Man this is 7 eleven is one the worst ones I've ever seen i don't know how they haven't been shut down yet. The food is always old or about to expire, they never have the right cups and lids to the slurpees or softdrinks. To top it off today the atm stole money from me i went to withdraw money and it processed the transaction but never dispensed the money. You don't know how much you miss 7-Eleven stores when you live in a town has no 7-Eleven. This 24-hour 7-Eleven store has uniformly branded merchandise plus more. It's obvious they try hard to make their customers happy. I have been here a few times during a recent Airbnb stay. They are as friendly as it can be for this part of town. Stop complaining about how they being rude. The cashiers answered my questions, although I had hard time understanding through one guy's thick accent. Items are all labeled with prices. I only have issue with how they price the roller items. They are complicated. I was here for some coffee Sunday morning. They got lots of selections. Well... they are not very hot. I like warm coffee as it has certain taste that hot or cold coffee can't produce. But after 10 am, most coffees turned cold. They turn those pots face inward in the afternoon. You know how long I have been away from California? After I bought my bottled water, I stood at the counter waiting for cashier to bag my stuff. Few seconds later, I realized there ain't bags in California. Hahaha. I didn't prepare my bag because didn't know water was so cheap in volume. For me, it's less than 5 minutes walking distance from the AirBnB I stayed. It would be longer if I drove. It's convenient for anyone who wants a late night bite, too. read more

They're lying about the hours their open. They aren't 24/7. They just stare at you when you arrive like you're crazy for trying to buy something at 3 in the morning. They could just explain that they're closed form 3 to 4 AM but instead they just ignore you. They honestly sucks for a 7-Eleven. read more

I went to this 7-eleven today April 18 around 1:30pm. My bill was 21.21$, I paid with 2 bills of 20.00$. The cashier gave me 8.79 not $18.79. I kindly advised the cashier, she simply told me no that I had given her $30.00 and not $40.00. She refused to give me back the $10. If left telling me, I would notify as many people as possible of the disgraceful conduct of this convenience store. Tip: Do not frequent this place or otherwise give the exact amount. read more

For bad bad customer I have crews working late all across the town and have visited many 7-elevens in the past for coffee. Most places run to make a fresh pot the second they find out it's going to be all bought out. This place didn't even bother. Told me they have the machine. Food is always expired. Staff is either rude or doesn't speak English, they are always changing prices, and run out of condiments for hot dogs, pizza and food all old and been out for hours, they don't practice hygiene (ie: washing hands after being on register touching money and register/before touching your food.) The cashier literally put something I bought in another customer's bag. Didn't realize it until I was back at work, so I didn't get my post work commute snack. I'm only out a few bucks, but it still sucks that this could have been avoided if she hadn't stopped in the middle of my transaction to help the previous customer bag his purchases and my snack. Wow, I have NOT been to a 7-11 in what might be years. Dropped in here last night with my friend to get a couple lottery tickets and was pretty surprised how clean and new this one one inside! Busy location with a large laundry mat next door and a Redbox outside. Was so funny a 10-yr old kid tried to grab a beer off the counter that his brother or cousin had just bought and the cashier was like "NOOO!!! That's NOT for you!" Cashier says "if the police saw you do that, we could get in big trouble." Hehe, I just stood there for a second and chuckled. Just reopened. For a while this place was boarded up but apparently new owners took over. It has the new lighting style that all of the 7 Eleven are starting to adopt. I went in to purchase a few things but needed to use the restroom first. The restroom door was locked so I asked the cashier if someone was in there. He said no. Then I asked if there was a key to open it. He said no.....so I asked if I can use the bathroom and he SCREAMED at me that it was out of order as if I was suppose to know this already. I dont think I've ever been screamed at by a cashier at a store before. I'll be contacting their corporate office to speak to the Franchise about his employees behavior. read more

I was just inside this store with my girlfriend Rina and the cashier was rude from the start. Then he completely messed up on ringing us up causing us to be overcharged. My girlfriend knew that he made some mistakes and subsequently asked for a receipt. He begrudgingly gave us the receipt and quickly called out for the next customer. The receipt was filled with double charges and voids and was impossible to read so Rina asked him to go over it when he shouted for her to look at it herself. That is when we asked for a refund and he gave us back less money than we paid. He was still being rude even after it was obvious that he was wrong which is why after we finally got all of our money back we will never be coming back to this location. read more

I went to this place to get a slurpy. Without even getting out of the car I saw a guy with tattoos on his face staring at me near the back where the only parking spot was... I decided I'd try to find another. I then saw a man sticking what it looked like to be a needle into his arm as he waved his arms and legs hastily looking like a mental patient. Didn't feel like fixing lunch. Went to local 7-11 for hot dog and soda. Paid. They were out of chili. Told the clerk they were out of chili. Waited patiently. Both clerks continue to wait on people. 5 minutes later, told the clerk again they were out of chili. Waited patiently. Nothing. Go to same clerk after waiting over 10 minutes and tell her I want a refund. She rings me up for a soda and a hot dog. Wait. I already paid and I want a refund. She refunds my soda. Today on 30 Sep I went in at 11:30 and the male Latino clerk was rude to the person in front of me and to me. He has an attitude and should not be working with the public. The last rude thing he did to me when I handed my money to him was that he grabbed it fast out of my hand with a mean look on his face.
