I stopped by this 7 Eleven to get some 7 select snacks because I was in the area and wanted to use my T-Mobile Tuesday code. Since I came in the early morning, I found parking easily in the small plaza this store is in. This store isn't as big as others but it works for them. The man working was very polite and helpful when I was looking for a particular chip brand. The slurpee and drinks machine is toward the end of the store. I rated this 7 eleven a one star because we I went in it smelled like fish and they charged me or gum that I did not buy and they were very rude and the lady that was woke spilt my coffee on my and I got burnt and she sill charged me for the coffee I don't recommend coming to this location. read more

Horrible customer service at this location. I try to avoid coming here. They always try to offer cookies or "fresh" donuts. When you refuse they get mad. Before very careful because twice if caught them adding unwanted items to charge. I called them out and they get bothered. Make to always check the cart before paying. They also skip the rewards options with money off so we cannot redeem. read more

I just had the worst experience just now. The cashier was rude and on the phone the whole time customers were there I bought a hotdog and the onions were definitely rancid and going bad. I asked the cashier for a bag and he didn't hear me so once the transaction was done he had to charge me $.20 again on my credit card and was totally rude about it and I'm pretty sure the drinks I bought were priced wrong and too expensive from what the sign said. Mix and match Deals!! For only $2.49 to $4!! One thing that's hard to deal with living in LA is having a ton of free time not very much money and really no where to go early in the morning. Luckily in LA there's no shortage of 7-Eleven's I literally live near seven of them LOL what made them very attractive these days they have perfectly budgeted snacks that are not only healthy but also priced right. Going to a place this early in the morning we end up making friends. My favorite snack is the Buffalo chicken roller, even though I could only eat those once a month at my age LOL but I had to try the tilapia sandwich which six in the morning came out very well I recommend getting it with the tartar sauce will add a little bit of flavor but still the fish and the buns were moist not dry and very flavorful... 1. Be careful with what they charge you for. 2. Count your money. The guy you'll see in the pictures ripped me off. Long story short, I came here a couple of months ago to buy a hot dog. I got the only one left and proceeded to put some chili and cheese on it. The guy behind the counter looked not too happy for some reason. Then I asked him for some napkins which made him more unhappy. I don't know what the hell was this guy's problem. Then he went and tore off a piece of bathroom paper towel dispenser roll which was sitting at the counter top. I said don't you have any napkins. So he reluctantly reached and gave me 1 napkin. Lol Anyway, when it was time to pay, he decided to charge for an entirely different hot dog which they didn't even have. I said that's not the price posted there. He said that's what's in his system. So I paid and left. I then counted my changed and realized that on top of the fact that he charged me more for what I bought, he also short changed me by about 60 cents. So I decided that NO I'm not gonna let this fool rip me off. It's a lot of money but it was the principal. I went back in and said hey you charged me too much but then you also ripped me off from the change. He said, "you out too much chili and cheese" I said I don't care what you think. You have to charge me correctly and give me my money correctly also. I want the rest of my money back. So since he knew exactly what he had stolen from me, he gave me back exactly that much. I had forced him to print a receipt where you can see he charged me for a Spicy Hot Dog which was NOT what I had. Also he put that I gave him $3.06 in cash. That was not true. I gave him $4 but he gave me back a bunch of pennies and nickels not totaling the 94 cents he owed me. Lying petty thief. I used to shop here often, but since then, No More. Stopped at this 7-11 for a quick lunch. I walked in went to the nacho machine and started preparing my nachos. The machine ran out of cheese. While the clerk was chasing around her young child I told her that the machine was out of cheese. She checked it and stated that it would need to be refilled. I waited patiently while she helped customers at the counter. When she finished she stood there looking out the door. I patiently waited a few more moments and politely asked if she was going to refill the machine. Her reply was, "oh, are you waiting I didn't know you were waiting." She then found a clerk in the back and asked him to check the machine. He comes out says that the cheese will have to be refilled and then stands there. He then says, "oh but the cheese is frozen. Here we have one clerk who didn't care to really help and another who can't keep a nacho machine filled. I'd pass this 7-11 up if you are looking for one. Thank goodness I found the only 7-Eleven in all of Los Angeles that doesn't smell like moldy coffee grounds and sadness. Today when I went in it smelled like fresh baked cookies, because they just baked some cookies! And the lady that works there is super nice! I wish I could remember her name. For the most part, a 7-Eleven is a 7-Eleven but at least this one has always smelled clean when I went inside. read more

This is my go to store but recently there has been a women and her child I'm assuming the wife of the owner the women makes everyone uncomfortable, she's rude to customers as well me twice , is on the phone constantly doesn't even realize people are walking in during night hours . I won't be coming back if she is behind the register, if you walk into a store you expect a greeting at least when cashing out she's just miserable you can clearly tell . read more

Writing a review for a 7-11 is not something I would normally think to do but this one is exceptional. Usually a 7-11 will have people loitering around or looking dirty but the owner at this location does a great job to keep it safe for the community. It is right across the street from a preschool so it's very appreciated by families. The only worry is that the corner of white oak and Roscoe can be very dangerous for car accidents, so if possible, try to enter the parking lot from the side streets. Whenever I stop in I'm greeted nicely and treated well. Thanks for being the best! :) read more

Second time the same kid has tried to charge for 3 packs of cigarettes when only 2 were purchased. When the error was pointed out he never apologized he just removed the extra pack and carried on. He never greets anyone and doesn't seem like he wants to be there. I seriously think he tries to charge people for extra packs so he can either take the extra pack for himself or pocket the extra cash. Either way I feel insulted that he thinks I wouldn't catch the SAME MISTAKE TWICE!! I may consider going to other 7-11's since there is one on ever street. They seem to be the Starbucks of the Valley. If you decide to come to this location at night be sure to double check that you are not over charged for something because if it happens once I can see it maybe being a mistake but happening twice? We are closer to the one on Roscoe/Balboa but we routinely come here because the coffee is hot and full, and Norma is always efficient and friendly and puts a smile on our faces for the work day. read more

Awesome new 7/11 location that has been in the neighborhood for the last six years and has always provided with the best assortment and selection of drinks and beverages. The family owned Indian location is very friendly and addresses you by your first name since it is very locals only basis here. Always come for my drinks and any other snacks I need. read more

I absolutely love this place. It's a younger crowd that works here and they are always lively, polite and friendly. One of the few 7-Eleven establishments that sell food other than hot dogs, haven't tried it though. This store is clean and neat which is always a plus!!! read more
