I've been going to Take 5 Oil Change for my last few oil changes, and every visit has been a great experience--especially when it comes to customer service. Most recently, my "change oil" light came on, so I stopped in assuming I needed service. Instead of just going ahead with the oil change, they took the time to check my history and let me know that since I used Mobil 1 oil last time, I'm actually covered for up to 10,000 miles. They explained that my car is simply set to alert me at 5,000 miles, so I didn't need an oil change yet. They easily could have taken my money since I came in expecting to pay, but their honesty really stood out. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Gonna start with saying 1 POSITIVE NOTE: HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE from Patrick! I pulled in with 1 car ahead at 9am and pull into the bay at 10am on a Friday morning. The service I requested was a Mobil 1 Advanced full synthetic oil change, however after requesting, I was told that they unfortunately ran out of the mobil 1 full synthetic oil. They offered to have their manager run out to pick up more oil but at a 20-30 minute wait time. In interest of time, I took up their offer of $10 off the "full synthetic house oil" but overall a disappointing experience. I considered leaving despite waiting an hour, but they had already drained the oil out of my truck. Again, the customer service was great! Saving this review from going to 1 star. But unfortunately due to this place being understaffed and the lack of essential products, there's no way that I can give a good review of the service received. read more

I've been here twice and had an excellent experience both times. Such amazing service. The attendants meet you at your car with a chilled bottle of water and a friendly welcome. They present their findings every step of the way including showing me my filter so I can decide if I want to replace it or wait. I didn't feel pressure to pay for anything I didn't want. One of the best parts is that you don't even have to get out of your car, which is super convenient for me. The staff is extremely friendly -- they greet you right away, make you feel welcome, and even offer you water while you wait. i had just gone in for a regular oil change. it was suggested to me that we do a coolant flush. I agreed and I regret it royally. one of the actual managers (zarien) on the floor did the flush and because it was done improperly, not burped correctly. Now they have only two guys who both work on the same car at once. A 15-minute oil change takes them 45 minutes minimum. They talk a lot and are very slow. My last visit I waited 40 minutes only to have them take a customer who was behind me first. When I notified the staff, I was before that customer, they shrugged it off. Zarien greeted and parked me, Matt performed my oil change . Both were friendly. Informative when showing my air filter. **((Was concerned about him using a drill gun to remove the bolts on the oil pan as last time Oil Changers did that it was done too much and ruined the threads & they ended up having to replace my oil pan. I had to contact corporate to get that coordinated so I'll monitor this change until after my next. ))** Didnt show me my oil before the change or after. Checked the tire pressure on 2 tires (see pic) Checked the washer fluid Windshield wipers were not checked Windshield was not cleaned Overall, I can't complain.
