He claims he's always soooooo busyyy. And it's not even the first time!! It's literally an issue with him every week! I just never have time to complain but this time he pushed my buttons. So here I am now and for the looks of all the reviews I'm not the only one. He claims he can't make pizza because he has no help and the store is busy but it's literally just me !!! There could be no cars in the parking lot and he will still refuse to make pizza. I even try to make the guys job easier by placing orders online and he will flat out cancel the orders. I drive to the store and place online orders for whatever promotion 7/11 is running that day in their EMPTY PARKING LOT and he will still cancel it saying he's too busy to get my items together. So there I go grabbing my OWN ITEMS so the poor little hard working man that TONY is can take it easy. Just for me to get to the register and just for him to CANCEL it AGAINNN!!!! When I ask him why do you cancel it he just says he's too busy to Scan all my ITEMS One by One he says. Like I swear I can't make this stuff up. Then he just straight up refuses to ring anything up for me and asks "Where do you work so I can go be annoying and bother you to." I told him I'm across the street and he's more than welcome to come anytimeeeee because that's what I get PAID to do !!!! And he just laughs and says "yeah right" Like dude we are all not as lazy and rude like you. If you don't like your job just quit !! And don't work in customer service if you really hate people that much. If this 7/11 won't correct their employee I will just go to corporate because TONY is just flat out refusing to provide anything that 7/11 promotes from pizzas and hot foods, to any promotions they advertise, or even placing orders online. This is just straight up FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and I'm sure they won't be happy to hear a franchisee of theirs isn't providing the service they offer. SET TONY STRAIGHT!!! Oh boy did I have the worst experience at this 711, I deliver for DoorDash and I had a pick up here but as soon as I arrived the cashier Maryjane had the worst attitude I've ever seen from a clerk as I walk in the door I ask her I have a pick up for Doordash and she points her finger at the item. My customer had ordered and says don't you see it? It's right there. I said OK I get the order and I walk out the door but as I am walking out, I get another order for a pick up at 711 so I had two orders,so I walked back in and I tell the employee Mary Jane that I had a second order and she told me she knew but she needed me to get a hold of the customer to ask her if she would substitute the bone in wings with the boneless wings so I asked the customer and the customer responds with. Are there any available to cook? I asked Mary Jane and she says no if I had any I would've cooked them,again attitude then I proceeded to tell her that all I wanted to do was make my customer happy and that I didn't need the attitude then she threatened to cancel my order so by then my customer messaged me to just cancel the wings. All she was gonna do is take the pizza and other items so I go to the counter to another clerk to pick up the items I was picking up and I seen that Mary Jane put the wings in the bag for the delivery so I took the wings out. I handed them to the clerk, and I said here give these back to Mary Jane and I walked out the door as I'm getting in my car Mary Jane is chasing me outside telling me that I am refusing a customer's order and that she was gonna tell on me, I told her that I did not refuse the order that the customer wanted a refund for the wings so as I was backing out, she runs into my car and says I ran her over there were other customers in the parking lot that just laughed at her because the way she made it seem so dramatic but I knew that I had not hit her so I told the psycho to get off my car. I filed a complaint to DoorDash about her behavior I really hope they do something about it cause that behavior is unacceptable. Christmas morning getting scratch offs for the family and the guy at the counter around 11:30am refused to sell me scratch offs because he didn't want to count them. He literally told me "I'm not gonna sell you these if I have to count them out"... I was only getting about 40 cards between 4 different games. Could not visit CA in the summer and in hot-as-Hades 29 Palms and not pick up one of my childhood favorites, the Slushy! Did not care for the people loitering outside, but it was in the daytime on a busy street so I decided the reward was worth the risk. The store is clean, there were 4 slushy flavors, I chose the Coke. It was very light and airy, more so than I remembered. The granules of ice in the old slushies was gone and the mixture is really more of a slushy than it was in days gone by. This is pretty much your typical 7-Eleven. The benefit of this location is that it is conveniently located at the intersection of a Main Street for those who are driving to or from Joshua Tree. It also takes credit cards and has gas that is decently priced. The only con was that the restroom was out of service. I think they are closing restrooms to all guests because of covid. However, this should not apply for paying customers who have driven a long time to reach the park. Thankfully, there is a restroom at Auto Zone within 5 mins walking distance that is only 2 blocks away. read more

This used to be my favorite 7-Eleven to stop that. I will come in for Joshua Tree three times a week and that was my first stop for my six red balls and a bag of chips or a hotdog or something like that. Seven Eleven is usually convenient for me considering it's close to my house and they serve hot food that's quick and cheap on lazy days but it's extremely inconvenient when Tony is there, He always makes an excuse as to why he can't make a pizza, when it takes no effort to put it in a machine that does all the work.
