Prices for gas are as expected for a just off the highway station being much higher than those a little further inside the loop. Don't Use Pump 1! The touch screen keypad is malfunctioning, looks obviously damaged, and despite telling it no I didn't want a car wash, and cancelling when it brought up the selection screen I was still charged for one. I went ahead and used it rather than go through what would likely be a Huge level of effort for very little benefit. Not a fan of having to waste my time to correct an error I didn't cause. Never really go inside so I can't comment on the interior cleanliness or staff. I use this station because of a combination of convenience and supporting local vets. May have to reconsider if using the pumps becomes a Russian roulette of extra charges. read more

So glad that Sevies is here! Did you know that there are over 3,600 7-11 stores in the city of Bangkok alone?! With the arrival of this 7-11, it's making our neighborhood feel a little bit more like Thailand every day. I appreciate the 7-11 much more than the Exxon and Tetco that were here. The service has gotten better, the place is cleaner, and they're selling better stuff here than the old convenience stores. 7-11 just took over the former Tetco at this location. The building, both inside and outside, looks much better now! Way to class it up, 7-11! The selection is pretty standard for a convenience store, but their wine and beer section is larger stocked than most gas stations. Purely out of convenience (ha!), I'll be back frequently! read more

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a convenience store. The male clerk asked the female clerk Andrea to help when I walked in because a line was forming through the aisles. She's playing with her phone, hiding from view, peeking out to look, telling him that when he was outside working and wouldn't come in to help when there was a line, that's how she felt. She keeps telling him that she's not going to help him with the line, it's just too bad. So the customers suffer because she feels slighted and absolutely has to keep texting, rather than putting her personal phone down and coming to the aid of the customers. Then, when I get up to the line and say, look, you need to start helping people or I'm going to talk to your boss, she starts in on me, telling me that I have no say in what's going on and that it's just too bad. She says she works three jobs and it doesn't matter what I tell her boss. I let her know that it's no longer corporately owned, it's privately owned and franchised, and if that's her work ethic and typical behavior she's not going to keep that job or any other two that she has. Then, when she finally gets to where she's supposed to be working at the register and puts the phone down, she starts telling me why she's not helping, and I told her look, I don't need this much information, I don't care how many jobs you work, I want to be checked out, you could've checked me out already three times and several other people in the time you're ranting and trying to tell me what your life is like. She starts screaming at me, and says that the male clerk and I have it out for her because she's black. I told her, "Really, you're going to play the race card, because you're refusing to pitch in and do your job and serve the customers lined up?". She told me to get out of line, that she's not going to help me, that she has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I told her, no, your manager and the owner do, and they're accountable to 7-11 as well, you have the right to do what you're supposed to, and I'm going to talk to your boss. So then she takes a new screaming tack, telling me "Come on, what the hell are you going to do, jump the counter?" and I replied "No, I'm going to talk to your boss, like I told you ten minutes ago when you were playing with your phone.". So then I wait another two minutes to get helped by the male clerk, all the while she's raising her voice, ranting at me, telling me that she doesn't give a f***. I made sure at that point to get the manager's phone number from the male clerk. The unprofessional behavior from her apparently has no end. I'd been in before and been helped by someone else while she was there, and it was always smalltalk that was completely inappropriate and pretty much forced on a customer, so it makes sense, but yes I am shocked and appalled by her behavior. I'll be reporting this to 7-11 via their contact form, as well as on Yelp and other review sites. If I see her there again I'm not going to patronize your store. I've been coming in over 15 years, before, when it was an Exxon, and after it changed over to a 7-11 being bought out and I've never had this type of experience. read more

As a last minute emergency I purchased this "Pepto Bismal" substitute (which might I add has always treated my Asshole as a dainty flower) and yet after finishing half the bottle have been left in utter disappointment. This pink shame has failed to clog my delicate rectum and has instead left it a horrid faucet producing watery green toxic waste both letting me down and leaving me to rot. This is probably my most favorite 7-11 and I've been going to this 7-11 for years and since I've move houses this 7-11 doesn't have workers that look at me like if I'm stealing and stare at me the entire time I'm in the store,Best place for me.
