This was my first time at this location and their drinks was exactly what we needed after an exhausting weekend. They gave our cute Star Wars stickers for May 4th. I really appreciate how strong their drinks are and how flavorful it is. There was a solid amount of seating and you get your drink quickly. The parking fills up quickly but you can do street parking.

Cute location! This is the second merit I've been to, they have plenty of seating indoors and outdoors at this location as well. Great coffee, I like the hot lavender latte and during the holidays they had fun seasonal drinks. Fun merchandise for sale also. Tiny parking lot and a busy location, but good service and they're quick with the drinks!

    Coffee and a book.

I did not try any food. Just had coffee. They did have a frozen Cold brew that I'm interested in trying next time. The service was great and friendly. The ambiance was good. I went on a Saturday afternoon found it to be a coffee shop where folks come to hang out, catch up not read a book . It was a little loud. The doors kept banging each time someone walked in or out. Nothing wrong with the location, it may just be the time I went. I would still recommend you go check it out.

This is my favorite Merit Coffee location in town! There is a lot of seating for studying or working, lots of natural light, and a very cool atmosphere inside. It is also open through to the Trek bike store which is neat! The service is lovely and as always the coffees are incredible. They have great seasonal flavors in addition to the standard menu.

The service was incredible and the vibes were amazing! However, the coffee was WAY too sweet. If you like strong coffee, this is not the place for you.

The bathrooms were gender neutral, love that! They were also super clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly when asking questions about the menu. The drinks came out fast but there was no where to sit. No big deal just packed so that's a good thing!

Love the place plenty of seating. The whole counter thing with the coffee calling is weird. But overall great place to have coffee, meetings, or do a little work while enjoying a good cup of coffee.

We were recommended this coffee shop by a San Antonio local! That's always a good sign. As you can tell there were so many people on this cold day in Texas. The temps were in the low 20s so it was a nice way to escape the chill. There's plenty of space to camp out and finish some work. We didn't try any food but there was a bunch of fresh products like yogurt and bakery items.

It's always crowded here! I don't drink coffee, but I enjoyed my chai latte. One thing people don't know about this place is that they serve Bakery Lorraine pastries (including their famous pop-tarts) and breakfast tacos from Chilaquil (in the Food Hall of Pearl). Sadly, they were out of potato, egg, and cheese, but I had a potato, chorizo, and cheese taco that tasted like fluffy, flavored mashed potatoes inside a soft flour tortilla.

THE BIG: Located right out of security for the Terminal A of San Antonio's airport. Few seats available but mainly order and go. THE BLACK AND WHITE: Lines are so long but since there isn't other options around and I needed my caffeine fix, this was the only option. Line went relatively fast, was in and out in 15 minutes. But then again I was just ordering a black coffee no cream or sugar. THE FINAL BAMBOO: $3.30 for a medium house coffee. A few tables to sit down and sip your joe but the airport has plenty of seats if you can't find one inside Merit Coffee.

Peanut butter cookie it has chocolate chips, too!

Tried this place for the first time today. We were impressed. There was plenty of seating and plenty of parking. I got the strawberry matcha and my wife got the cereal milk latte. We both really enjoyed them. We also got the peanut butter cookie warmed up which was amazinggggg and the lemon loaf which was excellent too. The workers were friendly. There was a constant flow of people coming in and out. It would be a good place to come and do some work or just to chat with friends. It's also connected to a bike shop, which is pretty neat. You can just walk into the bike shop from the coffee shop and look around.

Staff was rude and slow. The pour over coffee tasted like hot water. Bean quality was very poor--improperly roasted.

We were able to park, but I could see it being an issue during busy times. Seating/Ambiance: The indoor area is pretty small, with just a few tables. They also have some tables outside along the side, which is nice when the weather is good. It's more of a quick dessert stop than somewhere I'd plan to hang out for a long time. Cheesecake: You can get cheesecake by the slice or in individual jars, which I thought was a cute option. They have a good variety of flavors. We tried the Turtle cheesecake and it was delicious! Rich, creamy, and definitely hit the spot. Bonus: They have a loyalty/reward where after 10 jars, you get a free jar, which is a nice incentive if you live nearby or become a regular. One suggestion: My only complaint is that I wish they had a description of what's inside each cheesecake flavor. You have to ask about the ingredients/fillings for each one, which makes it a little harder to decide when there are so many options. Everyone's very nice. You select your cheesecake & then go to the end of the counter to pay. Overall: Cute little cheesecake shop with lots of fun flavors and the option to get individual jars. Parking and seating are limited, but the cheesecake is definitely worth a visit. Would come back to try more flavors!

The meringue was such a nice texture and the berry brightness and lemon was wonderful. The raspberry was perfectly tart in contrast with the nuttiness of the black sesame. The cookies and cream were just average to me, nothing special. Service was decent and you get to keep the jars. They have one dollar off frappes M-Thrs happy hour (3-5 i think?) I stopped in to Berry to Bean after a Yelp event and really enjoyed the vibe of the place. It was cozy but sleek, I loved all of the plants at the coffee bar, the menu wall was really cool, and the collage poster at the back of the shop definitely had stories to be told. The café as a whole was clean and quiet, and the kind barista was relatively quick with our order. We ordered a Blue Lagoon Smoothie and an Iced Matcha Latte with Hazelnut. The Blue Lagoon was a blend of blueberries, raspberries, and oranges, but it tasted more orangey than anything. I couldn't really taste the blueberries or raspberries all too well, but the sweetness of them prevented the drink from being too acidic in flavor from all of the orange. For the Matcha Latte, it was also difficult to clearly taste the flavors, let alone the matcha at all. It was on the more bitter side, but it was a smooth drink at the very least. While the establishment and service get 5 stars, the drinks only get 3. It's definitely one of those places where I wish the drinks lived up to the atmosphere so I'd be more inclined to visit again, but I'd honestly be alright skipping over another visit to this café.

They were nice enough to warm the cookie for me, and it had that "fresh out of the oven" smell and gooeyness. They asked me if I wanted my drinks for here or to-go and I said for here and they still served me in to-go cups, which I thought was weird. The cortado was not my favorite. It was bitter and acidic and the foam was looking a little yeasty. The mocha latte also had very little flavor to it, tasting like hot milk. I had difficulty finishing both drinks. Later I noticed they were using What's Brewing beans, and it made sense. I know many folks love WB? coffee beans, as it's a bit of a local darling, but more often than not I don't enjoy cortados made with their beans. Dirty dishes and cutlery sat on a couple of tables long after folks had left. I don't want to make assumptions, because there WAS a designated staff member for cleaning/wiping things down, but maybe those two evaded her. There's a sign on the wall that says, "I'm not for everyone," and boy are they right. They also stopped playing one of my favorite Radiohead songs (right in the middle of it!) to play Teenage Dream by Katy Perry. Now while I'm not deducting stars for THAT (because that's just downright petty), I can't help but feel unimpressed by my most recent visit. At least the cookie was delicious.
