About four months ago, I cut my previously very long hair significantly shorter, and as it has been growing back, the different lengths and new growth have made it feel uneven and a little patchy. Paul took the time to really look at my hair and was extremely honest about what would work best for me. Instead of simply giving me the layered cut I originally showed him, he explained why adding those layers right now could actually make my hair feel thinner and emphasize the uneven lengths while my new growth is still catching up. He recommended evening out the length instead so my hair would look and feel fuller, while adding some soft face framing in the front to still give it shape and a refreshed look. I really appreciated that he cared more about what would actually benefit my hair than just doing exactly what I initially requested. The end result was exactly what my hair needed. It looks healthier, fuller, more even, and refreshed, without sacrificing more density with layers and not much length was lost either it was such great recommendation from him. Now I can continue letting all of my new growth come in and gradually catch up with the rest of my hair. Paul was also incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He took his time explaining everything to me and made sure I understood why he was recommending the cut he did. I felt very comfortable and genuinely taken care of.
