The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sorry if this posts sounds like something from Seinfeld. I ordered a hot food item (chicken burger). Which confused the clerk, they have 4 items in the hot hold that I don't know how he didn't know what items are available. I told him 3 times what I wanted he kept saying "hot dog" I said no chicken burger. He charged me and then started helping the next person without getting the burger. He then motioned and said it was self serve. I said "no it's in the container." At this point there is a line of 4 people. He said "you said hot dog, now you owe 60cents" at this point I snapped at him and said "I said chicken burger" I should have walked out but with the crowd there I felt on the spot. The place is as busy and rude as other locations there is nothing really different to expect. The trully shocking this is the prices on everything except the 7-11 snacks and drinks. All the other convenience items and paper goods and grocery have like a 100% mark up. So your regular sugar box costs $4 instead of $2. It's crazy read more

It's your basic neighborhood 711. Most of the employees work there just to put food in their families mouths and their customer service reflects that. You also have a lot of ESL employees so expect a language barrier. Out of every 711 I've been to, this is by far the best managed I've seen in the area. So I'll start with that. Now for the bad parts. Every now and then, we get an employee like this lady here. I'll call her "Rip-Off-Rachel". I came in for a hot food item. Specifically, some breaded chicken bites on a skewer that the store usually has out around dinner time. I normally pay under $5 for 5 of them on 1 skewer and a cup of ranch. I get to the counter and not only is this lady sitting down with her mask hanging off of her face like she is too good to be at work in public, but when I asked her for a bag of chicken bites in the hot case assuming that they were the ones that I usually buy on the skewers (they are the size of chicken nuggets from McDonald's, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out those aren't strips), it's like it was a bothersome chore for her to even move from the spot she was sitting. I watched as she rang up every quarter sized bite of chicken as $1.49 and when I questioned her on the staggering $18 price tag for a tiny sack of 10 pieces of chicken nuggets, I told her that they are usually sold in groups of 5 like the other small bite fried items in the case and she told me that I was wrong, they are sold individually, this is what I asked for and that I have to pay that price if I want them. I told her that she is absolutely rude and I wanted nothing from her, so I left. Later, I came back to ask for her name and recorded a video to show to the owner so she can know who isn't doing their job in her store. She never gave me her name, took my picture on her personal phone and proceeded to sit there on her phone while I recorded her. This lady either needs to be completely fired or shadowed 100% until she gets how to interact with customers during a point of sale, including the prices of the products she sells. This place smells like cigarettes from the moment you step inside the store. It's a bit overpowering. The prices at the 7-11 are ridiculous. West Seattle is overpriced and so is the 7-11. No bathroom either. I was getting a Slurpee and an employee came out of the backroom and hit me upside the head with the door! No apology from him, he kept on walking. The cashier didn't say a word to me the entire transaction, and when I asked a question at the end, he just smiled and turned his attention to the guy behind me. Only 3 parking spaces + 1 for handicapped so people were creative with their parking. read more

I was initially super excited when I saw that there was a 7-11 on the corner heading out of my neighborhood. Who doesn't love a Coke Slurpee on a hot day? Or needing a quick drink before a long road trip? They also have a Redbox outdoors which is great if you're wanting to do a quick movie pick me up. The problem I have with this 7-11 is their entrance can be hairy if you're coming from the W Seattle Bridge (you're turning left with no turn lane vs. oncoming traffic) and lately, they can't seem to figure out their Slurplee machine. Example: We are season ticket holders for the Seahawks and after one of their big games recently we were getting a free small Slurpee and Beef Jerky with our ticket stub. Sadly, the Coke machine was on 'defrost' and it looked like it'd be quite a while. Sad panda face. Never getting to satisfy that craving, we went back on X-mas to get one for the road to deal with the family and the sign said "Coke" but it was obviously NOT Coke. As in it was a pink flavor. I've been around the block long enough to know that it wasn't Coke Splurpee but just to confirm I asked the employee and he said "Coke" and I said "No. I don't think it is." And then he looked closer and went "No, it's not." And walked away. How can you be 7-11 and never have Coke Slurpee? It's a major disappointment and I'm not sure if I'm going to continue to come by to get disappointed each time. read more

This 711 is the worst , I've been living in this area for over 3 yrs they go through people like running water , they are unreliable when it comes to purchasing gas , either outta gas or problems with pumps the owner is very rude and you have to beg her for a bag and one day they had no bags much of what I'm saying was prepandemic but since has gotten way worse and they've had the ebt sign out that's it's not working for months..I don't buy any gas there anymore because one day the pumps are working and not working the next day.. read more

Most over priced store I have been to. They really are on their hustle. I love 7-11 for their prices but this place is the worst. You might as well go to the movie theater just to buy your candy? Always receive great service, prices are good wish they were a little better, and it's very a convenient location. I do drive a little farther just to because the prices are better then shell. I smoke yer I know it's a bad habit shame on me but this is my #2 place to buy cigs (#1 being the smoke smoke in the junction by safeway) but 7- eleven is open 24 hours. Sometimes there are a few scetchy characters out there but they seam harmless, they're the older drunks with mental health issues. I always get super fast service and you can always expect deals on AMPS and Rockstars (2 for 4.00). Yes the deals could be better but I can't really ask for much more given its location, it's right off the west Seattle bridge. With the cigs at their price, the gas at their price, the energy drinks at their price, and it's location it's hard not to come here. read more

Came here with a flat tire and this place completely screwed me. I tried to use their air machine to fill up my tire and the air pump wasn't taking cards so I went inside to see if they would give me quarters for cash. They refused saying we had to buy something- to get money that would work in their machines so they would get it anyways. We couldn't drive the car anywhere else because of the flat tire. I finally caved and bought a $2.50 pack of gum to get quarters and the machine just ate the quarters and wouldn't pump air. They were completely unhelpful and totally ripping people off. This is a scam. They gave me incorrect change and took the extra cents for themselves. At this point, I don't even care I just want the tire filled so I can move on with my life. they take advantage of people in distress. Go to the shell down the road. read more

This is the worst 7/11 I've ever been too. The prices being higher than other locations is one thing but the racism is another. A older cashier said he didn't like "black people coming in and ruining the store demographic" as I walked up to ring out. After giving him a bewildered look, I told him I wasn't going to expand on that statement. He rung me up and when I asked for a bag he said he didn't have one. Low and behold there's a stack of bags NEXT to the register so I pointed at them and he said it cost extra to which he replied that I can't buy them because I already paid with my card for my items. This is the worse 7-11 I have every had the misfortune to go to. It is scummy, so dirty I would be afraid to purchase any of there unwrapped food! Me and my daughter went in tonight to purchase slurpies. The employee couldn't get over to us fast enough to tell us That the free slurpies where no more. We didn't care we were going to purchase them. He just stood there staring at us for awhile that my daughter asked if it was okay. He just grumbled something and came around the counter to watch us get our slurpies. Like we were going to steal them. Then we went to pay and there were people in front of us waiting also and he just ignored all of us like we weren't there and continued to stock. Finally he came up and rang us all up. When it was my turn, he says your total is 5.68. I was in shock and shouldn't of paid him. That was the total for two small slurpies. After I paid I said that can't be right how much is a small slurpies. He said &2.69 each. Are you crazy. What a rip off. To add insult to injury, they weren't any good. They were mostly just liquid. I've experienced convenient stores from 10 different countries. There is a tall man in his maybe late thirties that runs the store during the hours of 10 and 12 a.m. there isn't a Time where he is focusing on any customer in his store because he is talking to his friends and stocking items even though he knows you're there. He will willingly let you wait for 3 or 5 minutes before attending the cash register. All the while ringing up your items and talking on his phone and not paying attention to anything else. This guy doesn't give a s***. That is my first time swearing on a Yelp review and this is completely Justified. The turnover rate at this 7-Eleven is substantial because we see new faces frequently. One of my friends tried to buy stuff there and was charged twice yet the new employee didn't want to solve the problem and then later tried to get the customer to get the extra items rather than deducting them from the total. Aside from that that night shift guy needs to get off his damn phone and services customers. So obnoxious. This place is garbage. read more

It's the worst experience I ever encounter in a 7 Eleven. The store is filthy and the staff is always on the phone and that includes the manager. I gave them a few trials as I live in the neighborhood. Every single time, they won't acknowledge you when you are walking in. On my most recent visit I purchased a product with a freshness date well passed due. I kindly asked to exchange my product and in front of other people I was told to leave if I wasn't happy with what I had just purchased. I felt ripped off and embarrassed. Quite honestly I'm not sure if they understood that all I asked for was to exchange it for a fresh one (potato chips) as they speak very little English and neither do they speak Spanish. Totally rude customer service and gas pumps that never work. I live around the corner and multiple times I've had my cards decline and pumps not work. I've had to call my bank on many occasions to see if there was something wrong with my card. The guy behind the counter always blames it on people's cards or typing in the wrong pin number. It's bullshit. They are too cheap to get their pumps fixed and do right by their customers. The reason I'm writing this bad review is because I witnessed the guy behind the counter nastily blaming an old man for typing in the wrong pin. He embarrassed the man as well as tried to embarrass me in front of customers when I called him out on it. I will never buy anything from this place again. read more
