I am in the area often surfing, seeing how this area is one of my favorite spots to surf being a longboarder and all. This little deli/market is in a strip mall with several others businesses. There is plenty of parking and the service is great. They have sandwiches and everything that goes with it. I will definitely try out the food next time I am fresh out of the water and let you know how it was. I stood in line to order my coffee and the coffee ordering set up is a little off. Wasn't really sure who to order with and also they gave me a ticket, but I didn't know who I was supposed to pay. It wasn't until I asked somebody. Did they let me know that I pay with the store cashier. I felt like I waited it really long time for my iced Matcha. I stayed at the counter only because I wasn't sure of the whole process, but I saw the gentleman put my coffee in this little basket and I waited a little bit to see if they would call my name but they didn't so I finally had to go up there and ask if the coffee was mine and it was. Not sure why they asked for our names if they're not gonna call them out. Luckily, I was standing there the whole time, but there was confusion before me with somebody getting somebody else else's coffee, and I think it had to do with the fact that they don't really announce when your coffee is ready. Once I had my coffee, I paid at the register which I had to stand in another line and they charged me a fee, which was questionable, but I already had my coffee and had waited in two lines already. In doing research for the refill I found that Chewy Mail Order Pharmacy has excellent prices, and I always get good service and great customer service from them. The EXACT SAME MEDICINE was about $8.00 from Chewy. I called Walgreens, no mistake on their "cash price" for the medicine. No refund, no recourse. Reportedly Costco has good pet med prices as well. What predatory pricing from Walgreens. You can bet I will never set foot in one again.

The two employees were extremely welcoming, the market was well organized and clean. The woman helped us with our order. They offered: Cheese w/ Jalapeño, green sauce w/ chicken, red sauce with pork, mole, corn - I asked if they had beef and she didn't offer this. She packed all the tamales neatly added napkins, plates, forks and a generous amount of salsa. The kitchen area was extremely clean. Tamales were warm, delicious, not greasy and not dry. She also mentioned that they offer breakfast burritos, champurrado, juices and more in the mornings at 6AM. The gentleman was kind enough and shared all the other items they have, including fresh handmade tortillas which he had us sample. They sell freshly baked goods and have a tiny display of individual sized packages of potato chips. You pay and take your drink order at the register. Food is delivered to your table. I ordered an oat milk latte and avocado toast. The avocado toast was freshly made. Outside of the unripened avocados, it tasted pretty good. The bread was toasted. There's plenty of seating outdoors, mostly tables and chairs that seat four. There are also a couple outdoor couches that seat 2-3 comfortably. There are umbrellas to shade from the sun.
