Today I went in all the soda cups are under lock and key (behind the counter) I paid for my food and a Super Big Gulp. The clerk asked if it was for a Slurpee or a fountain soda. I said "Slurpee" (there is a nominal difference in price) Between the two. I paid for the Slurpee and the food. I filled up the cup and the clerk came up and said I paid for a fountain drink and not a Slurpee, I corrected him and he called me a liar. I agreed to pay the difference and was going back to the register and he was mumbling something to me and I called him out on it there was a verbal exchange that was escalating, fortunately it could've been worse. I didn't yell any racial slurs at him (although he deserved it) So hear it is and it's such a cliche typically people from the middle East are rude in nature. It's not an opinion IT IS A FACT!! This guy was aggressive and rude! Mostly people like him are just rude and I can tolerate that from other 7-11 operators this guy was way worse. I'm boycotting all 7-11's with these type of people running them. I paid what I asked for a frozen drink and was called a liar. I wasn't aggressive until this a**hole wanted to make it a problem. If you have to lock up the cups genius maybe you need to operate a store elsewhere, WAY ELSEWHERE. read more

This 7-eleven is a joke, I ordered delivery from this location while I was staying in a hotel in Reno. I ordered a pizza from the 7-NOW app and I was delivered a frozen pizza. I never really felt the need to review a 7-eleven store before, and I haven't really gone to too many of them. However, this one sort of amazed me. I remember when I was in middle school, I used to frequent the 7-eleven across the street all the time to get all kinds of goodies such as donuts and pastries and chips and hot foods that they offer/advertise. This 7-eleven barely had a microwave! There was such a lack of selection at this particular location that I was very surprised. I mean, I assume that other Reno, NV locations of 7-eleven must be better stocked since this one is sort of in a far side of town type deal ... but goodness. My DISABLED friend and I were just asked to leave with his service animal! They said no animals in the store unless she has papers... but she HAS papers and is a service animal AND WE PRESENTED THE PAPERWORK TO HER TOO!!!! The woman who kicked us out is named Jamie Rush (At least that's what she says) a RUDE blonde! We presented her with our paperwork and she became very very snotty, told us we couldn't have our sevice animal in the store without a card...we have signed from the doctor PAPERWORK which is legit and this is disrespectful! We asked for the managers number, however she refused to give it to us and instead gave us the store number!! I sincerely hope a manager or better yet an owner gets ahold of me about this! Not only was it rude and disrespectful it is sooo illegal to even ASK us any questions other than, is it a SERVICE ANIMAL, and does it have shots.. She could have been nice to us without an attitude!!! As a matter of fact attitude while all we wanted to do was get a fricking COFFEE!? This is definitely one laid back and cool 7-11. The man working the behind the counter is a seriously cool guy. The GF and I needed some serious snacks for the drive back home, and we were stocking up! We wanted 6 taquitos (don't judge us; this was our lunch), among other things. The selection of taquitos was vast, but they were still not quite done. The guy said they would be ready in a few minutes so we decided to wait. He told us they were done, and we quickly headed to the front. We also got candy, and other goodies. He gave us a look like we were nuts for buying so much. He asked us, "Are you guys going to the movies or something"? Hahahaha!!!! I laughed so hard. I told him that we had a long drive ahead of us to San Francisco. The cashier was too busy visiting with manager and the other associate. She never greeted me and then walked away to do whatever it is she was doing while conversation and ignoring me and the others in line. She proceeds to ring me up not a single word and then proceeds to clean the floor. No receipt and me just standing there. I finally say, "are we done here?" Never got my receipt. Terrible service. Visit on your own time ladies. The standard 7 11 experience. The shop is clean the cameras are everywhere and the gambling machines are calling for you. The slurpees weren't all working when I went, bit thats to be expected. The register people will help you with money orders if. You need it, and they usually handle the slurpee scan well. read more

I was just discriminated against because of my therapy/service animal at the 7-11 on Second street & Wells avenue. It was totally illegal for the lady to ask me anything other than A) "Is she a service animal, & B) "what does she do for me?"... I almost just sat on the floor and refused to leave as a form of peaceful protest to being discriminated against. I've never had something like that this happen to me, it was f*****g embarrassing to be called out, made to stand and answer questions I didn't have to, and then be talked to like a dumb ass. I have Ptsd and severe anxiety, my dog does wonders for my ability to tolerate being out around people. I am not sure how to go forward from here but I am so f****** mad right now... This disrespectful dirty blonde haired, broad named Jamie Rush has the worst customer service skills in the world... she completely violated my Civil rights as a disabled American. I'm going to contact a couple lawyers offices on Monday and see if they want to pick up a civil rights violation suit... The pertinent part of the ADA act that has to with my dog, myself and how we are to be treated is as follows; Inquiries, Exclusions, Charges, and Other Specific Rules Related to Service Animals When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person's disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task. Allergies and fear of dogs are not valid reasons for denying access or refusing service to people using service animals. When a person who is allergic to dog dander and a person who uses a service animal must spend time in the same room or facility, for example, in a school classroom or at a homeless shelter, they both should be accommodated by assigning them, if possible, to different locations within the room or different rooms in the facility. A person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises unless: (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken. When there is a legitimate reason to ask that a service animal be removed, staff must offer the person with the disability the opportunity to obtain goods or services without the animal's presence. Establishments that sell or prepare food must allow service animals in public areas even if state or local health codes prohibit animals on the premises. As a delivery driver I am always searching for the cheapest fountain refills. I am a die hard 7 / Eleven fan. Avoid this one all together. They charge almost $2 for a large fountain refill. The refill costs just .08 cents less than a new cup and contents. I am bringing my own cup. What a ripoff! read more
