The traditional whisk is made with bamboo, but it's not well utilized commercially because it tends to break off. I chose that one considering I'm only making the Matcha for myself. They use a whisk made with resin in the shop. My Vanilla Bean Dream was so delicious! I opted for Matcha versus coffee as the base, rich, deep and earthy not too sweet.
