I thought I'd give Three Cats a try to start my day off. The location is cute, kinda quirky inside. The service was good and we had our order in pretty fast. I was surprised at how small the coffees were. Not a great value for me. The flavor was good, but I need a coffee that's bigger than a shot glass. Good service, itty bitty coffees

Excellent and unique latte flavors! Super friendly owner! My cousin took me here on a Saturday morning during my visit to the Seattle area. Three Cats is tucked inside the the bodega. Options were unique including cinnaroll latte, strawberry latte, and teriyaki latte. My cousin recommended the orange mocha as the best, and so I went with her recommendation. Great beverage, not too sweet, with really nice citrus notes. The owner was incredibly sweet and personable. Highly recommend a visit for coffee. I didn't get a chance to try the non-coffee options, but would definitely want to try their lemonades or milk teas next time.

I was looking for breakfast sandwiches last weekend and found Three Cats Coffee. I didn't know they had opened, the location is a little hidden, it's located within the Bodega. I got a Mocha, Hot Cocoa and Pesto Sandwiches. The Mocha and Hot Cocoa were good, I loved the Pesto sandwich, it has a little spice kick to it. The service was very friendly, loved chatting with the owner as she made our drinks.

I recently heard about this new coffee shop on social media and drove over there today to check them out. It's a cute little shop attached to a bodega. The staff was incredibly welcoming and lovely. I got the Victoria latte, a hot oat milk latte topped with cold foam and strawberry drizzle. It was delicious! I also ordered the vegan bacon breakfast sandwich. It was also very tasty, the thick cut plant based bacon was unique and really good. I'll definitely come back again when I'm back in the Woodenville area!

My friend moved to downtown Everett last year and is still exploring the area. She told me about…read morethe vegan joint nearby that she hadn't been to yet. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.

Don't overlook the zucchini- it cooks into the dish so well. I usually get it in the hot stone dish because I like how it crisps up the rice, but then I have to take it to go because it's a HUGE serving. That amount of protein and veggies for $15 is so iconic. They bring you sauce to the table and you can use as much as you want. So many choices tooo! To go boxes are usually needed, and they make great leftovers. Ample street parking, super kind staff. For an appetizer, we got the special which was a four piece crispy rice appetizer. It was pretty good. My husband and son liked them both but one was a little too spicy for me and the other I thought needed a little something more. But overall pretty good. I ordered the Chirashi bowl. The tako (octopus), seared tuna, sake (salmon), hamachi (yellowtail), maguro (tuna), tamago (egg), ikura (salmon roe), ebi (shrimp), hotate (scallop), and superwhite tuna in the chirashi were sliced nice and thick. Some places cut them thin but here the size was perfect. Not too big, not to small. Just right. My husband got the ultimate Bento and my son ordered the Tuna Bento. They both got sushi, tempura and salad in their bento. The tempura was super crispy and the perfect amount of thickness of the batter. My husband and son loved the tempura. Their sushi was really good and the cut of the fish was just the right thickness. This is a family business and the girls serving us we're really nice and checked on us often. I like supporting small family businesses so I definitely will be coming back and recommending this to my friends!

I ordered the mango mocktail and the banana curry, and both were delicious. The curry especially stood out. Rice isn't included by default, but there are plenty of carb options--you can add noodles on the side if you're not in the mood for rice. Portions are very generous, so come hungry. One slightly odd thing: they had space heaters running indoors. The overall temperature was comfortable, but the person sitting right in front of one was definitely feeling the heat. Service was very attentive and friendly, though not the fastest--dishes didn't all come out at once. It looked like there were only one or two people in the kitchen, so it's understandable. Overall, if you're vegan/vegetarian--or dining with a group that has dietary restrictions--and you're in Bellevue, this place is worth checking out.

My sister and I dropped by spontaneously for weekend brunch (à Saturday korning around 9:30). There was a bit of a cluster of people waiting for tables, but they were larger groups and we were seated after about 10 minutes. We ordered cocktails while pursuing the menu. My sister enjoys their mimosas and I was curious about the "My name is Earl... Grey". Good choice - dangerously so. Smooth, flavorful, well balanced. Only a light perfume of Earl Grey. We shared our entrees: the harissa carrot hummus tartine and the roasted potato and scallion waffle. (Side note: we indicated our intention to the server, who thoughtfully brought extra plates so we could do that). The tartine was delicious. Just the right amount of spread on a thick slice of sourdough. It wasn't spicy at all; the sweetness of the carrots tempered the heat. A light sprinkle of romanesco and little cubes of feta finished it off. The waffle was a surprise. Crispy, savory, a whisper of sweetness, topped with a dollop of scallion butter. Unique and very flavorful. The homemade biscuit was large and easily shareable. The cappuccinos had a good, rich aroma. A double shot is the standard serving and had sufficient flavor and kick. There were so many interesting things in the menu, making it difficult to decide. I'll just have to come back.
