I've been going to Take 5 Oil Change for my last few oil changes, and every visit has been a great experience--especially when it comes to customer service. Most recently, my "change oil" light came on, so I stopped in assuming I needed service. Instead of just going ahead with the oil change, they took the time to check my history and let me know that since I used Mobil 1 oil last time, I'm actually covered for up to 10,000 miles. They explained that my car is simply set to alert me at 5,000 miles, so I didn't need an oil change yet. They easily could have taken my money since I came in expecting to pay, but their honesty really stood out. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. I've been here twice and had an excellent experience both times. Such amazing service. The attendants meet you at your car with a chilled bottle of water and a friendly welcome. They present their findings every step of the way including showing me my filter so I can decide if I want to replace it or wait. I didn't feel pressure to pay for anything I didn't want. They go over all costs prior to service. Again they are all very friendly and polite. Great service is so overlooked by businesses now. 5 stars are deserved. Gonna start with saying 1 POSITIVE NOTE: HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE from Patrick! I pulled in with 1 car ahead at 9am and pull into the bay at 10am on a Friday morning. The service I requested was a Mobil 1 Advanced full synthetic oil change, however after requesting, I was told that they unfortunately ran out of the mobil 1 full synthetic oil. They offered to have their manager run out to pick up more oil but at a 20-30 minute wait time. In interest of time, I took up their offer of $10 off the "full synthetic house oil" but overall a disappointing experience. I considered leaving despite waiting an hour, but they had already drained the oil out of my truck. Again, the customer service was great! Saving this review from going to 1 star. But unfortunately due to this place being understaffed and the lack of essential products, there's no way that I can give a good review of the service received. read more

One of the best parts is that you don't even have to get out of your car, which is super convenient for me. The staff is extremely friendly -- they greet you right away, make you feel welcome, and even offer you water while you wait. i had just gone in for a regular oil change. it was suggested to me that we do a coolant flush. I agreed and I regret it royally. one of the actual managers (zarien) on the floor did the flush and because it was done improperly, not burped correctly. I have had to take my car into the shop just to have it redone. do not recommend at all. avoid it if you can. read more

No stars This is shawty work I'll be honest dove my truck 500 miles didn't notice the slow leak till I parked it for a couple of days looked at the dipstick found half way on the dipstick not were it should show up .also found the cover not placed on correctly and the pictures shows the after math took it back to them it should be a number one priority to be but decided to serve cars that were in line first . TERRIBLE! Waited one HOUR for an oil change, finally gave up. The guy did not even know how to lower my hood! Both Jordan and Joey were on their phones constantly. (Pour new guy just stood there doing absolutely nothing because no one would train him.) Four customers that were after me left because so slow. Go anywhere else-don't waist your time. Fast forward to recently, and the front differential warning light pops on. She goes back, thinking it'll be a quick fix. Instead, they tell her they can't do the work and send her to Moorhead Auto, on the recommendation of a guy named Chai.At Moorhead, she's quoted $369 just to change the front diff oil. Let's be real: that's $15 worth of oil and a job that takes maybe .5 to 1 hour. I can't help but wonder if I'd have been quoted anything close to that. It's hard not to see what's going on here--there's this persistent idea in the car world that women don't know any better, so why not try to take them for a ride? Why would Chai send her to a shop that charges through the nose? Was he sizing her up, thinking she'd just hand over her credit card for the "special" women's rate?This isn't just about overpriced service. It's about treating women like they're easy targets. I won't be going back to either of these shops. And honestly, I'd tell every woman I know to be careful--there are still way too many places banking on the idea that they won't know the difference. read more

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! I had been going to this place for over a year, every three months. On weekends they always had six or seven people on the clock. Now they have only two guys who both work on the same car at once. A 15-minute oil change takes them 45 minutes minimum. They talk a lot and are very slow.
