Here the experience starts in the parking lot with full size spaces that can fit any size cars, and in a town where it seems 50 percent of the drivers have full sized trucks or large SUV's that makes a huge difference. The entrance way is similar but with less of a TSA feel than the other club store. The merchandise mix and rotations are similar. There are less big "promo" brands here at Sam's Club. They don't seem to attract the "Chipotle Chicken, Hexclad, or Junk Removal partnerships". The house brand is a bit hit and miss in some categories but still offer a good alternative. By the time you get up to check out and don't want to wait in line for 20- or 30-minutes Sam's Club has a quicker check out ALWAYS. The food courts are neck in neck in price and (value?). The scanner that checks your cart and only flags about one in ten customers for receipt review is also way easier. The exit onto surface streets and eventually to the freeway is a bit easier at Sam's as well since you don't have to compete with gas lines, school zones, and dealership test drives.

He helped me with my rewards and how to operate the car wash. After I used the machine. I saw that it wasn't dry all the way. I went back to the store and tell them what happened. instead of reimburse my money. Chase fix the problem first. He said that i will try to run again my car maybe their machine wasnt working( I got 2 times car wash). he stood there beginning till the end of the car wash. It works. Chase told me that if it didn't dry the car thats the time he will give my money back. I was impressed how he handled these kinds of situations. Anna assists me almost every time I visit, and she is a absolute joy. She always has a genuine smile on her face and possesses the best attitude. Honestly, it's some of the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. She consistently turns a routine grocery trip into a great day. Unfortunately, my experience at the deli counter recently was the exact opposite. I went to order a sandwich and, as a first-timer, didn't realize there was a paper form I needed to fill out first. I stood waiting for assistance, and a staff member named Teri walked up, mumbled something, and immediately started to walk away. Because I couldn't hear her, I politely asked her to repeat herself. Teri responded with an incredibly dismissive attitude, acting as though asking for clarification was a major inconvenience. She then repeated, "You need to fill out the paper," speaking very condescendingly, as if I were unable to understand basic instructions. Even after I explained that I had never ordered a sandwich here before and simply didn't know the process, her attitude remained hostile. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and off-putting interaction. If it weren't for Anna completely turning my mood around at checkout per usual, I would have walked out incredibly frustrated. Management has a real gem in Anna, but they desperately need to address the customer service standards and basic courtesy at the deli counter.
