    Beware they rip off
    Jaay A.

Horrible customer service at this location. I try to avoid coming here. They always try to offer cookies or "fresh" donuts. When you refuse they get mad. Before very careful because twice if caught them adding unwanted items to charge. I called them out and they get bothered. Make to always check the cart before paying. They also skip the rewards options with money off so we cannot redeem.

New owners are kind, friendly , and provide great customer service. The store is clean and organized. Best of all they baked fresh delicious cookies everyday.

    1. Be careful with what they charge you for. 2. Count your money. The guy you'll see in the pictures ripped me off. Long story short, I came here a couple of months ago to buy a hot dog. I got the only one left and proceeded to put some chili and cheese on it. The guy behind the counter looked not too happy for some reason. Then I asked him for some napkins which made him more unhappy. I don't know what the hell was this guy's problem. Then he went and tore off a piece of bathroom paper towel dispenser roll which was sitting at the counter top. I said don't you have any napkins. So he reluctantly reached and gave me 1 napkin. Lol Anyway, when it was time to pay, he decided to charge for an entirely different hot dog which they didn't even have. I said that's not the price posted there. He said that's what's in his system. So I paid and left. I then counted my changed and realized that on top of the fact that he charged me more for what I bought, he also short changed me by about 60 cents. So I decided that NO I'm not gonna let this fool rip me off. It's a lot of money but it was the principal. I went back in and said hey you charged me too much but then you also ripped me off from the change. He said, "you out too much chili and cheese" I said I don't care what you think. You have to charge me correctly and give me my money correctly also. I want the rest of my money back. So since he knew exactly what he had stolen from me, he gave me back exactly that much. I had forced him to print a receipt where you can see he charged me for a Spicy Hot Dog which was NOT what I had. Also he put that I gave him $3.06 in cash. That was not true. I gave him $4 but he gave me back a bunch of pennies and nickels not totaling the 94 cents he owed me. Lying petty thief. I used to shop here often, but since then, No More. Be careful if you shop here.

I literally just stop by 711 at 7:03 and got these taquitos I ate one of them and I did not see until I was going to eat the second one

I was intrigued when I saw a spot that I had never heard of with a good yelp rating, I had to check it out. After reading a few of the reviews, and looking at the photographs I was sold. The Antidote delivery was close by, but let me tell you I had difficulty finding it. I want to make sure that others are aware of the challenge because it is definitely worth it. The issue is the signage. I was confident when I walked in and told Arthur, the gentleman behind the counter, that there was no sign, indicating Antidote Delivery, he politely corrected me. It turns out that next to the "market" sign there is an exclamation mark Which shows antidote delivery. My eyes went right over it and I never saw it, as a result I found myself circling around, trying to find the correct location. Once you find it, you may be hesitant to enter thinking that this is just a liquor store. In fact, this market has been here for 25 years and they prepare a fresh submarine sandwich that is delicious. So here is what you need to know upfront, the ambience is not desirable, so plan on a takeout. But if you're looking for a local business with a fresh delicious submarine sandwich, I would give this a try. Arthur was very kind to explain that they do deliveries within 5 miles for $2.99. So if you live within 5 miles you can order your sandwich and have it delivered. It's convenient because it's also a liquor store. You can order anything else at the same time and have that included for that nominal fee. It's always nice to support local places, this feels like a family business but I didn't ask so I'm not sure. One thing I'm certain of, I will be returning.

They have plenty of selection but the deals weren't worth it. So I didn't buy anything. The store is well stocked, organized, and some part isn't well lit though. The employee greets you upon entering the store which is great. Parking is plenty that is shared with other businesses. Location is a little bit on the down side area. Holiday decors are on display.

Do better with your service and drop the attitude. She ignored me and started to talk to her coworker, as I said thank you, no acknowledgement. Sad, I can tell people don't like their jobs. This is the last time I visit this low budget location, parking is a nightmare and people are rude, homeless asking for money, cars are rude to pedestrians. It stressed me out just going over to pick up one item from here.

I also loved the new self check-in pad at the pharmacy -- no need to give your information verbally anymore, it's all electronic now. Such a convenient upgrade! I also want to give a big thank you to Josh (I hope I have the name right), the security guard. There was a lot of theft going on for a while, but since Josh has been there, he's always doing a great job, and his customer service is 5-star. Please give him some recognition for helping keep the store safe and enjoyable to shop in. To the managers: keep up the good work, and thank you for being there for the public. Tarzana CVS gets 5 stars, and security is #1. The female security guard is also always very nice and attentive. Thank you again!

You've seen the neon that the Tarzana CVS pharmacy is open 24 hours?…read more Don't believe it. Consider it closed between 1 and 4:15 a.m. I've gone in twice around 1:40 a.m. and found the shutters closed. On the first occasion three or four people were waiting for 2:10 a.m., when a sign says someone will be back. My visit wasn't urgent, but I wonder if some of those people were coming from ER. Supposedly, I learned on my second visit (thinking the first closure was an aberration), the pharmacy closes from around 1 to 2:30, reopens for a half-hour, then closes again from 3 to 4 for computer update. Supposedly they reopen at 4, but I remember a time when it was closer to 4:15 before my shuttle-banging got them to open. (I repented my annoyance when I talked with the attendant.) I don't know how they rationalize such dismal service -- if the 1 a.m. closing is for lunch, why can't they have lunch at 3 when they're forced to close for computer update? -- but I do know my current impulse is to seek another pharmacy, even if it forces me to venture out on hot days to get in long air-conditioned lines. PS: I suppose some attendants will say "I'll starve if I have to wait until 3," but I've learned that even a cup of water or a quick nibble of something will appease the hunger. The delay, for me, makes lunch all the better.
