I needed an oil change and my regular mechanic was on vacation. It turned out they had a deal for their car washes if you purchased an oil change. The guy wasn't very talkative most likely due to the fact that it was hot. Lol I let him change my filters that I probably could have held off on, but I was in a good mood so fix everything, my friend. The oil change was quick :) so I drove to the car wash. The staff were friendly and informative even amidst the heat. I pulled up to the crew waiting to detail my car and waited inside with the cool AC. Andrew was very polite and friendly as I got in my car. He pointed out a pile of empty water bottles in my back seat that I wasn't even aware I had he politely asked me if I wanted to save them or toss them. I asked him if he was an honest man, he said yes. I gave him money and asked him to distribute it to all those who worked on my car and to have a great day. So thank you to those who worked on my car! :) and keep working hard because it does pay off. read more

I got a full service lava shield car wash, unfortunately I had to ask them to wipe many areas after they told me the car was done. Once I got home I realized even more parts of the car weren't vacuumed or even cleaned/wiped down. I had to go home a Re clean the interior of the car and vacuum a majority of the backseat area and under the mats in the front. If it was super busy when I went I'd be able to say I could somewhat understand, but there was only 2 other cars at the wash during my visit. I wish I could've had a better experience being that we spent almost $50 for a full service car wash. read more

The first and last time I take my car here! Literally took less than 10 mins after the wash. Purchased the $35.99 and I thought they were supposed to wipe the inside. My car is still dirty and I will have to wipe it down again myself. The inside wasn't even that dirty so they could've at least made it look a little better. My wheels were also not properly cleaned. You would expect higher quality with 3-4 people working on your car. All I ask for is a car wash that actually gets the job done. On the other hand, people at the front desk were really nice and had good customer service skills. He did a great job explaining the different washes. Of course if you rarely clean your car and it's a mess they won't bring it back to new car condition in 30min for $40. If you want a full detail expect to pay some cash($200-$300). I brought in my truck with heavy water spots,stained chrome and faded plastics. 7 flags car wash and their people brought it back to life. Everybody was helpful and working hard everywhere I looked. If I could give this place a zero, I would. I was visiting from out of town and I saw this place in Yelp. Firstly, I had the $40 package with the dressing for the dash and leather. They only did the dash. They didn't even throw out trash on the floor. There were candy wrappers and emptied bottled waters on the floor of the back. They didn't clean or shine the back passenger and back windows. I discovered this later that night. They didn't even clean the back leather and arm rest areas, which were usually wiped down. There were at least 4 people on this and none of them did anything but dry my car. I hope the management knows what a stellar job their staff is doing. I don't recommend this place. read more

I was there yesterday and got my dodge Durango washed. I got the "lava" wash with detailed interior. After that and a $2 over sized vehicle I ended up paying 33$ for one of the worst carwashes ever. I waited for about half an hour. Three people worked on my car but no one seemed to clean it. The inside was t vacuumed. Nothing was wiped down. It looked exactly the same way I brought it in. Plus they didn't oil my back tire like the other three. So not only did I pay $33 I had my two back rows never touched with a towel or vacuumed, and a right back tire and rim with no shine. When I called to talk to a manger the girl was super rude and told me to come back before her manager left. After I had sat there for over a half an hour. I'll never be returning to this place again. My review is for the oil change dept. Been there several times and they are very reliable. I like the way they interact with every driver. They bring you water, they check all your items without any hard-sell tactics, they give you a car-wash coupon. Today my tech was Jeff, and he was able to make my headlight work for the first time in over a year. There was another tech named Lamont checking tire pressure and I overheard him dealing with a military serviceman and he was thanking him for his service. That's awesome. read more

I took my new Raptor in to get washed today. I paid $60 for a "hand wash" because I didn't want my truck to go through the machine and possibly scratch the paint. There were 3 girls drying my truck. They couldn't reach the top so they just threw their towels around to dry the roof (which is mostly glass and spots easily). The manager told me I don't know what's on your paint, it might be road grime but it should wipe off when the girls dry it. (Probably should have done a better wash job and not relied on the girls to wash the truck as it's dried) I asked the manager to have them use the air to dry all the nooks and crannies. He forgot to tell them so they went back over the truck. When they told me it was done the second time I looked at the truck and spent about 15 minutes cleaning spots they missed or didn't dry. The manager asked "how's the vacuum job look" I looked inside and oh guess what it wasn't done. The manager then told me that he told the girl to go home after finishing my truck but since she didn't understand him (I'm guessing English) that she left before doing my truck (I did 1/2 the vacuuming). The manager apologized for the wash job and said "sorry about this, but when we're slow the girls get lazy". The girls opened my door into a metal pole, I asked them to not do that and they continued to do it. The manager offered to rewash the truck at a later date. I told him no that I would do it myself and that I don't need it damaged or half assed. In short I would NEVER return to this location. I had a membership to the express one in Vacaville and although the machine didn't do a great job it was still better than the "full service" job that I just paid $60 for!! I honestly have to say the best place so far for my oil....not much of a wait time and very professional with a reasonable price. Lamont was very kind, offered me a bottle of water and answered all my questions regarding my car/oil. Extremely satisfied! As soon as I pulled up I was immediately greeted by almost everyone on staff.. but the assistant manager Jimmy, is who really made my visit an experience to remember . Shortly after being greeted, I was offered and ice cold water.. not only did Jimmy and his crew complete my oil change, in ten minutes they went over and beyond the service checklist. Wow! Super impressed by this car wash and service center! My husband and I were both due for oil changes for weeks and were stressing about how we could get them done without waiting for 5 hours. We pulled right up and got to stay in our cars while the super friendly technicians did it in less than 15 minutes! Loved how they showed you everything that looks good or could use replacing. It's a great deal getting a free car wash with the oil change! I was thinking about only giving 4 stars because the oil change itself was a little pricey, but I think the convenience / service of this place more than makes up for it! Service was quick and friendly, but certainly not worth the cost. I got one of their higher price packages .... $35 .... and my car looked ok, but the same as when I paid $15 for a wash. Also, they did not vacuum the trunk cargo area of my SUV. they also did not vacuum under the floor mats. The young blonde girl was super lazy with cleaning the car. The young boys appeared to really be trying though. It's ok, but don't bother upgrading cuz it all looks the same. Save your $$. read more

I was directed to lane 3 when lanes 1 and 2 had less cars, literally cars that came after me left before me. Half of the staff were talking amongst each other, and a particular staff was standing around and would do the bare minimum when the other worker she was working with, did most of the work. The back of my car had water marks and dust still. My windshield didn't look like the wiped it down and the back seats still need more to vacuum. This is the only place I go to get my oil changed and my car washed. For two reasons: excellent customer service/ management and quality work. I live in Vacaville and don't mind driving to Fairfield to have my car maintained. I always start getting my oil changed, tires checked. Matt or Nelly always takes care of my car. They are very informative, professional and straight forward explaining what needs to be done. Very friendly, polite and always quick to offer me a beverage if the oil change will take awhile. After that I go and get my car washed. I am always greeted by a friendly employee and if I had any questions they always inform me of their specials, especially after getting my oil changed. Manager Maria and Danny are awesome! I have crayon stains in my car (have 3 kids) and she took care of it and gave good recommendations and tips on how to maintain my car.
