First off I miss the other guy that closes and the morning crew I been going to this 7-11 for some years now never had a problem on how I pay and now that I go I told the clerk I forgot my phone and my card all I have is my ID and 20$ in quarters from left over laundry change and as soon as I'm about to pay he said no he can't except it and no I was shocked because there was no one else on the store and it was just me. I work in customer service and I'm a manager. around 2:30 am on July 9th I finished my gym session and my blood pressure was too low so I went to 7/11 to get some water. This 7/11 is usually open 24 hrs I always stop by to get something to drink late at night but the employe said they were closed and wouldn't open the door. I am very disappointed. read more

This is by far the best 7-11 in the area. The staff is courteous and helpful. The store is clean. I love going to this 7-11. I live close to another store, but I go to this one because it is all good. I have never been disappointed going here. Andy, Karam....and all are awesome! Friday's you can get a pizza at a discount price....and they are fast with service. You will never see these guys playing with their cell phones and ignoring you. When you come in you are always greated with a smile and a hello. I love these people. This is what a neighborhood store should be. Forget the rest - this store is the best. We came around 2:20am to buy stuff and the worker looked at us and walked away when we where clearly trying to enter. He said they where closed when this 7/11 is supposed to be 24/7 hours. We called, he heard it was us and hung up. I think 7/11 should change their website hours because clearly it is NOT open 24/7 and multiple people have complained. I don't know if it is a new employe or the whole company but please fix your hours. read more

My bf comes here because they have good hot dogs & he gets slurpee too. I wanted Chicken Wings, but they were not very good. The clerk used to be very friendly ( & say Hi) but maybe he is getting tired & no longer say Hi. I am patient because I know they are busy. My bf was getting his Hot Dog & Slurpee so I waited in front of Chicken Wings. But he was busy ( the clerk) with customers. They only had Soy Sauce ( or BBQ) & another flavour ( light yellow or light orange with drummette) I wanted the small wings ( the flat) so tried the soy sauce ( dark) or BBQ...it was not very good. Half of them were salty and overcooked or just sitting in the heater too long ( like dry out). A couple of the wings were good. When I went to the 711 on Hamilton ( or Campbell)...I think it was 7-Eleven on Hamilton..the Wings there were much better. They were plain wings but whoever made it took the time to make it the best tasting wings. I had been telling people how Great 7-11 Wings were. They taste better than restaurant (juicy). But at this 7-11 they taste kind of like cheap buffet. Anyhow, bf keeps coming here because they have good Hot Dogs & good Slurpee. I just go home and stick a can of Coke in Freezer...no way Im paying 2.50 or whatever for just Coke in Slurpee form. Anyhow, he just loves their Slurpee but today the wings were not very good. I can see why the clerk gets sick of his job saying Hi to people all the time. I used to be a cashier at a much busier place ( Chinese busy store) and I had to scan tons and tons of groceries for people and I was the fastest cashier. Came here during my break to grab some snacks and this is by far one of the most stocked 7-11 with a variety of choices. Another thing that stood out was the cleanness and customer service from the attendant. Slurpee machine is always working!!!! read more

This store location needs to retrain the PM staff member from 5/27 around 5 PM on how to use the 7-11 app that they have signs for all over the store. The person did not want to honor the free slurpee that I had nor did he want to scan the next 4 slurpees that I paid for. He finally scanned my phone three times (first one is for my free slurpee) but refused to give me credit for my last two paid slurpees. He stated that I should be lucky to have gotten what I did. This was after he smiled at me rudely stated that he could care less about my business. This experience almost makes me rather go to AM PM where prices are good and their slushy machine is equally good instead of supporting 7-11's. They recently hired a new night shift clerk and im pretty sure he just sleeps in the backroom at night. I am not talking about Andy- im talking about a new employee who started recently and also does not speech english very well which doesnt bother me. However, was does bother me is when I go to a 24 hr 7/11 at night and the doors are locked and there is no clerk visible but the lights are on and there is no chains on the door suggesting that they are open but the clerk isnt opening the door or isnt there.. this has happened multiple times in the past few weeks and i am starting to think that the clerk is sleeping in the backroom.. he also did not let me in because he was mopping and told me to come back later even after waiting 10 min for him to mop he still did not let me in and i ended up waiting about 30 min until he unlocked the doors... read more

Andy is literally the best clerk ever!!!! He always has a smile on his face and he knows so many regular customers. Always greeting everyone with a smile and making conversation. I always see him there and I can tell he does a lot of great work at this store. I look forward to going in and seeing him every week he is so helpful and kind! 7-11 stores can sometimes be sketchy at night but he is always fostering a safe and welcoming environment and he treats his customers with so much respect. First time visiting this location. I was amazed by the customer service at this 7 eleven. The cashier greets you as soon as you walk into the store even if he is attending another customer. That was a wow factor to start with. This store is very very clean. I came in for a couple items and ended up spending over $100 dollars. They carry a lot of different selection that others 7 elevens don't have. A lot of different wine options. I will be coming back to this 7 eleven. read more

My go-to 7-11! Walking distance from my parent's house. I usually come here at night when I can't fight those junk food cravings. Always the same worker at night. He never smiles, but he's extremely kind. This 7-11 is very clean and I always seem to catch the guy wiping down the condiments area... PLUS PLUS! Parking is a bit tight here. What happen is I got an offer through email from citi bank with a coupon for a free cup of coffee which can be redeem at any 7 Eleven store. I had the coupon printed and brought to the store and I was told the coupon is not good to use as they accept "Original" coupon only. A coupon offered through email can be printed out only, and it's considered as "Original". I filled up the coffee, brought to a cashier and I was told that store doesn't accept it, by a very rude clerk. I explained where and how I got the coupon from and there's no way it looks like some other coupons from magazines or newspaper. It's from email, you can print it out only, right? I told the clerk "OK, I'm fine if you don't want to accept the coupon. If that's the case, I don't want to take the deal and buy the cup of coffee." The clerk suddenly changed the face and said "Pay it or I'll call 911". Now, you think the problem is because the validation on coupons, right? 2 months ago, I cut down a "Camel Dip" coupon from Maxim magazine which says "Try Camel Dip for Only $1". It's a very original coupon that I took down direct from a magazine. Guess what, this store refused to take it, too. If you don't believe me, and you just happen to have the "Camel Dip", original coupon from any magazines, you can try to redeem it there to prove my words. However, I suggest you save your time and visit any other 7 Eleven stores, except this one. Overall, I experienced real bad attitude for customer service from this 7 Eleven location. This store has really really changed with the new owners, and I mean not for the good. Just because they do a remodel doesn't change the character of the management/owners and their one and only employee Andy who looks like he's worn out and tired and you never know on what day what kind of attitude you will get. Sure miss the grey hair man who worked in the evenings. Getting tired of shopping here when they make their own rules. I get the other Yelp reviews complaints about the mask because that is very true. What I don't understand is why you are not allowed to purchase California Lottery Scratchers after 10:00 p.m. There is no signage saying this anywhere in the store nor did they say what time they start selling again. I also called around a 10 mile radius to various 7-Elevens and they all sell lottery scratchers as long as they are open. Also any research online states that as well. Your parking lot use to be full of cars and patrons and maybe they are seeing and feeling your lack of customer service and most of your customers are your neighbors in this 5 miles radius of housing, you were convenient. I actually cringe to come here so I now have to get in my car and go to 7-Eleven on Saratoga and Kiely or Saratoga by Country Inn those employees are so very kind. With that being said, I suggest you give your hard earned money to Companies who appreciate doing business with you! We have Exxon, CVS and there's Rotten Robbie right down the street and like said there are other 7-Elevens to shop at. This is the worst thing I ever saw. I've worked for 7-11 for 15 years. This old man came in. He had $42 of winning scratching tickets. Three cashiers were on duty. They told the guy 3 times that his winning scratchers were not winners. I figured in my experience that the pack wasn't activated. I tried to help. The old man didn't want me to look at his tickets. I looked at the slip that the lottery machine spit out. It clearly said that the store already cashed the tickets. The cashiers wouldn't even read the slip. Someone either at the store or maybe the old mans wife went to that specific store earlier and took the money. The old man wouldn't listen to me. I specifically told him that THe store ripped him off and those tickets you have already been cashed. The 711 clerk is supposed to cash the tickets and rip them up. I emailed the lottery and asked that this store be suspended from selling scratchers. We make mistakes I can understand one ticket coming back already paid. This store employee and store manager always have lousy attitude to customers who if brought " free redeemable coupon" to the store to have some "free stuffs". They always change face just in second when you show the "coupon"....... they will even refuse the coupon because of the coupon was printed from internet website (they said the coupon is "COPY" one not "ORIGINAL" one). I'm not able to understand that if they don't like people using any coupon at their store, why they don't put a sign, "Do not use any coupon at this store", instate of "CHANGE FACE" to customer? Careful with CASH at this store! It was 18 days ago on a SUNDAY afternoon and the last day of summer vacation. I let my 8 year old daughter and her BFF go into this store to buy 2 slurpees, 2 small candies and a small Gulp for me. My daughter put a $20 bill and $5 bill on the counter. The total came to $7 and some change. He took both bills and gave my daughter $2 and some change back. My daughter came out of the store and said the man did not give her the right change back. I went in to let him know he still owed my daughter $15 in change. The man said my daughter gave him 2 five dollar bills. My daughter and her BFF said quietly that he was not telling the truth. I said "Shame on you! You're stealing children's money and lying to them, too!" The man was very rude and said "Next!" Interesting thing was that not one person in line would move up. Saddest thing about it was that my daughter earned and had just received the $25 earlier that day from reading 25 books over the summer. She, her BFF, and our many friends and family will never set foot in this 7-11 store again. read more
