Worst customer experience ever with the same people working at this location. They'll NEVER see another dime of my money. The worker today called me a "liar" that my transaction was approved. The CC machine said approved, remove card. I told the guy what it said and he went off on me. The guy standing behind with the 9 others behind him saw it was approved as well and the worker said, " I wasn't talking to you". How is this place still open? read more

The guy that typically works here has no customer service skills. He's very off-putting and makes me feel uncomfortable. He's the sole reason I don't come often. Now the lady who's always well dressed, think she might be the owner, is a different story. She's very pleasant and kind. read more

Not sure how this place is even still open. I won't be coming back. Was just in, trying to buy a couple of waters. Stood at the counter for a while and no one came to help me. Stuck my head around the corner and asked for help, but the cashier / owner screamed "I told you I will be with you in a few minutes. Don't you listen?" So I said - never mind and walked out leaving the waters on the counter. Whoever the tiny old man is shouldn't be working here. I won't be back after being treated like this. It is seven - eleven and a stop for lottery tickets. Service was non existent, we had to wait while the clerk did something behind the counter. felt like we were an inconvenience rather than the reason for his job. read more

I got kicked out because I wanted to buy two slices of pizza and the employee refused to sell me the slices telling me to buy a whole on instead this was at 3:30 pm and they sell slices and whole cooked pizzas till 7pm the day was Monday June seventh so whoever was working that day is a terrible employee read more

The guy at the counter was rude and acted like it was annoying I was even there. Tossed my hot food on the counter and then dropped my change as far away from my hand as possible. The immediately crossed his arms. My food was dry and hard like they had been on the roller too long. They aren't usually like that. Friday the 20th at around 1pm. I defiantly will think twice before going to that location again. read more

It's a 7-Eleven, what can I say? Gas is cheaper than some other places... but the pump is so sloooowwww. They've got a Redbox that is well stocked. I mainly come here for Hi-Chews, yum. The dudes that work behind they counter are always nice and quick, just what I am looking for in a 7-Eleven. read more

So this is an update review, my first review of this place was a good one and now this is a bad one! So this place has hired some new employees and for some reason got rid of there awesome employees and replaced them with terrible employees. But one of these terrible employees sticks out more than the others do, he was working the night/swing shift last night through this morning (7/13/16 through 7/14/16) I just don't understand how a person working with customers can be so rude! Well for starters this person just comes off as being a cold soul, never seems to be in a good mood, almost seems to hate his job or he just hates people in general. So I went into 7-11 to grab something to quench my thirst and the items I picked up were on sale which is the reason why I chose those particular items. Then the new employee tried to charge me full price for the two items, at this point I tried to tell him that they are on a special sale price for these items. As I'm telling him this he is just shaking his head and is being rude towards me and telling me that I must be mistaken; so at this point he is talking down to me and doing it all in front of customers and another vendor that was in the store. He just keeps going in on me saying that I'm incorrect and I don't know what I'm talking about and he knows it all because he works there and I'm just a customer! That's funny because I probably spend more time in that 7-11 than he does, I mean that is how much I like 7-11 and how much I love there products! So this went back and forth a little bit longer until I finally walked back to where I grab the items and pulled the sign out of the drink cooler and brought it up to the employee and was like "see it, so you see what it says? And then he finally charged me the right amount. But it wasn't without a darn hassle which was totally un-called for and I don't understand why he was just super rude about the whole situation. Because of this I'm taking my money else where to a place that will treat me with some respect and I'll be spreading the word to others about this terrible experience. I hope no one else has to go through the same pain and humiliation that I endured during my last visit to my favorite convenience store! read more

Your typical 7-Eleven. A little old and dirty, but hey, it's convenient. There's also a redbox outside.

Was driving into store at 11pm and a delivery driver of there supplies blasted his horn at me so he could park up front in customer spots. Let me say I left and as a former truck driver for years this was so rude and I grew up in this area and used to ride my bike as a kid down there back in the 80's and now I won't set foot in there ever. read more
