they will also shut the car wash down if it's not busy :/. I was excited to have a car wash on that side of highway 95 but I can only give it two stars because of the car wash issue disappointment. I recommend they run the car wash 24 hours and keep attendants there to prewash your car when available. read more
