On a serious road trip (over 5000 miles) and my truck looked like it. Killed large populations of bugs between Virginia and California which were then baked by the sun and covered in dirt collected over the miles of driving and National Parks. Hit the car wash and did the $20 Manager Special (Exterior only), it removed most of the road bug grime and what it not remove, a nice young lady scrubbed the rest off the front grill and also the mirrors. She worked so hard my wife insisted on a much larger tip than normal. The tire dressing was a little light, but overall good job for the price and the time. read more

Was visiting family / I'm from out of town - and this place was close and had some good reviews - line was long so I know others go here - The gal at the front who took my credit card and talked to me about the car washes was amazing however I really needed the interior cleaned well and it was not. Got to say for $35 I very disappointed in the interior cleaning - was very barely touched lots of dust they missed the display console and the dash they missed the steering wheel - Water and gunk was left it in my cupholders - I asked for a towel and wiped it out myself which is kind of gross. Sorry to say I was expecting more especially since I chose the "best" and most expensive service and thought it would take more than 6 minutes for the interior cleaning - And I know $35 is cheap for a car wash- it want a detailing job - but honesty I could have skipped that part and gone over to the vacuum myself (which is an option but both were taken by people who pulled in right ahead of me so I couldn't wait) - but it is late on a Friday and there was a line - everyone was super nice and the lounge was spotless - I might have caught them at a bad moment - I just know the next time I'm in the area I will probably go somewhere else - If you come here and get better service let me know - I could give them a second chance! read more

Went for the first time today and was okay. I feel like they're really over priced. I got the $15 exterior and they won't even wipe down and dry off my vehicle for that. Overall was fine, but if you want to leave without worrying about water spots you'll have to fork over at least $20 read more

Took a van I just bought used here. The car was empty. The person who I bought it from hadn't gotten it washed or wiped down in 2 years. So mostly dusty and some sticky stuff from drinks and stuff. In the past the crew here has done an excellent job , however today I had to remind them to apply the dressing to my tires. I had been warned about this prior to my visit by a close friend who had also experienced the same problem so it came to at no surprise I had to remind them . Generally it is nice to get you car cleaned up and not having to do it yourself. I can honestly say the people at 7 Flags do a mediocre job. Not fantastic, not horrible. This was my first time here and I will never go back!!! Save your $25 and go somewhere else! First of all my car needed a touch up, meaning that the windshield and front needed the bugs and dust washed off for the exterior and the interior need a vacuum and dusting... When I got it back, I had the girl re-wipe the exterior to take off the dry water spots off the paint (it sat there for almost 10mins before a crew touched it) and to take off the dead bugs. (She kept saying that's scratch paint, so I took the rag from her to show her it was in fact bugs) For the interior, it might as well not have been touched! They wiped the windshield with rags that was full of lint! She said they've been telling the managers about the lint situation but the managers have told the crew to deal with it! (WTH) I had her re-vacuum and re-dust since there was crumbs and dust on the seats and floors. (Even after it still looked like, it wasn't touched) Check out the pics... Here's the proof... I don't do a lot of business in Fairfield, but when I do, I do it at 7 Flags Car Wash on Texas. Had the leather seat treatment done on my Ford Flex this morning. I went to get my trucked washed, vacuumed, and polished. I should've just took the time out to do it myself. I paid extra to get the interior cleaned and polished and was very dissatisfied with the end product. There was dog hair still everywhere and they forgot to wipe down the dashboard, doors, and the vents. The front grill still had bugs and dirt on it. I had to ask if they were done because they missed more than a few spots. I get that the workers are only paid minimum wage but if you charge extra for a large vehicle, interior vacuuming and wiping, and tires I'd expect for it to get cleaned. I will not return to this place after giving it 2 chances. read more

I usually do the ultimate standard car wash. They do a good job. You drive your car through an automated wash, they wipe it down; pretty straight forward. Everyone here is always working and wiping. My car always comes out clean and shiny. Not a perfect 5 star 'cos their prices are kinda steep. Their new prices start at 24.99 and go up to 49.99.. Came in to get my car waxed 4 days ago and I am still so satisfied with my experience! Even 4 days after getting my car waxed/cleaned in the inside, my car still looks amazing and freshly done! (I got the pinnacle wax that comes with a full service wash inside and out) As soon as I pulled up to the ticket booth, the young man who was helping me was very friendly and asked me how my day was going. Very good energy from the start. The manager on duty was extremely helpful with all my questions, he provided me with excellent customer service and he had a smile on his face the whole time. Very friendly staff. My car did not take a long time at all to be finished and when it was done, an employee walked me to my car and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done before he walked away. The inside of my car looked amazing AND it smelled great from the complementary air freshener!!! It's amazing how a person can change your day just by being exactly who he was created to be. I went to get my oil changed at the 7 Flags Express Lube today and was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. Jimmy and his crew are always welcoming and courteous when I stop by every 3,000 miles. I was offered a bottle of water and had one of the fastest oil changes ever. Along with my oil change came a complimentary car wash. After going through the wash cycle, I pulled around to lane 1 as instructed. When I hopped out of the car, I saw that my passenger was speaking with a young man and they appeared to know each other from the smiles on their faces. I continued to walk into the waiting area and when I asked my friend if he knew the young man, he said no and that they were exchanging words about the Warriors and the Miami Heat. My friend had a warriors shirt on. As we waited for the car to be cleaned, the young man began working on the windows of my car. My friend changed his shirt in the meantime, and the young man noticed and shot him a quick thumbs up and a smile through the window. We couldn't help but laugh. Once the car was finished, he came in and got us. He asked if I received my complimentary air freshener that came with the car wash. I told him no and he asked which fragrance would I like. I told him Pina Colada and he came back with 2 packets. I asked him what his name was and he said Amir. I told him thank you for the joy and Happy Sunday! Friendly staff but I agree with the others who said that their car did not come out clean. I came here last week to get my cleaned, there's a bunch of dead bugs that died on my windshield and front grill (problems of driving through the Marshes near Cordelia LOL). The place can get confusing since there's different stations, it was hard to know where to go. I wanted a hand wash or at least a hand dry at minimum. I went through the machine and a guy just does some scrubbing on your windshield but it's one of those automatic dryers that you'll see at any other carwash. After passing through all the dead bugs were still on my grill... Nice employees but kind of a waste of money since I have to go find another car wash that can remove it. read more

I've been coming here for many many years. The main reason I come, well... it's convenient. It's the closest to me. The staff are very friendly! But they mainly have teenagers cleaning your cars who really don't care about really cleaning your car the way you want. I ALWAYS have to inspect the car before I drive off. Almost always, i have to ask them to go over something. The people who work at the oil change area are very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. They give free car washes when you do a oil change with them. They get extremely busy so I recommend to go as soon as they open. read more

I got a full service lava shield car wash, unfortunately I had to ask them to wipe many areas after they told me the car was done. Once I got home I realized even more parts of the car weren't vacuumed or even cleaned/wiped down. I had to go home a Re clean the interior of the car and vacuum a majority of the backseat area and under the mats in the front. If it was super busy when I went I'd be able to say I could somewhat understand, but there was only 2 other cars at the wash during my visit.
