Mainly for safety and cross contamination risks. Kennel cough can spread like wildfire and I don't want to risk my dog's health. And as much as my little dog may think he can run with the "big" dogs, he could easily get himself hurt in a group play setting. Dog's attitudes can change at the drop of a hat (especially in an environment that is not familiar) and god forbid my dog or any other goes Cujo out of fear or any other stress response. Single. Time. This place is a rip off and cares more about getting your money than the services they provide
