My emails text messages and all were ignored until I finally walked in even after filling out paperwork I was still put on the back burner.Can't say if they work is good or not as I never got that far to give them the job but with such poor management in the office I can't see how their techs could be any better. The clerks seem more concerned with what other shops were offering to do the job at then what he could do. I think he wanted to string me along until he had time to do the job himself as his shop seemed quite full instead of just telling me he was full. They were all smiles and willing to help when I walked in, but completely ignored and left unread once I left. Totally unprofessional and the guy gave off cocky sleazy vibes. Scammers!!! Tried to tell me my car had a grounding problem and they would have to look at every wire in my car to find the issue. Charged me $180 just to lie at the end of the diagnostic. Didn't even reset my tire pressure light like they said they would made me think I'm my sensor was broken. Took advantage of me being female and not knowing about cars. Told me they could give me a discount when they inspect all the wires later on so I decided to get another opinion. Big surprise my car is fine no grounding issue. This guy is full of it. Either he uses cheap parts or his workmanship is poor. Either way, he has no work ethics. Less than two years ago he replaced all of my lower control arms (or claims to have). An expense of $800. I've recently had to have my alternator replaced and since I moved, I went to local mechanic who pointed out that my lower left control arm was worn. This new mechanic replaced both lower arms today but in doing so he said the ball joints were frozen. So I had him replace them too. My question is, if the lower arms were replaced, why were the ball joints so worn out to the point where they were frozen and could not be removed? Only a 6month warranty on labor. Terrible. I won't even mention the thermostat that was leaking within 2 years of this guy replacing it. Go somewhere else like German Auto on West Texas, like I did before I moved.
