Sidekick coffee is consistently quite good. They make a very good latte and the baked goods are always changing but never disappoint. It's impressive to look around at the seating that accommodates so many people. The upscale decor is arranged to allow for a variety of options that allows a space for just about everyone who needs it. The service is quick and efficient too. Parking can be challenging but stay on the lookout for garage and on street parking. This local coffee place is worth checking out before popping on the trail nearby or after a game at the field. It's great just about anytime at and is better than the chain options.

Sidekick Coffee has such a warm, welcoming vibe and the service is always kind and attentive. I tried the matcha and while it was a bit watery for my personal taste, I could tell the ingredients were high quality and thoughtfully prepared. The space itself makes up for it. It's a great spot to relax, study, or catch up with friends. I appreciate the care they put into their drinks and atmosphere, and I'm excited to come back and try more from the menu.

How can a coffee shop be this awesome! The ambience is lovely. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. When my daughter spilled her hot chocolate, they cleaned it all up and gave her another hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkles! No expectations from them for doing that. Their chocolate croissant is one the best I've had. I also loved their matcha tea cake and the sourdough chocolate chip banana bread. Their coffees are also top notch. My personal favorite is the extra hot cappuccino. Highly recommend this place.

=== Overall === A hidden gem for consistently great coffee & pastries, with a lively atmosphere and friendly service. Would highly recommend. === Food === I've had the hand pie pastry (which they warmed up for me) and it was very filling and savory, would recommend. I also ordered their hot apple cider which hit the spot and was very flavorful and not too sweet. Their coffee is consistently poured well, I always get a cortado and it's not too bitter and the milk texture is correct. === Service === Friendly and very cool staff, they all seem to be pretty laid back but are experts at what they do. === Ambiance === Very large and cozy interior which is perfect for hanging out with friends or bringing a laptop and working. I love their little array of goods they have for sale at the front too, and the variety of seating. The music they play is also pretty good and non intrusive. Just know it's not a quiet place.

My family and I stopped by Sidekick Coffee after watching the annual Woodinville Street Parade and Bassett Hound Brigade Festival. This was my first time, but my family had been before. The interior is very spacious and modern. Their logo is a Bassett Hound which is super cute and fitting for the city. They serve fresh pastries everyday and a variety of espresso and tea drinks. Sidekick also has a rotating seasonal menu- the current summer menu includes a blood orange tonic, berry nutty latte, and blueberry matcha. I tried their seasonal BERRY NUTTY LATTE (16-oz, iced, with oat milk (+$0.85)) for about $7 with tax and tip. The drink had blackberry and black sesame with a blackberry coconut cloud which was unique in both taste and texture. The berry taste was subtle and the drink overall had more of a black sesame taste with black sesame seeds floating throughout the drink. The espresso was nice and smooth with no acidity. I wish the berry taste was stronger and maybe just a slightly but sweeter, but it was a pretty good drink overall. Service was good. The baristas were very friendly and we got our order within 10 minutes after ordering, despite there being quite a long line of customers. Overall: 4/5 for drink, 4/5 for service, 4/5 for atmosphere

I been here multiple times now and so I can confidently say it's a 4 star coffee shop. The food is pretty good - a little pricey but it might just be the standard now. This visit, I tried: Macaroon --- good flavor, chewy 4/5 Cardamom roll - I love the layers, but I do wish there was another component to it, seems like something is missing, a little dry 3/5 Ham and cheese croissant - heavy, filling good flavors and good flaky texture 5/5 Service was good and the place is popular as there was a lot of people there. It was definitely loud Overall, I can see myself coming back if I'm in the area.

A great coffee stop before or after a walk along the Sammamish River Trail. I love stopping by and sitting outside whenever I visit Woodinville, especially on beautiful summer days. They offer a wide variety of pastries, so you'll definitely find something you like.

This coffee shop is light and bright! It has seating but Saturday mornings are packed! The baristas and staff are actually very good at providing the best customer service, even if you are indecisive! The coffee is strong and just what I needed for a slow Saturday morning! The treats and sandwiches looked so good and were just as good as they looked! I tried a savory dill scone and a cinnamon bun!

Oat milk latte with ham and gruyere cheese croissant
    Cheol K.

Cute coffee shop in the heart of the redeveloped mixed use commercial/residential area of Woodinville. Super friendly service as soon as you walk in. Got an oat milk latte which is filled to the brim in a large mug with the beautiful artwork from the milk. I also grabbed a ham and gruyere croissant to have with my latte. The croissant was so delicious and flaky. The cheese flavor was subtle, yet complemented the savory flavor of the ham. If I ever have a meeting, I will come here as apparently so do many others in the area as this place filled up quick by 9 am. So get here a little early if you can. Definitely worth it.

I always love Sidekick! It's easily one of my favorite places to study. My sandwich and mocha came out so quickly, even though it was extremely busy when I came in. The staff were so kind and welcoming as well!

Ask the Community - Sidekick Coffee

    Do they have decaf coffee?

    Yes!

How big is the space? I'm looking to have study groups here but don't want to feel like I'm crowded or crowding others.

Sidekick Coffee tends to be very busy on weekend mornings with cyclists and coffee lovers. While they have space to accommodate small study groups, it might feel crowded at times. Planning your visit during less busy hours could be a good idea.

When we realized we were at the wrong place, we informed the staff. They were incredibly polite and friendly and didn't show any irritation at all. They kindly said it was no problem and were very understanding. While we were there, we took a look at the menu and decided we should come back and try the food another time. A couple of months later, we returned to give it a try. We ordered the non-mixed grill, and it was absolutely delicious. The beef was cooked perfectly--juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The chicken was also excellent. The rice was perfectly cooked, and when we added the butter, it tasted amazing. They also had a special Persian spice that elevated the flavor to another level. The service was warm and welcoming. Our server took the time to explain how Persian food is traditionally enjoyed and described the purpose of each ingredient. We followed his suggestions, and the experience was even more enjoyable. The ambiance was simple and modern, and the place was very clean and well maintained. Definitely a must-try.

Noon Café is a casual family diner offering traditional grilled kababs (aka kebab), appetizers, sandwiches, and pizzas - all Persian/Iranian style. The interior is basic, decorated with photos of Iranian landmarks (I assume). Currently, they have a memorial due to the ongoing war. (Peace to all...) Service is warm and friendly. Be sure to ask questions if the dish names are unfamiliar. The Food: Soltani, $32.99 - 4 Stars Soltani includes one skewer of Koobideh (ground beef) and one skew of Barg (flank steak). Both are well-seasoned with excellent flavor. We ordered the flank steak medium rare, but it was medium with no pink inside. The steak was tolerable, not as tender as it could have be. This dish was served with rice per the menu. After I saw another table has their kabab served with a bread, I asked the server. She said other than rice, there is a choice of Persian bread (flat bread with sesame) and salad. Curious that wasn't in the menu nor did she say it. Not a dealbreaker. Her reply did raise my eyebrow. Zaboon, $16.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Veal tongue, simmered and fried, tomato, pickles, parsley Based on the description, the texture completely threw me off. The meat is mushy to the point of spreadable. The flavor is light with minimum seasoning. I applied hot sauce liberally to the sandwich. Portion size is large. I ate only half. Fries, $6.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside Some pieces aren't crispy enough. Some pieces are too thick such that the inside has the potato gritty texture. The sauce is a house-created flavor. We like the sauce more than we like the fries. The food is closer to 3.5 Stars. I like the family vibe and am rounding up to 4 Stars for the overall rating.

Also dear lord this is one of the best mango lassi I've ever had, definitely don't sleep on that. In general I love this business for its extremely unique presentation and implementation. It has a walk-up window outside you can order from with a table reserved specifically for chai house. Or you can walk into the kebab house restaurant it's attached to and get to the lovely low-lighting and beautifully designed chai house interior where it's filled with cozy seating and a self-serve order kiosk. I ordered a lot and it all came quick which was great. I also ordered both the rice pudding (lahori firni) and carrot pudding (gajar ka halwa) desserts. I wish I asked the best way to have them (temp, add-ins, etc) but 30 mins out of the fridge they had a mild and off-putting flavor for me. Will inquire about them next time I'm in, because I will certainly be back for those delish kashmiri chai and mango lassi!

Fortunately, there was no traffic so it was a 20 min drive easily. However, a lot seemed to have changed from about a year ago? We got popcorn chicken which was $9 for a very tiny plate (like the medium size sampler food container you get at food tasting events) which is a joke of a portion, and the chicken was not even good quality - heavy on the batter. Compared to pictures a year ago, where the portions looked much much larger. They are so stingy on the amount of chicken, that I thought they were giving us a sample to try before they make a real batch lmaooooo. I tried the Kocochi milk tea with creme brulee, boba, jelly, etc. Sounds good on paper, inflation I get it, was expecting $7 but it was $8, plus tax, so it is actually not that competitive of a price anymore now that I think about it. I could get a very good quality boba drink for $7.50+tax elsewhere without all the fancy toppings, but with boba included. I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The boba is so overcooked that it is mushy, and the creme brulee was not thick enough that I have to use a spoon to even be able to get any of it out (instead of being able to drink it from the other side which is what it is supposed to be). I'd avoid this place unless this is a one off but I will need to be redeemed a better experience before recommending this place. There are better options in the area
