amazing drinks, good variety to choose on menu and great portions as well. got 3 drinks and all were satisfactory and a hit for me which is rare.in fact it was so very well made and delicious, i had to take a pic of my finished cup. def one of the better spots for a matcha drink in the south east bay, and beats out what ive had in sf and east bay. this places got their general drink recipes down and and def would come back again
Fleur Tea has a lot of competition in that plaza, but it is a pretty good spot. The interior is quite nice, and there is free wi-fi and a lot of outlets. Great place to co-work but not too quiet. Goldilocks volume to feel surrounded by people but enjoy your own conversations. The coco matcha cloud was pretty good and quite filling. They use whole milk. I felt like I did not need lunch after drinking it. They also accepted my reusable glass cup to make my drink so I appreciated that.
My new fav spot for drinks!! Their menu looked so promising, especially the teas. The Ha Noi Plum Berry tea immediately caught my eye, so I had to try that along with the Hibiscus Berry Blossom. The Hibiscus Berry Blossom has a more floral flavor and is lightly sweet, while the Ha Noi Plum Berry is sweeter with a really refreshing fruity taste. Out of the two, the Plum Berry was definitely my favorite. The drinks were so good that I came back the following week to try more. On my second visit, I ordered the Lychee & Red Currant Tea (you don't usually see red currant on drink menus!) and the Strawberry Matcha Latte. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was an easy 10/10 for me. The matcha flavor really comes through. It was bold, smooth, and surprisingly refreshing. The strawberry complemented it perfectly without overpowering the matcha. I highly recommend trying it! I'll definitely be back again soon to try the Banana Matcha. I've seen so many people order it, and it looks delicious.
Been here quite a few times. Tried their genmaicha milk tea, orchid oolong milk tea, their oolong milk tea, golden passion, matchanana, and more. My favorite would be the orchid oolong milk tea for their light floral taste and their refreshing Golden passion. The thing that stands out is their oolong mochi boba and their ube mochi boba. Though I'm not a typical ube fan, their ube mochi boba is something that I would come back for. I love their mochi boba for their chewiness. My only con is their price point for the drinks are on the higher end.

I ordered the Guava Bloom, while my husband got the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte. Mine was really good, it was sweet but light. I've been on a guava run lately, so I really enjoyed this one because it was a very natural-tasting fruit tea. Sometimes fruit teas can taste a little artificial/syrupy, but this one was great. It also came with tasty guava jelly too. My husband really enjoyed his drink as well, it literally tasted like a dessert on top since it's a large scoop of banana pudding on top of a matcha latte. He preferred eating it from the top vs. mixing it all together, but to each their own, right? I would love to come back and try more of their drinks! It's definitely a must-try if you're looking for a very cute boba/matcha place in San Jose.
I'm a fan! I would recommend this place if you love a strong matcha latte or a creamy (BUT FLORAL) milk tea. This might be my new go to in Vietnam Town! The tea is fragrant and shines through the milkiness, but it's still super creamy! If you don't like a rich creaminess though, it might not be for you. I've also tried their oolong mochi boba, which seems to be made in-house! The texture is really gooey, but you definitely taste the fragrant oolong! Something really unique and worth a try.
I recently visited this spot and tried the Double Matcha. It was decent, but honestly, it was pretty average. There wasn't anything particularly unique about it--it was essentially a matcha drink topped with more matcha, and it didn't really stand out compared to other matcha spots in the area. That said, the ambiance was really nice. I loved the lighting and the overall vibe of the café. The barista was also friendly and welcoming. They have a few seating areas that make it a great place to sit, study, or catch up with friends and family. I think it would be great to see more creative and unique matcha-based drinks on the menu to help set this place apart. Overall, it's a nice spot with a cozy atmosphere, even though the matcha itself didn't quite wow me.
6/20/2026 Fleur Tea was such a lovely stop during our day in Little Saigon! When we walked in we were immediately greeted and got our orders take. We tried the Silky Matcha, Guava Bloom, and Love Peach. The Silky Matcha came with silky tofu, which sounded a little different at first, but it was surprisingly delicious. The Guava Bloom was the standout for sure--so refreshing with real bits of guava inside. My dad ordered the Love Peach (he's a big peach‑drink guy), and while it was good, I'm still convinced my drink was better. I forgot to snap photos of the Guava and Peach drinks, but trust me, they were worth it. The decor inside is modern and clean, with limited seating, and a lot of people seem to hang out or work on laptops. There are tons of food spots nearby too. I'd definitely come back just for that Guava Bloom--I'd make the trip again, haha!

Solid spot for a sweet treat drink, specializing in milk teas and matchas. I tried both the banana and coconut cream matcha. They were both really tasty with yummy cream tops, but the matcha itself wasn't very strong and therefore overpowered by the taste of the cream. I would say this is a very good introductory matcha if you're just starting to get into it, but nothing worth raving about for those who love strong matcha. My friend's black tea drink was really good (forgot the name). The drinks are pricy at an average of close to $8.50. Place is small but really clean with a few seats great for studying or a chat with friends. Drinks came out within 5 minutes. Not dying to come back, but wouldn't be opposed to it if I was around the area again!
This shop is located in Vietnam Town, on the side close to the Walmart plaza. I love the aesthetics and interior with the limewash walls and concrete seating. It's super cute and modern. We ordered on the tablet. I got a Midnight Ube Cloud. This drink didn't allow for a sweetness adjustment, and fortunately, I didn't find it too or overpoweringly sweet. The ube sauce and foam were delicious. The ube boba was also nice. The texture wasn't perfect but still enjoyable nonetheless. We ordered a Strawberry Jam Waffle to share. This was decent, nothing too special. I wish the waffle was a little bit crispier. It was also quite small for the price point. I would definitely want to come back here in the future.

Drinks Matchanana - $8.25 regular sweet regular whole milk less ice The drink itself has the matcha and banana flavor profiles. It was a bit too thick and sweet to my liking even after the ice settled for a few hours post order. Fleur Signature Oolong Milk Tea - $8.25 regular sweet oolong mochi boba The oolong was stronger than expected, which was a nice surprise. The oolong mochi boba was chewy and a unique twist from the standard boba pearls. Creamy Black Milk Tea - $8.25 regular sweet oolong mochi boba This was my favorite drink from the order. The name speaks for itself - creamy with black tea! The oolong mochi boba was a perfect addition and still just as good after several hours of being refrigerated. Customer Service There were several baristas making drinks behind the counter areas and helpful with answering my questions as a first time customer. There's a self-service touchscreen kiosk where orders can be placed; which is minimal interactions with the employees. Ambiance Neutral aesthetics with lots of beige, cream, and soft tone color ways throughout. There's a large mirror near the front entrance against the wall and tables and chairs to lounge, study, or have a drink date. Location / Parking It is occupying what is formerly known as Story's Organic Milk Bar which specialized in soft serve ice cream (sadly, didn't have a chance to try it). A couple doors down from Sack of Potatoes near the side of Walmart in Vietnam Town. Parking was plentiful when I arrived and found a spot near the front entrance.
THEE BEST BANANA PUDDING MATCHA I'VE HAD SO FAR. They use fresh banana and the pudding is delicious! Its light sweetness really compliments the bitter matcha. Service is friendly and quick, despite how busy it is. Love the minimalist vibes inside and plenty of seating! Parking here is crazy, especially on the weekend so be prepared to be patient. It was worth it though.

I really like the milk tea here, which is why I came back for a second time. Unfortunately, both times my drink was missing some of the toppings that were supposed to be included. It's disappointing because I paid for the full drink experience but didn't get to enjoy all the toppings I ordered. I hope the staff will pay more attention when preparing orders in the future. I truly enjoy the drinks here and would love to keep coming back, but I also expect to receive everything I paid for. I would happily give this place 5 stars if my order included all the toppings as advertised. I hope my next visit will be a much better experience. read more

First time here, and here's my experience: - Ambience (5/5): very clean, bright and nicely decorated. - Service: I ordered from a kiosk at the front and the drink came out quite quickly. - Drink: I order a double matcha and it was really good. It was topped with some foam which was really tasty. The matcha flavor was quite strong. The pearl was okay, I would prefer it to be sweeter. - I regretted asking for less sweet, I guess the regular sweetness would be perfect for me. The drinks here didn't seem too sweet, I bet. Man, this place has really let me down. Since I posted my original review, I've been back about three times in the last month, hoping I'd get a better matcha each time, but unfortunately, it hasn't gotten any better. The quality and taste have dropped significantly. The matcha is now super watery and just doesn't taste anything like it used to. It's honestly disappointing because this place used to be one of my go tos. At this point, I don't know if I'll be back. It's just too expensive to keep paying for something that isn't the same quality it once was. read more

I visited as a group of 3 and the interior is nice and spacious enough to have a few people sit around. We tried the Double Matcha, Silky Matcha, and the Coco Matcha Cloud. Out of the three, my favorite was the coco matcha cloud- it was refreshing and had a good balance of matcha/coconut flavors. The Silky Matcha leaned more toward a dessert from the silken tofu. For the Double Matcha, we ordered it at regular sweetness, but I think I would've preferred it slightly less sweet to bring out a stronger matcha flavor. read more
Came on a Sunday and the wait time was less than 10 min. It's clean inside with seating and a restroom. I got a banana pudding matcha and it was delicious! It comes with a little spoon so you can eat the pudding separately too. I really enjoyed the extra sweetness and textures that the pudding added to the latte. I'll be back! read more

this is THE Vietnam town spot. SUCH A CUTE INSIDE. Comfortable and contemporary seats with fast service and kiosk service. Nice workers and all very kind. Pretty decent boba spot. You can order on a tablet inside or order online. We ordered online and the boba was ready in minutes. We tried the Fleur Tea oolong with less sugar and ice. It was an okay boba in my opinion. The inside is vibey and they have plenty of options. read more
The interior here is simple, clean, and elegant--very minimal, almost Kim Kardashian vibes if you know what I mean. It has that really polished, aesthetic feel that makes the whole place look put together. I also love the self-ordering system--it makes everything quick and easy without feeling rushed. We tried the banana matcha drink and it was a 10/10. The fresh banana with the banana cream paired with the matcha was honestly heavenly. The matcha was strong and flavorful, and the banana complemented it so well. I'm still dreaming about this drink and will definitely be back for it! read more
Located at the side of San Jose Vietnam town, ample parking in front and the surrounding area. Fleur tea boast a minimalist design style with neutral tones and creates a welcoming environment from the aesthetic viewpoint and their welcoming staff. The boba is made fresh with a nice texture that balances well with their milk teas. The fruit teas are very refreshing for those who don't want a milk based drink. For those who love Matcha and banana, the Matchanana is where it's at! Banana pudding with vanilla wafer crumbles mixed in the matcha tea was great! read more
I kept seeing this place on social media and I had to try it out! This store is towards the back of Vietnam town which makes it so much easier to park. There's lots of parking in front. When we got inside, there is a kiosk to order from. It is super aesthetic inside with bar seating and seating towards the back. It is giving aesthetic mat pilates vibes in there! I was soo tempted to try the matcha series, but thought it was too late in the day to get it. Opted for the creamy black milk tea with oolong mochi boba. I was most excited to try that since i've never had anything like that before. The drink itself was so sweet. There is only regular or less sugar. I got regular and it was too sweet for my liking (and I love sugar T-T) The oolong mochi boba saved the drink for me it was so good and soft omg... The downside was either the tea or the boba made the ice melt so fast that my drink was basically just warm. I couldn't stop thinking about the oolong mochi boba so I came back the next week haha. I decided to try the jasmine milk tea with the oolong mochi boba with regular sugar. I thought with the jasmine milk tea it would be more floral, but there is this interesting after taste. I can't describe it. I think I would give the jasmine milk tea another try but with less sugar next time. Would definitely want to go earlier in the day so I could try out the matcha series and the waffles :) read more
Got try this new matcha and coffee spot. With all these new matcha places opening, they can tend to blend together. However, Fleur Tea does have some drinks that make them stand out from others. When I was looking through the menu, I was surprised to see a matcha drink with tofu in it. I knew I had to get it and it did not disappoint. It mixes two of my favorite things, matcha and tofu desserts! The place is very clean and aesthetic. They have a few tables that fit 2-3 people. My friend and I didn't have a problem finding a seat. Final Thoughts: 4.00/5.0 New coffee and matcha spot in the Vietnam Town area. When they first opened here, the wait was quite long, so my friends and I waited for all of the hype to mellow out just a bit before we came. We finally decided to try it after our dinner. Overall, very cute shop. Will be a solid 4 stars from me today. Drink: Matchanana: 4.0/5 My favorite part of this drink is going to have to be the vanilla banana pudding with the wafers mixed into it. It was very thick like a pudding and tasted amazing with vanilla wafers mixed into it. Honestly, I'm here for that big scoop on top. Their cups have the open lid and they give you a wooden spoon to eat it with. You have the option to mix it in, but this was quite addicting to just eat by itself. For the matcha base, it was alright. The matcha flavor could use a little more something to it or just more quantity in general because it seems very light. Preference, but I'm all for a strong matcha flavor. A lot of the banana even masked the flavor of the matcha. For sweetness, I thought it was actually quite good. There's this subtle sweetness to it, which I really like. That combined with the topping, wafers, and bananas was the right balance for me. Double Matcha Latte: 3.7/5 Friend's drink and I tried it today. This drink was also light on the matcha flavor. It's interesting because the matcha color is quite good and the initial impression is that the matcha flavor will be stronger. Could be even deeper of a color, but I'm not mad at it. For the sweetness, this one was also quite good. For me at least, I think their levels of sweetness is optimal for the percentage levels that they have. Consistency wise, I believe that their drinks are more on the thinner side. It's not smooth or creamy like other places are. Some of it even feels slightly grainy on the tongue. Perhaps there is a higher ratio of water to milk and cream. This one even more so because it just has the cream on top versus with the matchanana with the whole thick banana pudding on top to make the consistency thicker. Side Note: Drinks + Potential for pastries/food provided in the future? Of note, they do have a display case at the front of the counter. Currently, it is empty, but because it is there, I see some potential for them adding some food or pastry items onto their menu. They are fairly new of a café, so perhaps still in the works and pending. --------- Quality: Aiight Their matcha powder has a nice green color. First impression was quite good. The topping looked like it was made inhouse or upon order. The vanilla wafers were still crispy and crunchy when mixed with the vanilla banana pudding on the top. The flavor of the matcha is kind of light for me even though the color looked like a very deep green. Even my friend's drink could have used another dose of matcha for something labeled as "double matcha". Of note, their matcha is pre-made and not whisked to order. Pre-made does not mean it is bad though. Definitely passable for their quality here though. Price: Average The prices for the drinks here are pretty standard. The price range will be within $7 to $9 depending on what you get. Their cups look like the taller cups, which are around 16 oz perhaps, so the prices seems normal to me for what you get. Service: Limited There is a kiosk in the front and we just ordered there. I find that a lot of stores are doing this nowadays and it just reduced having to hire another person for the cashier. Of course, I'm sure you could order at the front and then they'll also be the ones to make your drink. Ambiance: Cottage Core The interior of this place is quite nice. It's giving me cottage core vibes with the warm tones. Walls have simple, but very modern designs. I would actually love to sit and chill here or just do work here. Very warm and comforting. They do have 7 small round tables that line the right side of the café when you walk in. They're very small tables in front of the bench seating. The bench is just made of the cement and then there is a cushion on top for you to sit on. On the left side when you walk in, there is going to be the bar table with 3 seats available. Location/Parking: Vietnam Town This place is within Vietnam town and right next to Sack of Potatoes. There is parking around here and it'll depend on some luck and the day you go. Of note, they now have Tesla charging stations right in the parking lot in front of the building in which this café is located. read more

Tea leaves are sourced from Bảo Lộc, Vietnam. Matcha is from Uji, Shizuoka, and Kagoshima. Each cup is brewed/whisked to order with minimal staff so expect a wait. - Sweetness level: Regular or less sweet only - Toppings: Oolong Mochi Boba +$1 (only one available) - Dairy alternatives: Oat milk Recommendation: For the menu, include flavor profile for milk tea series. D R I N K S * Orchid [Oolong] Milk Tea ($7) - Less sweet - Add Oolong Mochi Boba +$1 Frothy top, very milky, subtle tea flavor. Not really my jam as it low key reminds me of ovaltine. While the oolong mochi boba tasted like regular brown sugar boba, it was PERFECT - warm, bouncy, and QQ (chewy). * Strawberry Matcha Bloom ($7.75) - Less sweet Beautiful layers with vibrant green and thicc strawberry puree. Nice balance of earthy matcha and creamy, lightly sweet, fresh strawberry milk. S E R V I C E Kind and helpful. We were given a heads up that our drinks may take awhile. It ended up taking 10 minutes with two customers ahead. A M B I A N C E Modern, minimalist concrete design with high ceilings. There's about 8 tables. WiFi and restroom available. We tried the Jasmine Milk Tea and the Orchid Oolong Milk Tea, both topped with Ube Foam. Before mixing in the foam, we sampled the teas individually and found them delicious--creamy and milky with a robust, potent tea flavor. Regarding sweetness, the shop only offers two levels: "less sweet" and "regular." Even though we opted for less sweet, we found the drinks to be quite sweet. Once we mixed in the Ube Foam, it tended to overpower the delicate notes of the tea. While the foam itself is tasty, it dominates the profile of the drink. If you want to actually taste the tea, I'd recommend skipping the ube topping. read more
Visited here twice and has so far tried 3 different tea types(orchid, signature, and jasmine oolong). All the milk tea are super tasty and they don't skimp out on the tea ratio! They are strong and I noticed if I drink too fast, I get slight headache. My favorite so far is jasmine oolong milk tea. Orchid is very good too if you like a richer taste. There are 2 levels of sweetness(less sweet and regular). I usually get the less sweet, but still finds it just a tiny bit too much. Hopefully in the future they can do even lesser sweetness level. read more
I heard a lot about Fluer Tea and wanted to try it. I tried their signature oolong milk tea along with a matcha waffle. Parking can be kinda hard especially today with the rain but I got lucky and found a spot. The space felt warm and cozy, which made it a really nice place to hang out. You can only order through a kiosk, so they only accept Apple Pay or credit cards. No cash. And even though there was a long line, the wait time wasn't bad at all, probably 10-15 mins to get everything. The oolong milk tea was super fragrant and refreshing, and it paired really well with the waffle. The matcha waffle itself was just okay, but that might be because I didn't eat it right away, so it wasn't warm anymore. Service was pleasant, though there isn't much interaction since everything is done through the kiosk. But I'd come back again for the drinks and cozy vibe! read more
Small place, but definitely has a high class vibe to it. With its decorative , yet minimalistic decor and small tables. Service was quick and was redirected to the register to make the order faster. 4/5 - Creamy Milk Tea - Got their normal black milk tea, with a cream top. Great drinks and very minimalistic vibes inside. It seems to be a competitor for Arisan. Of the two, I prefer Fleur since they give you more drink than ice. I've enjoyed all the drinks I've tried so far, with my favorite being the coco cream matcha. I just wish the cups were bigger since the prices can be steep. read more
Another boba shop in the area! The interior and cups have a really nice aesthetic, and there's seating available inside. Ordering is done through a kiosk. I got the coco matcha cloud (less sweet, less ice) and it was good. I especially liked the coconut bits. It reminded me of a coconut cookie I used to have as a kid. The matcha flavor was subtle and could be a bit stronger. I'd be interested in trying their other drinks. read more
Fleur Tea is the latest addition to the matcha scene in San Jose. It's aesthetic interior and background music sets the mood for a cute coffeeshop visit. Plenty of parking is available. Tesla chargers are a few steps away as well. Ordering is all done via the kiosk up front. You can also have someone take your order at the register. Menu is also available on QR. There are plenty drinks to choose from and most start at $7.50. Silky Matcha is a matcha drink with silken tofu inside. The matcha was good and the tofu held its silky texture. It wasn't a sweet drink, which was nice. It was not a watered down drink. Not sure if I'd come back given the price and taste in comparison to other places, but the store ambiance was memorable. Way too sweet for my taste. The matcha itself was delicious, but when I ordered the peach drink less sweet, it still ended up being sweeter than expected. I think if the sweetness level were adjusted a bit more, it would be much more enjoyable. They only had the option of less sweet and regular. I wish they had more options for the sweetness level. We went when it wasn't crowded yet, so our drinks came out quickly, which was nice. However, my friend went later and said she waited around 30 to 45 minutes. They had just opened, so it's understandable, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if you plan to visit during peak hours. I really love the vibe of the store. It feels like a great place to study, relax, or take pictures, and the aesthetic is very well done. Despite the sweetness level and potential wait times, it's a spot I'd still come back to, especially to try other drinks or customize the sweetness more to my liking. read more
