Great customer service ! This is an older and smaller 7-Eleven but what it la is in size they make up for in customer service and attention to detail. I personally like the smaller size of the store, feels like a small business, mom and pop type. I've been coming to this location for years, about 20+ to be exact and one of the main reasons I like this location is their coffee station. They always have coffee freshly brewed and during the day they have a nice selection. Crisp Blueberry with French Vanilla creamer is my go to !! If you have not tried it, you must. They also always have a good variety of hot foods ready to go and if you are craving something but don't see it, they'll usually hear it up for you. The owner Bobbie is prideful of her store and it shows with the consistency of great service and product selection. read more

Caught this dude marking up a pizza an extra $5 then he played dumb and tried acting like he can't understand English even though he speaks it perfectly in any other instance. I bet they pocket the surplus money at the end of their shift for whatever the register is over. Don't support these shady people who steal from their neighbors. 0 stars!!! Very rude woman working behind counter this evening. I used my 7-Eleven points on my app for a free drink. Lady rang up the drink and charged me the 0.10 CRV fee. I told her that I never had to pay the CRV before when claiming a reward from the app. She then proceeded to yell at me and snatch my drink from the counter. So I went in and asked how much the hot dog was and looked at the prices being displayed and I was told by the guy at the counter that they were $2.19 rather than the advertised price and he was not very friendly about it and seemed a little irritated and I took me about 5 minutes to get him to answer my question and it looks pretty run down and nasty outside lots of Homeless looking people here and there not that that's a bad thing just to beware read more

I really like this store. The woman working on the weekday mornings when I go in is really nice and always helpful. I love the Blue Berry coffee. The manager was there this morning and she is also very nice. UPDATE. I just went in to get soda and pizza that is in part of my deals. The gentleman working there is not good at customer service. He is the older gentleman and I usually go mornings and those people are always good. I noticed that there was two pieces left and asked him how long it had been there because it was rather dry looking. Asked him to make fresh one and he would not. Since he all the while ringing up my ordering, it was done. He gave me those two pieces and would not make a new one. Needless to say after one bite, my dogs got pizza for their afternoon snack. read more

I know it's a 7-Eleven and shouldn't expect great customer service, but when I came here yesterday, it was one of the rudest customer service I've ever received. So, I walk in and asked the cashier a question and I was ignored for a good minute or two because he was busy on his phone finishing his text or whatever else he was doing on his phone. Then when he finally finishes with whatever was more important on his phone he goes "what do you want?" Excuse me? Mind you, it wasn't even busy at this time. I tell him what I need and he's like "Id!" No please no nothing. Sheesh, I know it's a 7-Eleven and all, but have some more courtesy to a paying customer. As bad of an experience I had, I'll unfortunately still come here for the Slurpee though. read more

Expectations for a convenience are always low, but this 7-Eleven stands out! I frequently visit this store and their customer service is what keeps me coming back. In the mornings, you're greeted with a smile and welcomed in. The employees interact with the customer and truly make the experience enjoyable. This 7-11 takes gross to a whole new level. It perpetually stinks of cigarette smoke and is always out of basic things (straws, lids, etc.) and is just dirty and scummy. I go in this 7-11 at least once a week for beer and this or that. Their prices for beer are very reasonable and its always ice cold. The lady who manages the location, a nice Indian lady is very personable and greets me every time I see her with a smile and a nice welcoming gesture. She makes customers feel like family. This place isn't the best option for munchies by any means. Two bennifits are they have two red boxes and are open 24-7-365. However, customer service sucks the choices are limited (no pringles or snapple products) and at least two of the alurpee machines are always in defrost mode! they do not have gas either. This location never ever has cherry slurpee. WTF! I have made MULTIPLE trips to this location specifically for cherry. And that older lady working there is so un friendly. I think she may be one of the owners. Not a good way to get customers to come back. She needs to learn some customer service skills or just stay at home. Need to get rid of all the shady people hanging around that place as well. I would not stop here again until they get cherry slurpee, get rid of the old mean lady, and clean out the riff raff. Whenever I need a friend I go to 7-11. Whether it be the homeless man in a wheelchair, the dog rolling in vomit, or the cashier that never remembers my name, there's always someone there to remind me that I'm not alone. The slurpees are tight; One day I'll save enough to fill a kiddie pool with sour patch kid slurpee and finally get that 7-11 exfoliation I've been talking about. My favorite is the 25 oz of rolling rock. I'm glad they have two racks now so that I can buy four of them at a time. It's the perfect stop on the way to the river. They even serve pizza! If they would deliver it would be 1 800 hook-me-up and the kids could finally stop whining. I might put in an application, one day I could be manager! Only a 3 star because the clerk is always suspicious and thinks I'm gonna rob him. Maybe if the clerks would just let me walk out with my beer without paying it would be a 5. Until then, I'll settle with being manager. read more
