So we came in looking to get some snacks and a Slurpee. So the store it self isn't to bad and they do have spots on the floor to let you know where to stand due to social distancing. The store also didn't look dirty so that was good. For the Slurpees you need to request a cup at the cashier I'm assuming due to COVID. That's fine. Problem is the cashier was pretty rude. We didn't hear what he was saying and when we asked him if he could repeat himself he got annoyed. Second thing is we asked for a small cup. He gave us a large. IDENTITY STOLEN! went here recently, spent a few bucks and got scammed for over $100. Six fraudulent transactions made on my debit card after I went here posted on my account. The reason I think I was scammed at this place is that it's the only place out of the normal that I used my debit card. The Girl/Man in the back of the store had no gloves and no mask on. That is a requirement of the Los Angeles County and the person was rude as hell! Why do you want to work in customer service when you don't know how to act as an individual? All of the 7/11's across the plateaus are rude and condescending as if you have no sense! Who are they to judge. Get in another business where you're presence isn't known. Stay shadowed or do the honest thing and have respect! I went in on a Friday night around 10pm to grab a few beers and get some cash back. I use my debit card and the cashier tells me it's declined, I was surprised because I knew I had about $1800 in that account but I figured it was maybe my bank blocking my card so I use my other bank card that I use as a saving account and have about $5000 and he tells me the same things.. DECLINED!! So I go on my BofA app and see if there's any notifications that my card is blocked and nothing, everything is good. Cashier says "Use the ATM" so I have no choice and notice that the ATM belongs to 7/11.. making me use the ATM to come up on the fees.. smart guy but shady move. Very disappointed. read more

I like that it's a compact location and therefore even more convenient than your average location. I live fairly close to this store and always have had a decent experience there. The gal who works mornings is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. The other staff is friendly as well. If the coffee seems old or they don't have a particular flavor they always will brew a fresh pot. It's also kept very orderly and neat. read more
