I went to 7-11 post workout, I work across the street at the community college. The employee today I bought a long bag of japanese peanuts. When I was looking down the 7-11 representative was joking with his circkle-k friend visiting him at work. When i look down he would pretend the bag of peanuts was an erect penis, and when I looked up he would go flaccid. He kept laughing with his friend who was directly behind me. I could not see what he was doing. Go look at the cameras. I got there a little after 3pm or before. One of your representatives the slightly overweight one just clocked in so im guessing 3. Again I will be telling the college people I work with, and I will be telling the students. I will no longer be buying from that 7-11 ever again. I've gone to this 7-11 3 times and all the refrigerated drinks are always warm, how does that make any sense?! People look forward to cold beverages when they go to a 7-11 but not this one. Also the staff is super rude there and the manager too, super unprofessional when busy or not. So there's no excuse for them to say they're busy bc they never are. read more

Left my house for an essentials run. Last stop today at 12:47 p.m. was 7-Eleven on Grand& San Jose across from Mt. Sac College. They are selling masks to customers for $9.99 ea. But their employees are not required to wear them personally according to employee, Marcus. Marcus had a mask on but it was worn exposing his full face, cradling his chin!!!! Why bother with the mask???? When I asked him to pull it up he got verbally aggressive with me! He did have gloves on!! Kind of a contradiction to the safety precautions? Ofcourse another millenial with no social conscious! I will take his attitude up with the owner who was not in. Please be aware that they sell food there and with them choosing to not wear a mask it endangers everyone. I checked an old lottery ticket but bought nothing after that encounter. We all can get what we need from our supermarkets were they value our safety as well as their own/ employees. Stay home and stay safe and if you must go out wear gloves and a mask read more

It's 7-11 so what can I say. Get in, get your stuff, get out. The parking lot is small and it can be really difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. It is right near a community college and a university so the traffic can be insane. I live in the neighborhood, so I consider the car and foot traffic to be inconvenient. I will visit here on my way home but not on my way out when school is in session because it is just too crazy around that intersection. The bonus if you stop: slurpee!!!! read more

Nothing to special, but if you are a college student and need a quick eat while earning 7-Rewards: it's worth it, especially when manipulating the reward system to make your emergency meal worth nearly a dollar! Came in on 10/22/16 after 8:00 p.m. to get some chips and was in and out in like 3 minutes. All the chips were prominently displayed and the checkout was really fast. The worker was very friendly and struck up a conversation. Will definitely return. read more

It's the usual 7-11 store with all the amenities of it. The store can use a bit of cleaning since it has a lot of foot traffic from the school nearby. I have a few complaints. I go all the time and sometimes the food isn't ready by 8 am. The cashier in the morning around 8:15 is nice but the person before is lazy and doesn't make any food. Today the card reader was not working and although I had to just leave everything to get to work( she did spend time helping but she should have moved machines) use cash if you can Adding onto my first review. The guy at 7 am is beyond bad! There's no hot food ready! Then when I decided on 2 taquitos he asked me how many I said 2 he said only ONE is ready. I didn't have time to wait. Went to 7/11 for free slurpees today and the lady in the glasses was the one filling up the cups and handing them out. But she was barely filling up the cups half way and being very rude and rushing the customers saying "can you make up your mind already" when they were choosing the flavors. She also had yelled at me when I was trying to get straws, saying to get them from the front. But she hadn't said anything prior so how would I have known? This 7-11 is across from the college and prices are higher than other 7-11 stores. I didn't know that 7-11 can charge a transaction fee for purchases under $1.99. I've been to so many other 7-11 stores that do not charge and their prices are pretty much the same in comparison. I don't have to worry charging my credit card for 1 small cup of coffee without an additional fee. The employees aren't really that friendly. I used to frequent this location until I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. I had some scratchers one with a win and 2 that were for 2 free scratchers. When I went in the cashier gave me the money, including the worth of the free tickets, without actually giving me the free tickets that I wanted. I was given no option, just given the cash. He refused to acknowledge that what I wanted was the tickets, not the value of them. When the owner came to the counter an I asked her to take over she insisted he speaks English jus fine, which was irrelevant since it wasn't his ability to speak or understand English, but rather his lack of communication of store policy and not giving me what I was asking for. She ended up giving me the tickets, but every time I said something she felt the need to cut me off, not letting me explain what the issue was. While I scratched them I witnessed her be blatantly rude to another customer that was buying a drink. When called out on it she said she wasn't being rude, just honest. She was rude. I've worked in retail and service for 14+ years. You don't talk to people that way. When I tried to explain how she was being rude she threatened to kick me out for calling her rude. I will never go back to this location. She is clearly a racist and she is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! read more

Just went into this 7/11 and noticed it's marked at a B. Was already skeptical about it but ignored it because I wanted to buy a bottle of water. While getting water my fiancé walked by the sweet bread aisle & notice a 7/11 loaf of bread. It had mold all over it. He brought it to the clerk & she didn't even notice the loaf of bread had mold on it. He brought it to her attention so she would know about it & not have it by all the other loafs of bread. When getting ringed up she seemed annoyed with the fact he was telling her that he was just concerned about it. So this 7/11 needs some help due to having molded loafs of bread on their shelves, being a B marked store & the fact it's in front of a college as well. read more
