Stopped in here while passing through for work and the place was completely empty when I walked in. I heard somebody yell "hello" from the back so I walked over to the ordering screen to place my order, but got told they couldn't take it there and had to go to the register instead. No big deal, but right away the interaction just felt rushed. Soon as I finished saying my order it was "anything else?" with that hurry up vibe instead of a friendly interaction. While I waited, customer after customer came in and honestly I noticed the same energy with them too. It just felt more like people were bothering them instead of being welcomed in. Customer service can really change the whole experience even at a smoothie spot. Now on the positive side, the young lady making the food and drinks absolutely crushed it. Everything came out fresh and tasted amazing so credit where credit is due. Since I pass through this area for work pretty often I'm sure I'll stop back in again and hopefully next time the energy is a little more welcoming. read more

Probably one of the best Jamba locations I've been to! It's a small space but the service is always so sweet and helpful. They have a self-order kiosk or you can order at the counter. Drinks come out fairly quickly. My go-to is the Aloha Pineapple, and my boyfriend always gets an Orange Dream Machine, sub fresh orange juice. Great neighborhood spot! read more

I've gone to other Jamba locations but really miss this place because they made the fruit bowls way better than anywhere else. Hopefully the new employees learned from the past employees how to make these because else where is miss some lack of taste unlike this location. Prices are reasonable if you don't like preparing for yourself and the portions are ok. They tend to have seasonal options which is what I have here that was tasty and would love to get it again I highly suggest ordering ahead which a lot do but I remember when ordering there the wait wasn't bad. read more

$11.00 for a medium smoothy is ridiculous. I used to enjoy this brand, now at 11 bucks you have to just blend your own. Most of the fruit is bulk frozen anyways. The other items are pre-made / frozen and put in a toaster oven, can you say preservatives.. When Juice club started in SLO it was about an affordable, fresh, healthy and delicious treat, now it is only about how to get the most money out of the customer. I've worked in the same shopping center for about a year and became a regular customer here (I know it's gotten so expensive, but I can't help it, I'm obsessed with the green juice!). Staff are always very nice but what stands out are the clean bathrooms! I really can't stand it when I go into a restaurant, even if it is fast food, and the floors are sticky and gross and the toilet has a ring around it. I've got a fever...and the only cure is my obsession with Jamba Juice! This is now my preferred location for the following reasons: consistent and quality drinks, a friendly staff and a clean store. Unless you don't like Jamba Juice (in which case you shouldn't be coming here anyway), then what's not to like? We came in before my son's baseball practice since it seems to be the easiest way to get him to fuel up before hitting the field. My family always prefers the Orange Dream Machine, which tastes almost exactly like an Orange Julius. The staff were super friendly. They greeted us as we walked in, double checked what boosts we wanted and got our drinks made in no time. One of my biggest Jamba pet peeves is drinks that are made inconsistently. Either too watery or so thick you can barely get a straw in them. Not here. the drinks come out great every time. Here's the problem. The reason she had to bring it outside to me was that the noise was as loud as could possibly be inside. I've always been a fan of Jamba Juice.  And when it comes to Jamba Juice, I always favored ordering Mango-A-Go-Go.  And more so, it's the best during a hot summer's day! The staff in this location are so attentive and helpful.  I came here during the late afternoon and everyone still looks happy and fresh as if they were just starting their shift.  They will always ask you if there's anything else you may need.  And it doesn't take more than a few minutes after your order to get the juice, all strawed up and ready to go. The price is the same across all Jamba Juice outlets.  And it always seem reasonable to me for the amount of juice you get. I came with my family to order Jamba Juice. I have a medical condition. I lost a lung due to cancer. Under the guidelines I am NEVER required to wear a mask anywhere for any reason. Restriction of my limited air flow can cause me serious complications. I was told to be outside which is not apart of the mandate. Of course I still allowed my kids to get their smoothies. No one was ride to me or disrespectful. Everyone was polite. If you are going to enforce the mask mandate at least do it properly. read more

Long Wait, Good Smoothies This particular Jamba Juice is typically not flooded with people, though it's still seemingly slow all the time. The ticket times on the smoothies are just too long ultimately. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes waiting for your smoothie to be made. The smoothies themselves are good. Fresh and good consistency. Not so thick that you can't sip it through the straw and not so thin that it's watery, just right. Unfortunately, this last time we got our smoothies they were not full and there was a good amount empty. If you're going to pay $5.19 for a small smoothie, it better be all the way full. I do think they pricy, but it's not over the top. Glad they changed their size names to the normal, "small, medium, large" from the other weird titles. read more

Went to this Jamba Juice yesterday 12-9 @ around 4:30 pm and ordered a lrg Gotcha Matcha with cream and light ice which endéd up being a ton of ice and all cream with no green tea what-so-ever! What's worse it seems as though it was done purposely because I heard someone say "don't do it" right before he was about to make my drink! I paid almost $8 for a lrg cup of cream and ice that's ridiculous! Love the service here. Amazing staff, I came here a couple of minutes from closing and they still welcomed me! There was also a couple of customers that came in behind me and they were also served. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the menu and what they have the offer, it was very nice of them to take the time to explain the differences between certain ones. The actual store is like your typical Jambi Juice, there are seating but not a lot. If you've never been, it has more of a take out vibe. The place is very clean and organized. The parking is shared with the town center so there's plenty around--they also have a 20 min parking right up front for those just stopping by. *sigh* I miss Blenders in the Grass. Anyone? As far as Jamba Juices go, the West Sac Jamba is nice. I'm usually in and out pretty quick, and the employees have always been friendly. Most Jamba smoothies are just a bit too acidic for my taste, but there are a few I really dig. Orange Dream Machine = nom, and the Matcha Green Tea Blast is damn tasty, too. Warning: check your calorie counts! (That is, if you give an ess about that stuff, which I occasionally do.) The original-sized Peanut Butter Moo'd, while phenomenal, is 770 calories! Whew. The Strawberry Nirvana is my favorite of their "Light" options; at 150 calories for the 16 ounce, it's definitely diet-friendly and it's actually pretty delicious. My least favorite part of the Jamba experience is that there are no good place to wait for your order. Awkward. You either have to stand or they have like two bar stools available; thanks, that's awesome. Tall, backless chairs are my idea of re-lax-ing. But man, have ya tried the Pumpkin Smash smoothie? Oh lordy lordy. Calories, shmalories... I dream about this one. This smoothie ALONE moves Jamba up to 4 stars; it would be 3 if not for this little bit of heaven in a styrofoam cup. Remember: you always get a free boost with your drink. If they don't offer it, you order one anyway. Claim your boost, bra! Verdict: Worth a visit. Walk into Jamba this morning and there were 4 employees their working I understand being short staffed and busy but I literally stood at the counter for 10mins while the employees never once made eye contact nor a simple well be right with you while they proceed to acknowledge and help the person right before us and the person that walked into office right after us.
