I originally went to this location to get their free cheesecake that they were giving out for the Spurs playoffs win, but they were sold out by the time I got in line. Instead, they offered a promo where if you buy a cheesecake jar, you got a free drink. Score! I tried the tres leches cheesecake, and it was delicious! It wasn't too sweet, which was great. I do wish the layer of cake was a bit taller. I do love how the cheesecakes come in a glass jar so I can reuse it, but you can also save them and give them back when you accumulate 10 for a free jar of cheesecake. As for the drink, I got a dragonfruit strawberry matcha latte. It was pretty good, but I felt like the strawberry was a little overpowering and I couldn't taste the dragonfruit. My friend told me about this little cute cheesecake shop I had to try. I came in about 30 minutes to closing so not a huge crowd thankfully. The place itself was nice and clean and the setup is cute. There are only a few seats inside but I think more meant to take on the go. The ladies there were very nice to us and explained the different cute cheesecakes they had in these little mason jars. They do have glutten free, sugar free options too if you are the type of person needing to watch what you eat. They all looked really cute but settled on a tiramisu. I wont lie I did get thrown off on taste at first since my thought keep me thinking it wasn't a cheesecake but it tasted good. I did bring it home to chill it more and tasted even better. I had a friend send me a variety pack as a gift and omg they were delicious!! I love that they are served in glass jars with a lid so you can up-cycle them for other uses! Im not sure if they have their own delivery but they arrived directly to my door and I live in a complicated loft building so I was impressed with that service! The cookies and cream was the best. It had that perfect sweet but not too sweet flavor and the spurs logo on the top was awesome. The fruit flavored ones we got (Black Forest and strawberry fields) were okay. I didn't love the fruit...it's sort of like low sugar jelly. Not sweet but also not acidic enough. I don't know why it has taken me so long to try this place. They now have four locations around town. This is a small cafe but the flavors are huge. The staff is very friendly and patient since it was my first time I had questions. I opted on four cheesecake jars so me and my mom could try them. Strawberry, Turtle, Heart of Gold and Oreo. While the space is small it is welcoming and they also have some outside space to sit and enjoy your treats. They have a full range of coffee and non coffee drinks available to suit your cravings. Last weekend a friend and I got coffee and caught up here. It was great, reasonable priced, fantastic service, and delicious lattes. Also it smelled amazing in there. It is on my route to work and I thought I had found my new favorite spot to stop for coffee before work. I was so sad to find out they open at 10am. I understand that it's a cheesecake and espresso place, but still. Most people want coffee in the morning before work. This seems to be a trend with smaller coffee shops and I just don't get it. The female at the register, however. Didn't even smile. When I asked how the drink is, she just said "good." I really liked the lemon blueberry cheesecake but was a little bit disappointed by the Alice in Wonderland (raspberry mousse and dark chocolate cheesecake) in a jar. I think it's because I didn't enjoy the dark chocolate cheesecake as much although my friend liked it. So I think it's up to personal preference. My sisters are regular customers that shop here they brought me in one day while running errands. The baristas are very welcoming and greet you as you walk in. The service is a walk in and they greet you. The ambiance is laid back. I had gotten a tripe chocolate cheesecake and a pina colada cheesecake. My daughter ate the triple chocolate and she liked it. Delicious. It seems for all of the hype, you can't find any good dessert in Austin. Luckily, SA isn't too far of a drive. They have a decently large selection of cheesecakes (in a bottle), and some slices as well, as well as one or two gluten free items (although you could just skip the top two layers of the container and not each the crust). They have some deals to buy multiple and get them cheaper so of course for our first time we had to get multiple.
