    Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread

If you redeem points, don't expect your food to be up to standard. We used to come here every weekend and it was satisfactory. But lately, the food/beverages quality has dropped off along with the staff's demeanor. I redeemed points on a latte today but also ordered munchkins & a bagel with cream cheese. The staff didn't acknowledged me when I came to pick up my online order. Normally the cream cheese amount is superb, more is great and a ton is perfect. Today I got a pathetic amount on one side of the bagel... barely the amount in a single serve pack.

I have fond memories of trips to NYC with my grandpa when I was a kid. He would always take me to Dunkin' for a Boston Kreme Donut. At the time where weren't any Dunkin' Donut shops in Los Angeles, which made it even more special. When this place opened about 6 years ago, I was excited and went for a Boston Kreme. Sadly, it didn't taste as good as I remembered, and I never went back. I stopped in the other day for a coffee before the gym because my first choice was closed. This time I decided to try something different and got a coffee cake muffin. The cinnamon crumb topping was good, but the muffin was dry (even though it was 7 a.m.). You place your order at the kiosk and someone will call you when it's ready. The store was tidy, and the lady behind the counter was nice but I think my love affair with Dunkin' is over.

One star off because coffee tasted a bit watered down and hash browns were just okay. Very dry and hard to bite...... parking sucks unless you go early morning then it is empty right in front of the store (street parking). I got the $6 meal deal and it was worth it! The only thing I loved out of this meal deal was only the croissant with sausage egg and cheese. It was so delicious and the croissant did not harden over time. It took me awhile before I finished it. Would come back for meal deal again but I hope they improve on the quality of coffee and hash brown.

Breakfast in Pasadena, California... Because I have the Dunkin' app, I'm more likely to patronize this chain. There are great incentives like a $3 Latte, or a $6 meal, which includes a Breakfast sandwich and hash browns with a drink! The deals change often, so I must check my app before ordering! Today, I placed a mobile order and only waited a few minutes for my meal: Green Goddess wrap and an iced Pumpkin hazelnut coffee for a little over $7.50 - since Oat Milk has an upcharge. It was a refreshing pick-me-up! I parked quickly on the street (Lake Avenue) for free. I knew I'd be there for just a little while. Service was efficient and friendly in this clean, cozy, busy shop. There's outside dining available. Inside is mainly takeout with a merchandise display... and of course, fresh Donuts in the showcase!

Crew doesn't know how to packed donuts in a bag. I ordered 4 donuts with frostings, 1 old fashioned and 4 munchkins, they just shoved it in like garbage. Frostings ruined.

The donuts here are good for the most part. The donuts are fresh and sometimes a little too chewy. I always love to order at least Half Dozen Donuts of a (3) Sprinkles Donuts and (3) Glazed Donuts. The service here is fast and efficient even if they have lots of orders right in person or through the Mobile Order. The staff are always welcoming and nice to their customers and that they really love to serve the community and help them with whatever they may need. The ambiance here is nice and welcoming. When you walk through those front doors, you'll smell those delicious sweet donuts coming out of the oven. Would definitely come back here for some donuts whenever I am craving.

You won't find a designated spot and risk a ticket waiting for curbside. Pasadena is no joke when it comes to those. Not worth it.

This place made my last visit not so bad by offering a credit so I gave them another chance. Again they ran out of bagels so they substituted it with something else. Id driven away by the time I noticed since they don't tell you. There is definitely no designated spot for pick up as I doubled checked while waiting in the red. I was told there was but someone wasn't being honest. Theres plenty of other spots to get what they offer here for me to keep trying. Won't be doing that again.

Our non-profit was in a bind when we had a vendor pull out of an event at the last minute. I was frantically calling and messaging breakfast places less than a week before our workshop. The next morning Jordan from Dunkin *called me* and said that their VP had seen my cry for help and wanted to donate donuts and coffee for our entire group. This Dunkin saved the day! Thank you Dunkin and thank you Jordan for your kindness and help. Our attendees started the day well caffeinated and with full and happy bellies!!! #WestCoastSongwritersRunsOnDunkin

    Ask the Community - Dunkin'

    How is parking?

It was fine when I went although there were no attendants and the barrier things were up. They do have 90 minutes free for customers though so I think it should be ok if it was in service.

Did the name change from Dunkin Donuts to Dunkin' make a difference to any of you?

None whatsoever. They just joined the long list of rebranding.

    When will they open?

In 2 days from 8/15/17 thereabouts

If you're looking for a cozy, screen free coffee hangout that feels personal and social friendly…read morespace Two Kids is the spot. We'll definitely be back! It's small and cozy, but that just adds to the charm and creates this intimate, relaxing vibe. Highlights Great public parking behind the shop. The service is fantastic and the two guys that I met were genuinely friendly and makes you feel welcome right away. The shop has a sign saying no laptops inside, and honestly, I loved it. It turns the place into a true social space where people actually talk to each other instead of staring at screens. The seating is thoughtfully arranged facing the windows, so beautiful natural sunlight pours in and gives everything such a warm, uplifting feel. They make their own oat milk in-house, and it makes such a difference our drinks tasted absolutely delicious, rich and smooth. The whole place just has great vibes all around.

The crisp taste of well-brewed coffee and chai is refreshing. (Important: Cash is not accepted. Bring card or contactless payment. Also, this is a "Laptop Free Establishment." They have no available electrical outlets and no customer internet.) I arrived at Two Kids (South Pasadena) on Tuesday (around 12:28PM). Parking is free and available. Two Kids (South Pasadena) is located across from South Pasadena City Hall. There's a competitive, free lot in the rear; it's a "4 Hour Parking Limit." Also, there's available, competitive free street parking. Staff is very mellow, professional, and respectful. Staff politely answered all my questions, and Staff felt very low stress. This location is surprisingly popular, and Staff easily breaks into friendly conversation. My drink took about three minutes. As mentioned, I ordered the Espresso w/ Milk & Chai ($6.75 - Iced). The drink is very underwhelming, but it's 1000% better than any chain coffee joint. The Espresso w/ Milk & Chai had a light enduring caffeine, and its flavor is very basic and simple. I would not drive a long distance for these drinks, but if I lived in the immediate area, this business is an easy spot to incorporate into a daily routine. It's affordable and good enough. On ambiance, Two Kids (South Pasadena) happily embraces its "just good enough" features. It lacks many basic amenities; there's no restroom, no customer internet, and no electrical outlets. They proudly have MANY little signs proclaiming how it's a "laptop free establishment." The location is also small; there's about two counter tables and three tiny stool tables. However, Two Kids (South Pasadena) is comfortable. I especially appreciated the air purifier and the strong ventilation. The place felt airy and refreshing. Also, the stereo system is very clear and with chill music. They even had one tiny bottle of hand sanitizer by the counter. It's also very animal friendly since I saw customers walk inside with their dogs on the leash. Overall, Two Kids (South Pasadena) feels built to serve the local community. It's not an impressive spot, but there's glimpses of passion for locals. If you live nearby Two Kids (South Pasadena), I recommend. It's not bad at all. 4.3 out of 5

The popcorn chicken, fried tofu, and orange green tea are what I usually order. They make those very consistently so you know what to expect. It gets busy here when school kids are hanging out but if you are outside of those windows, it doesn't take too long. Service ranges from friendly to standard, so no complaints there. The one issue I have with them is they show a loyalty program in terms of entering your phone number -- if you order online as well as the register. But I've never gotten any points. I once asked the owner about it and he claimed that they do in fact give out items, and said he would check on it that night when I told him the situation. Found seating outside but moved some plates ourselves from one table to another to find shade for us the kiddo. Grabbed a high chair and got seating set up. A few folks were setting up to play music out on the patio. We ordered inside as expected, thankfully the line wasn't too bad at that time so it went smoothly, though the prices are still higher than the average mom/pop sandwich place (but we anticipated this). We waited a bit for food while the patio band played. Ambience was pretty nice. Our friend's sandwich came out first and about 5 minutes later our food came. However, the Arnold Palmer we ordered didn't arrive with the food so we asked if they'd come back to bring it, and we were told they'd be right back. We waited probably another 5 minutes but drink still didn't come so I went inside to ask about it and saw the drink sitting on the back counter. So I asked staff if I could pick up the drink and they handed it over. Our friend's sandwich (the Jester) looked pretty filling while wife and I ordered/shared the Crown Jewel with cheese and mayo on the side. The Crown Jewel was pretty meh overall. Wasn't as stacked as the Jester and the bread fell apart as I ate it, despite the mayo on the side. At the end of eating someone came by to grab our order numbers and ask how things went. I commented on the wait for the drink and was told they couldn't find us, which sounded strange because they found us when bringing the sandwich and we still had our order number. But she said we could get a free refill. Since I wanted to take advantage of the refill I went inside to inquire but the order counter had gotten extremely busy. So I asked one of the bus/wait staff outside if they could grab my refill. He directed me inside and he commented how busy they were but I said I didn't want to wait in the huge line simply for a refill, so he offered to meet me inside to get the refill. Eventually I did receive the refill and we left. Overall, for the price of the food I felt the service was very average bordering on subpar, and the food was meh for the price. I don't blame the staff as they all seemed to be working very hard, but perhaps they were understaffed which would be more of a management issue. We basically bussed a couple tables on our own and waited what eventually amounted to 20-25 minutes for an ice tea/lemonade. I pre-tipped when I bought the food, which I kind of regretted but also felt bad that the employees were understaffed so I likely would have left a tip anyways. I don't plan to go back anytime soon. Wish the food and service were better

The Build: I ordered the banana cream matcha, which features a rich matcha base with standard oat milk, topped with a heavenly layer of banana cream and tiny, mysterious crunchy pieces. The Flavor Profile: Taste-wise, the drink was absolutely heavenly. The matcha itself was wonderfully rich, and mixing in the banana cream took it to the next level, while the crunchy toppings added a really nice occasional texture. The only real letdown was the size, the cup was just so tiny for an $8 price tag. Even though the flavors were incredible, it felt a bit hard to justify the steep cost for such a small portion. The Verdict: While the major price tag means this won't be an everyday habit, the solid flavors and super fast, friendly service make it a perfect spot for a little treat every once in a while. The staff had my drink out almost instantly around 10 AM on a Tuesday, and since I live so close, I'll definitely be back occasionally when I want to spoil myself.
