Medications are too important to be this unreliable! Some of their people are ok. I feel sorry for them all. Because if CVS treats their longtime (30+ yrs) customers like this, I can't imagine how they treat their employees. Just a horrible place to do business with. I'm done.

In the video it appears the employee physically touched the customer after charging at him from behind the counter. This employee is a danger to the community.

They have really good buyers at CVS. And after you buy your items the self check out spits out this outrageous long receipt to lure you back with fantastic discounts.
