I was left waiting about 45 minutes with no update--no notice of a delay, no mention that there might not be a driver available, nothing. What made it worse was calling the restaurant for help. The response I received felt dismissive, and I was simply told the order was canceled. There was no effort to assist or provide any explanation. Yes, I received a refund, but that's not the point. Good customer service is about communication and respect for your customers' time. A quick update could have made a big difference. I hope the restaurant improves how they handle situations like this and works more closely with Grubhub to keep customers informed.

The staff was incredibly patient and kind with our kids as they asked to sample what felt like half the menu before finally making their decisions. They never seemed rushed and made the experience fun for the whole family. Our son loved it so much that he went back for seconds, which might be the strongest review a kid can give. Our daughter and I both ended up with two scoops because choosing just one flavor felt impossible. There's something special about ice cream that's so good you're willing to stand outside in the cold, smiling between bites.
