Myla -I think that's how you spell her name cut my hair. As she was doing it I wasn't sure what the outcome would be but once she was done and she blow dried it to give it a bit of a style. It looks so beautiful. She cut about 3 inches to get most of my dead ends out. If I'm ever in the area & I need a haircut. I would absolutely come back again.

This can be hard to do, especially since I have ethnic hair and about a decade of vivids, henna color, and other experiments in my hair. I came in with blue and purple fun hair. This is my hair after two sessions and she's done a great job delivering on Grey blending. She found an ashy beige that would work with blending in with my silvers. She really understands color. Rizza also has very chill energy and listens to your requests. I also needed to handle personal medical stuff during my appointment and she was very helpful about it.

I came across Monica through yelp wanting to dye my hair for the first time. Booking was very easy and she answered all my questions since I was new to balayage and color. I suggest booking in advance as a new client since her slots fill up! Luckily I was able to get a weekday with her. At the location there's a lot of metered parking spaces across the street as well as structure parking. Her suite is located at Phenix Salon Suites in A-101, but I got mixed up since there was a suite called "Hair by Moni G" next door, so just a heads up to new clients. For hair I wanted to do a more subtle balayage with cooler tones. I think Monica did an excellent job with my hair but more importantly she made me feel really good. It was nice chatting with her for the first time and it really added to the experience of getting my hair done. I put off dyeing my hair because I felt intimidated by it, but I'm glad I entrusted Monica with my virgin hair. It turned out exactly how I wanted, with effortless dimension!
