Fleur Tea is my current boba obsession! All I've tried all of their Oolong milk tea variations and all very good. My favorite is the osmanthus oolong then the signature and then jasmine oolong. I have to have to have to have the oolong mochi boba as well! The guava bloom is also very delicious and refreshing! We've also tried the pistachio waffle before and i would say skip this. They get pretty busy in this plaza, but there is usually more parking on this side of the plaza. Service was nonexistent - ordering is through the kiosk and the employees avoid eye contact, even when you stand by the counter, so it is difficult to ask questions about their drinks. I ordered their Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. It took over 45 minutes - almost an hour to get just 1 drink. Either they do not have enough people working or they just take really long because it was not that busy for a weekend afternoon with only a few people ahead of me in line who has not gotten their drinks yet. The milk tea was not good at all, it was bitter and tasted more tea than milk - it was not that creamy and it did not even taste like it was a green / jasmine tea base. 6/20/2026 Fleur Tea was such a lovely stop during our day in Little Saigon! When we walked in we were immediately greeted and got our orders take. We tried the Silky Matcha, Guava Bloom, and Love Peach. The Silky Matcha came with silky tofu, which sounded a little different at first, but it was surprisingly delicious. The Guava Bloom was the standout for sure--so refreshing with real bits of guava inside. My dad ordered the Love Peach (he's a big peach‑drink guy), and while it was good, I'm still convinced my drink was better. I forgot to snap photos of the Guava and Peach drinks, but trust me, they were worth it. The decor inside is modern and clean, with limited seating, and a lot of people seem to hang out or work on laptops. There are tons of food spots nearby too. I'm a fan! I would recommend this place if you love a strong matcha latte or a creamy (BUT FLORAL) milk tea. This might be my new go to in Vietnam Town! Double Matcha Latte: 3.7/5 Friend's drink and I tried it today. This drink was also light on the matcha flavor. It's interesting because the matcha color is quite good and the initial impression is that the matcha flavor will be stronger. Could be even deeper of a color, but I'm not mad at it. For the sweetness, this one was also quite good. For me at least, I think their levels of sweetness is optimal for the percentage levels that they have. Consistency wise, I believe that their drinks are more on the thinner side. It's not smooth or creamy like other places are. Some of it even feels slightly grainy on the tongue. Perhaps there is a higher ratio of water to milk and cream. This one even more so because it just has the cream on top versus with the matchanana with the whole thick banana pudding on top to make the consistency thicker. Side Note: Drinks + Potential for pastries/food provided in the future? Of note, they do have a display case at the front of the counter. Currently, it is empty, but because it is there, I see some potential for them adding some food or pastry items onto their menu. The topping looked like it was made inhouse or upon order. The vanilla wafers were still crispy and crunchy when mixed with the vanilla banana pudding on the top. The flavor of the matcha is kind of light for me even though the color looked like a very deep green. Even my friend's drink could have used another dose of matcha for something labeled as "double matcha". Of note, their matcha is pre-made and not whisked to order. The price range will be within $7 to $9 depending on what you get. Their cups look like the taller cups, which are around 16 oz perhaps, so the prices seems normal to me for what you get. Service: Limited There is a kiosk in the front and we just ordered there. I find that a lot of stores are doing this nowadays and it just reduced having to hire another person for the cashier. Parking can be kinda hard especially today with the rain but I got lucky and found a spot. The space felt warm and cozy, which made it a really nice place to hang out. And even though there was a long line, the wait time wasn't bad at all, probably 10-15 mins to get everything. Another skeptical spot to add to the ongoing list of boba shops in Vietnam town but this place was actually 10/10! The place prides itself on Vietnamese hand crafted tea and they perfected it! We ordered their silky matcha which is matcha latte with Vietnamese tofu pudding, this drink is so underrated. Their matchanana was also good, it's more of a banana pudding top. For their matcha the only downside is no milk substitute, it's automatically whole milk but the quality was still creamy and strong, not subtle at all like most of these other places that specialize in matcha LOL. We also recommend the Guava Bloom and the Black Milk Tea, which was super creamy. They ran out of oolong mochi boba and didn't tell us so one of the drinks was missing the topping until my friend was sipping on the drink. After letting them know the worker was super sweet and handled it nicely by replacing the topping with some other jelly. 15% off the entire bill for soft opening, we waited about 30 minutes for our drinks, we arrived right before there was a massive line too. Matchafoo is back again on the hunt for the best strawberry matcha, and man oh man, is this place the real deal! It is easily one of the top five strawberry matchas I've ever had. The matcha flavor and strawberry ratio are absolutely perfect.I also tried the banana matcha, and damn, that thing was insane! The banana pudding on top of the matcha is incredible and super flavorful.The vibes here are super laid back and amazing. I love the self serve kiosk because there's no rush, and you can take your time browsing the menu.
