Awful pharmacy staff. Uncaring and bored looking. I have been literally hung up on every time I've called.

Did not let me know a refill was not covered by my insurance until a week later. Just kept telling me it wasn't ready.

I came to this location to pick up a prescription for Adderall, with valid insurance (Aetna) and a doctor's order. Instead of professionalism, I encountered obfuscation, policy inconsistencies, and what appeared to be intentional stonewalling. I was told I had to pick up two medications together -- a claim that has no legal or regulatory basis and may in fact violate DEA and state-level guidelines. I made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve the situation. I asked politely. I followed up in person. I delivered a written request citing 45 CFR § 164.524 -- the federal right to access my own health records, including SIGs (medication instructions). That request was met with more delays, deflection, and in some cases, condescension from staff. Let me be clear: I did not walk in looking for a fight. I stated plainly what I was there for -- my medication -- every time. What followed felt less like standard pharmacy procedure and more like a series of maneuvers designed to avoid accountability. I now have the names and license numbers of those involved. I have preserved copies of all correspondence, prescriptions, and photos. And while I am still open to resolving this amicably, I am prepared to escalate -- including but not limited to CVS Corporate, the Florida Board of Pharmacy, the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), and agencies overseeing DEA compliance. I remain hopeful that CVS recognizes how vital it is to address incidents like this before they escalate into broader exposure or regulatory scrutiny. As a longstanding Aetna-covered patient, I trust that your team understands the value of proactively restoring trust -- before reputational or compliance costs grow unnecessarily.

My review of this CVS Pharmacy department in the Northeast shopping center is as follows. Tina…read moreTurner made a song called "Simply the Best." Their entire staff and the manager are very customer-service-focused. They are willing to help any customer with any question without a problem. I have witnessed team members stop doing their work to help shorten a line that has built up after the lunch-hour break. The teamwork in this crew is amazing, and the teamwork starts from the top. That is the manager, and it trickles down to every staff member that works in that department. The store is clean. The department is clean. It is also organized. I look at the shelves for how the products are aligned. I look at how organized the bags of medication for pickup are kept, and the display fixture. I look at even the floor. And under the display counters . I have been to several other CVS stores in different states, and nothing compares to this store and the staff. This is a winner. In my younger years, I used to be a mystery shopper. A mystery shopper is a person who went to stores to test out how the staff would react to questions, to look at how the product were displayed, to witness store and department organization It was a great job that I had, and I enjoyed it very much. Those skills that I learned, I still carry today. Automatically, in my mind, I open a checklist and start checking off boxes. That tells me whether I would ever go back to the same store again. With that being said, CVS Corporate should be proud of this pharmacy department in the Northeast CVS store. The Northeast store itself is also organized and cleaned. The A caps and B caps are displayed just perfectly. The staff in the store itself is always friendly, always willing to help you too. You have a winning pharmacy and a winning store.

I told her that I put the cream in another place because I was going to buy this cream and put it next to it and looked at other face creams. What kind of rudeness is this, to come to a customer and tell me that I put the product in the wrong place where it was. I am a customer and I choose the product. This woman is not supposed to work here. She will scare away all the customers. She is a bad worker and very rude
