Poor quality of service in the car wash section. Today I spent $263 on an oil change got a full service wash plus paid an additional $40 to have my seats cleaned and conditioned. The exterior was poor at best , my rims had not been touched and the interior vacuuming left a lot to be desired . It appears they took a rag with conditioner on it and quickly wiped only the front of each seat . Some product was not even rubbed in. Obviously the workmanship continues to decline from what it once was. I will not be reccommending 7 flags in the future ! read more

I paid $51 for the platinum service this afternoon. I thought this included a vacuuming, interior window wash, and surface dust. Car wasn't vacuumed well at all and nothing appeared wiped down. We come here often since my husband does Uber & Lyft. Today, I came in for an oil change and full-service car wash. The guy who helped me in the Express Lube provided excellent service. I believe his name was Shane. Shane went above and beyond. He was very professional, and he walked me through the entire process. Overall, my experiences here are good. Five stars on the Express Lube side, and a four on the car wash side. Maybe I have too sharp of an eye on details, but I often find missed spots. I get that detailing is a hard job, so I hate asking them to go back and clean it. As long as it's not too bad, I usually just take care of it myself though part of me thinks I shouldn't have to. read more

The line could be Long and even out the streets sometimes, especially in summer, but I have notice this location has given my truck scratch marks from their mechanical brushes so just be aware of that especially if you just bought a new vehicle. read more

Atleast my car is clean and they are polite. The only downfall is I literally watched them fix the conveyer belt that moves all the cars but, it happens. I just waited longer than usually unsure if they were going to fix it with 5 cars behind me. I have never been to this location. I usually go to the vacaville location and I have the fast pass that charges monthly for unlimited car washes... I realized at this location they charge extra to dry your car. I was offered to dry my own car or pay an extra $5.00 for them to do which I was unaware of. Probably won't be back unless I really need to go to this location. read more

My daughter forgot to get her oil changed and I needed her to take it somewhere fast. This place was affordable and quick. They also filled the air in her tires. The only downside is that they do not do tire rotations. Car wash is also great. read more

I brought my car here and I don't mind paying 40 bucks for a wash but they don't even vacuum well not do they wipe inside the car. The wash was so pointless. I took their rags myself and cleaned the inside of my car. It was such a waste of time. Lucky for me, I keep my cars pretty clean. So it's bothersome to watch them basically do nothing to clean the inside of a car. They want you to pay extra for this and that when they don't even clean really well what you paid for initially. read more

Not my usual car wash spot but I frequent Fairfield and desperately needed a wash. Trusting the fair reviews and proximity to where I was that day, I gave it a shot. For a $40 wash I could have got the same result from a gas station drive thru car wash. There was left over water spots on my windshield and side mirrors and the inside could have used a bit more attention. The managers special is completely POINTLESS! My car sat for about 12 minutes (I watched and timed it) before anyone touched it even though there was a number of people standing around. They finally get to it, probably spend another 10 minutes or so and it's done. Looks clean from afar but up close it's a total waste of $42!!!! They have ZERO attention to detail and either the vacuums they used are sh*t or they truly don't care but it was a terrible job.....people who actually enjoy cleaning are not hired here as far as I can see. I was leaning towards getting the fastpass and paying monthly but wanted to do a little preview first and I'm glad because I'm never coming back, I'd rather wash it myself. You're better off using the self-wash, don't waste your money!!!! read more

Had a caustic, toxic relationship with QuickQuack. The scratches in the paint and on my windshield that they DENIED broke my heart! Divorced them this morning and began my life-long love affair with 7 Flags! What a difference! They don't take/archive/abuse your license plate info. Have always been happy with the service and price @ 7 Flags in Fairfield until recently. Just had my Honda CR-V in for an Oil change and the price was over $100 OUCH! The local Honda dealership only charges $80, so much for the Free Car Wash. My observation was that there were too many employees standing around doing nothing as they waited for a car to be completed. Jack, can you really expect your customers to pay for inefficiency ? The BEST CAR WASH IN SOLANO COUNTY!!! Their enployees will take care of your car like it's they own Baby! They go above and beyond to make sure you leave out with a spotless shiny beautiful car! I had something dead inside my car, it smelled SO BAD through the vents and there was flies coming all out of the vents. I drove up and asked them to check for me and i would pay whatever to have them just CHECK my car. The manager came and knew exactly where to look. She found a RAT in my vent. Another employee came and literally got down and in and under my vent and took the rat out piece by piece!!! They were so nice and helpful! They exceeded my expectations coming in. Had a very rude approach from one of the workers / gentlemen this morning that I felt I had to leave a review on. I have been coming here for over 10 years and never had any issues until today. Came into the car wash to wash my alternator off my car that wasn't holding any grease heavy oil / partials just a quick clean up. as I was getting ready to do so, at 8am when it wasn't busy and no cars where behind me, I was aggressively approached by a older gentleman/ one of the 7 flags car wash staff that looked to be cleaning up around the vacuum areas and was told I wasn't allowed to was engines or any auto parts and as I asked what did he mean because I was confused because of the aggressive approach and rude response I got. Mind you, I've been coming here with all my vehicles for over 10 years and no issues ever & was told I couldn't wash auto parts apparently even though I've had staff walk by me before as I've washed my engine on my car or etc. as I replied, since when did you guys start doing that I've been coming here for 10+ years his response was he wasn't going back and forth with me when I genuinely was concerned/ confused because I've never ever had that issue before. 7 flags, please check your staff and who your hiring. I'm a very respectful individual of things around me and those around me. my property or not, but the approach I got today was very disrespectful and I felt they needed to be aware of how there employee is coming off to people. Very uncomfortable situation especially the first thing to start your day off isn't fun. Please look over your staff. Thank you.
