This place has a wabi-sabi minimalist aesthetic. It's artisanal gallery-chic and I love the handcrafted elements and decors. They don't have a parking lot, so it's all street parking. I got a hojicha latte, and it was lightly sweetened.

Literally the best experience I've had at a coffee shop! I needed a place to unwind with a good book, and the ambience at Sue's was perfect for that. It was a nice and breezy day, and the outdoor seating was slightly covered so it was a perfect place to be to enjoy the sun. The coffee was alright, it wasn't anything to write home about. However, I definitely recommend coming for a good third space to spend time at.

After a hike at Windy Hill, this was exactly the kind of place I was hoping to land in, calm, sunlit, and thoughtfully curated. I ordered the matcha latte and the charcoal latte, both beautifully made and served in handmade ceramic cups that somehow make everything taste better. The matcha was smooth and balanced, not overly grassy, while the charcoal latte was creamy and subtly rich without being heavy, ideal when you're tired but not looking for a sugar bomb. The rose cake was a standout. Light, moist, gently sweet, with real rose petals adding fragrance rather than overpowering flavor. It felt refined and comforting at the same time, perfect after hours outdoors. The space itself is peaceful and artistic, with warm wood tones and natural light that makes you want to slow down, sit, and actually enjoy the moment. It's the kind of café that feels intentional rather than rushed. If you're coming off a hike or just need a quiet, restorative break, this is a wonderful stop. Thoughtful drinks, delicate desserts, and a serene atmosphere, exactly what a post-hike treat should be.

I stopped in after lunch on a quiet Monday for a Gibraltar. It was a warm and sunny January day and the outdoor patio was quite crowded, however I was able to find a seat at a common table. My Gibraltar was perfect temperature and a nice balance of the acidity from the espresso with the creaminess of the milk. The team greeted me upon entry and politely asked if I could give them a minute to wrap up a previous order, and my drink came out pretty quickly. I did not try a bakery retreat this time, but they normally have a nice election of baked goods delivered daily.

Super cute cafe and a great location! I ordered a cappuccino with whole milk and it was ready almost right after I ordered! I love their ceramics they serve coffee in if you're dining in. Great service and cute ambiance.

This is a nice little cafe in the heart of downtown Saratoga, with plenty of seating outside and in other patio room. There is only street parking so be prepared. I've visited this cafe a few times, mainly ordering the Charcoal latte and the Mascarpone toast. All the baristas have been friendly and helpful each time. The Charcoal latte has a nice balance to the flavor, not overpowering or powdery at all. The Mascarpone toast is very lightly sweet, the cream is airy. The fruit is quite sweet, but I guess it depends on the season as well. They have a decent variety of drinks and food on the menu. Honestly, a perfect stop for the spring and summer!

Very close to Hakone gardens and at the tail end of big basin way downtown road, is Sue's gallery cafe tucked in magically... The ambiance is super upbeat and bright. I've been there only once but would love to go back again. Their menu is very different from the other bay area coffee shops that included charcoal, Aztec latte etc., There was outdoor and indoor seating. Looked like there's seating upstairs but it was closer when I visited them. We ordered a charcoal latte, chocolate croissant and a mocha. The charcoal latte was earthy and flavorful. I loved it. But be ready to get your lips tinted Their crockery collection is very artistic as well!

She's gallery cafe offers such unique drinks, baked goods and bites! I can't wait to comeback to keep trying more. The atmosphere is breathtaking, lush and green every where. Located at the very start of 9, it's wonderful before a hike or after! Love this place so much (:

Still a great spot. Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Bustling with patrons. Dog friendly, beautiful ceramics to look at in the gallery portion of the cafe. We ordered drinks for friends; matcha latte is my favorite. They did a great job putting light ice (we forgot to ask but it was done anyway). My husband got a cortado - he said it was good, on the stronger side.

Finally tried a new cofffr shop in the Saratoga area! I wasn't sure what to order but the employees insisted on their matcha ube latte and I was convinced! My friends and likes our drinks and the area was definitely super cute! Nice area from walks and to take your dog too. Everyone was friendly as well.

Stopped by Sue's Gallery Cafe with a few friends for the first time in years, and they have since expanded to include a lot of sitting room both indoors and outdoors for people to work and study! The line was short, and the wait for our drinks was less than ten minutes. There's not much parking in the Saratoga Downtown, however, especially on the weekend before Halloween. We tried their Yuzu Tea, Iced Caramel Latte, London Fog, and Vanilla Latte. All these drinks were delicious, with my favorite being the London Fog for its not too strong earl grey tea taste and the Yuzu Tea for it being bright, refreshing, and having the right amount of citrus sweetness. The cafe had a cozy and artful vibe, and their staff was friendly and provided a welcoming atmosphere!

Incredible experience at Sue's! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly person at the counter eager to take my order and in such positive spirit. Then I went over to pick up my drink and the lady making it was just as warm, positive and friendly. The service is top notch! I really enjoyed my cappuccino. It was definitely one of the best I've ever had! My friend and I enjoyed the almond croissant and ham and cheese croissant (pro tip: get the warmed up!) The ambiance is nice too, there is a section for seating both inside and outside. Check them out!

Desserts I've tried: Injeolmi cake slice Hojicha Sesame cake slice Sesame Gateau slice Korean Ssal *rice Sponge cake slice Matcha Tiramisu Dubai Chewy Cookie I went back for the hojicha sesame and tried the sesame gateau + matcha tiramisu. I LOVE hojicha, definitely my favorite over matcha. The hojicha sesame is light with hojicha whipped cream and soft sponge cake. The gateau is almost like a firm, almost buttery cookie base with whipped sesame cream on top. The matcha tiramisu was very good! Not too sweet and the matcha cream is smooth. Injeolmi cake was moist and slightly powdery due to the soybean powder. Definitely try this during your first visit! The Korean Saal was interesting since there was soft rice layered between cake layers in the cream. Carb lovers will enjoy this. Dubai chewy cookie is good for what it is. Excellent amount of crispy kataifi filling with pistachio butter cream. Pricey slices but it's nice to have a sweet treat every now and then. Staff is nice and courteous. They have indoor seating to enjoy the desserts and drinks. Cute little space. No outside food/drinks allowed.
