What can you say about 7-Eleven that hasn't already been said about every other 7-Eleven on the planet. It's consistent. This location has a few things going for it (as well as against it): The Good + Nice staff + Lotto + Surprisingly decent selection of beer - YEAAAAAAAH! The Poor - Crappy parking - A bit on the shabby side. It's in need of a modernization face lift here at some point. read more

This clerk named "Gabriel" was really rude to me and the other costumers in line, he should quit his job if he doesn't like to treat well people around him, especially because he gives a bad reputation to the store due his manners and attitude in costumer service. read more

always buy food and cashier said they don't accept credit cards. i used credit card everytime. no sign and im pretty she he just didn't want to use the credit card machine, it wasn't broken, they while on my phone in the parking lot the same cashier exited the seven eleven and was approaching my car which was very creepy and weird. read more

My son and I like to stop here after picking him up from school. It's a convenience store...yoi can not really expect much from it. The store is quote small but is easy to get in and out the parking lot. It is right next to a laundry mat. So when you get your clothes messy from those chili cheese dogs or nachos...you have nothing to worry about...lol. we just stick with the specials...if not it van kind of get pricey for that "convenience"..clean for the most part, cashiers aren't always the friendliest. read more

Extremely rude clerk. Stopped in to grab an energy drink before I hit the road out of town. After I was basically told to leave, because a sign on the door said 'wait 10 minutes'. Though there were customers in the store. I enter to a 'bro, did you not read the sign.' So I left, got in my car, then the clerk opens the door and waves me in, apparently taking the sign off the door at the same time. Was still extremely rude when I cashed out. Next time I'm in town will definitely find another place to spend my measly $3. I'd recommend others to do the same as well. read more

This place sells ROTTEN FOOD ,be careful!And they will not refund or exchange your ROTTEN FOOD! I have been going to this Sausaito 7-11 my entire life of 38 years.I grew up down the street and my family has probably spent $10,000 or more there on food and other items.After today I urge all of you to never give them your precious dollars again. I bought an Odwalla there today,i do a few times a week.This Odwalla was sickly rotten.The coconut milk turned and it almost tasted carbonated.I brought it back to the store an hour later and asked for a replacement.The cashiers,part of the new management,said since the drink was within the expiration date ,they refused to exchange the item and said I have to pay for a new drink if I wanted one.They did not check the safety of the drinks in the cooler,and said I have to contact Odwalla for my money back. I have never encountered this at any store in my life,and it happening at my neighborhood store was upsetting .Safety means nothing to these people, the same rotten Odwallas are most likely still sitting there. ANY FOOD YOU BUY HERE THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND! I am not a complainer and it sucks to have my childhood store run by people who only care about profit and where loyalty means nothing.If anything it is bad business. comments welcome if you know how the law works in a situation like this. read more

When I worked in Sausalito, this 7-Eleven was the closest place to get an extra large diet soda (my caffeine boost). If you're ever dying of thirst, head on over. Big Gulps are over the top, gigantic. The Big Gulp is good for one thirsty person but then there's Super Big Gulp for two people and Double Big Gulp for small groups. Plus they have Slurpees for those days when you need to overdose on sugar and turn your tongue blue or red. Their candy selection has always been pretty good plus you can get all sorts of other things, use the ATM, munch on a hot dog or donut, read magazines, and just loiter. This location is not in a busy area (it's not downtown but by the stretch of Bridgeway with the theater and Sushi Ran) and doesn't seem to attract the usual 7-Eleven loiterers though. read more

I lived less than a block from this store for 12 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. The owner is extremely friendly and, if I've ever had a complaint, he instantly corrects the problem. I now live about 1 mile up the hill but continue to go to 7-11 for papers, etc. The staff is consistently professional and friendly. As one can imagine, they are forced to deal with some people who aren't exactly polite to them but I've not once seen them lose their patience or their professional attitude. Those are those who laugh at me when I say I miss living so close to this store but I truly do. read more

I was going to buy some popcorn and pay with cash. I asked the cashier if I could exchange 4 quarters for a dollar and he refused. It was only one dollar bill and he said, "No." I didn't buy the popcorn and they lost the sale because of this. They lost out on revenue because the clerk was a jerk. read more

ghetto 7-eleven for the area of Sausalito. I was walking thru the aisles and saw an empty pizza box amongst the convenience store items they sell. good thing about this place...they sell booze. so if you're staying at a local hotel/inn in the area, come here for cheap alcohol. aside from that the area of Sausalito seems less than safe as there were some people lurking around that seemed a bit shady. I wouldn't recommend walking here unless u were desperate and didn't have a car. I think next time I'll stop at a different 7-eleven for my goods and avoid this place altogether. read more

So, my husband and I stopped by this store location on 12/26/18. I figured since my purpose was to use the restroom facility we should at least purchase something. So, my husband and I picked out a handful of small items and headed to the cash register. Since the store is a convenience store, had a visible restroom on the premises, and we were paying customers I asked for the restroom key. The cashier said, " No! We don't provide public restrooms." What?! It's a convenience store, right? We are paying customers, right? The restrooms are visible to any customer walking into the store, right?! What a load of $%&t. If I could give the cashier with the bad attitude and this entire location less than one star I would. Basically, I just got on the highway and drove 17 miles down the street and used another 7-11 that was customer friendly. read more

First I want to say that I really like 7-11. that said the employee that i had the great misfortune of encountering on may,26 2014 at 9:00 pm has made me decide to never return to this store. I bought a coffee and a hot and went outside and sat on the curb to eat it. he comes out droping the f bomb several times threatening to call the police if i didnt leave. this is not customer relations!. I urge you to stay clear of this store in the evenings there is another 7-11 just down the highway in strawberry where the employees aren't rude and foul mouthed. if i could give less than one star I would. read more

This is the best 711 in the world--why? Because the people who work here are wonderful. For over twenty years we have been dropping in, often very late at night, to buy silly stuff that we forgot to get at Whole Foods or Safeway. I just have to say that the people who work here are amazing. They are intelligent, friendly, helpful, interesting, and cheerful! And thank goodness, they are not robots! It is such a hard job working at an all night convenience store. So many nutty people come in and have so many weird requests, yet the people at this store are ever tolerant and cheerful! I dropped in today and the place was absolutely packed with foreigners buying shopping carts filled with pizza, hot dogs, and chicken wings from the hot case, and the single clerk who was working was handling everyone with patience and charm.
