It turns out after taking it to another mechanic that a plug was mysteriously unplugged causing me to spend more money than I had planned to. I was convinced of buying a preloaded a best in class car cleaning that I could apply toward any service. Well they are all about upselling so if I really wanted a wax that could not be taken out of my preloaded card as was explained to me when I bought it. Apparently corporate does not "allow" them to tap into your card to apply to any other service. Not right at all. Corporate better do a better job of training the poor kids who sell these packages. They were nice enough to just let me get what I paid for. I'll use up what I have but after that I'm going to a mote reputable car wash business. read more

The service at this place has fallen off completely. The car washes are not up to quality standards. This place is in dire need of a process improvement team overhaul. The workers seem To be in zombie mode today which translates to poor quality. I paid for the Full Service Managers special at $42. It took 30 minutes after the exterior wash before they "dried" off my car and began to work on the interior. There was no sense of urgency so it wasn't like they were rushing. Just very slow and what I would describe as lazy, poowork. The two "supervisors" were visibly arguing Which in turn took the attention from some of the workers. I'm a regular and I get my oil change here and I pay extra for the 7,500 mile oil change. Today 7-3-17 I came to get my car wash everything ran smoothly until I got to the drying and vacuum area. I felt discriminated because I parked and my car was next. While I was entering the store I saw a BMW and Land Rover pull up and the workers automatically started drying and vacuuming their car. Only two stars for the car wash section because the attention to detail on the vacuuming wasn't great AND they made me take off the attachment I have on my rear tire (which has literally been through dozens of car washes-including this one- never had a problem or been asked to remove it before). The staff was nice about it but it's hard to feel okay when you've been through their wash before and you have to get out of the line to take it off and get back in the line... because of that I'm not sure if I'll come back. I really like the detail work this place provides until Monday March 11th I brought my car in for a wash and was encouraged to let them wax my sat and that it would take an hour and half to finish the detail I left there with my car in tacked at 10:15 and returned at 1:00 and found my car bumper had a ding on there. Of course the first 2 manages looked at the camera and in the waxing detail you could clearly see there wasn't a dent anywhere on my car.. they say they are not liable since they don't see what happened on tape. I was asked to wait for one of the managers to view the video this still hasn't been resolved they said they would call me and I haven't heard back. I would like to correct the unflattering comment that I made about 7 Flags Car Wash in my prior review. The owner responded to my comment and corrected it. Essentially, my in-laws gave a 7 Flags Car Wash Gift Card to me for my birthday. When I went to use it approximately six months after it was given to me, personnel at the car wash said the card was invalid. I was therefore unable to use or redeem it. The owner saw my post and notified the manager of my situation. The owner requested me to talk to the manager and give the manager a few more details behind the transaction, which I did. The manager told me that it was probably an error on their end where they issued and redeemed the card at the same time. He corrected the situation by giving me a brand new gift card which worked. I would like to commend the owner for his commitment to quality service in ensuring that their customers are completely satisfied. Furthermore, they did an outstanding job in washing my car. I've been going to this place for many years and I've seen a slow but steady decline. I just brought my car in and spent $35 to have the inside and outside washed. Someone broke into it yesterday so I wanted the rest of the glass vacuumed out. Which I had to ask them to take it back and get the glass off the seat that they missed. I didn't feel like saying anything else. But they couldn't even wipe off my seats. I don't know included in a car wash all I know is that if someone pays $35 the car should be visibly clean on large surfaces that are SO EASY to wipe off. I mean I'll just do it myself but it's the principle. Someone else was complaining when I got there so I should of known. 7 Flags did a great job with my car & I'm very glad I chose them! I was looking for a place that could give my car a good cleaning inside and out. I chose the Ultimate full service wash. Normal price is $24.99, but Yelp has a great check-in promotion where you get $5 off. For the $20 you get a wash, polish, water and bug repellant, and underside wash. I also had my interior vacuumed and windows cleaned. The wash did a pretty good job. Where I live I have to park underneath a tree that has a ton a sap and of course the wind just has to blow it all over my car. Anyway, the wash got most of the sap off. However, the roof of my car did still have hardened sap on it. I don't think that even a hand wash could get it off though. So I don't blame 7 Flags wash system. I was really happy with the job the workers did on the interior of my car. All the dirt was vacuumed up and grime was wiped clean. The whole process was relatively quick at about 20 minutes. I went around 4 and they weren't too busy at the time. There is a little convenience shop of sorts where you pay. They had snacks that you can buy while you wait. It usually takes a half a hour for the entire process from going in line for the car wash and then going to the waiting room for them to clean the inside of your car. I always choose the ultimate car wash and use the yelp check in so it costs about $20 to get my car cleaned. Not bad for only cleaning my car once every few months. I've seen other poor reviews about how poorly they clean the interior of the car but honestly do you expect them to really take the time to deep clean your car (full of unknown stains etc). Your not going to get that for $20. They vacuum and clean the windows that is enough for me. Anything more then I say pay to have my car detailed. I live a busy life and cleaning my car unfortunately isn't on the top of my list. Thankfully this place is located close enough to me to use it.
