Our camper has been stored here for three years and this weekend when we went to get our Fifth wheel ready for an upcoming trip we discovered our doors had been attempted to be broken into the locks had been jammed with screw drivers. It also appears someone attempted to move our fifth wheel as it had been pushed off of the jack stands. Overall disappointed as you cannot get in contact with anybody on the weekends at all, and when my husband came to tell them that we had removed our rig, and then we were canceling our storage space they seemed to overall unconcerned. This lot is not very secure and it shows. We would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I am not sure where to even start. We had a blowout back east while traveling across country, a wonderful small RV place in Missouri got us back on the road in less than 24HRS to get us home safely. We had some massive damage in our underbelly, and needed some repairs done. We were quoted a couple weeks at most. Work was covered under our insurance. They had our 5th wheel for MONTHS. With ZERO communication and being lied to time & time again. They had it so long (with no work performed) we ended picking it up and taking it to a local NASCAR race and taking it back to them, which was the worst mistake. After having the trailer again for months, we finally told them we wanted it back and not to touch it. They ended up doing MINIMAL work but had no problem accepting thousands of dollars in payments. When we finally threatened to sue him, we had to get on with our insurance company to force him to give our trailer back and demand no more payments paid out to him. HE LIED to us on the phone with the ins. company and admitted he did not do work that he billed and was paid to do. I could go on for days. But BEWARE. This place commits insurance fraud, using parts that old and used. Don, the owner is diabolical. I'm sure he will get on this thread and reply something crazy, but you have been warned! Not sure what's going on here but I stopped in to buy some parts. When I walked in the door, the bell rang as I opened up the door, however there was not a person in sight. I walked through the entire place trying to find what I was needing which was not out on the shelves. After walking around and looking at everything, I returned to the front and still no one in sight so I left and went next door and found what I needed there. I guess I will continue to go next door and not bother with this place anymore as it seems to be hit & miss on things but next door always seems to have it. It may be a little more next door but with Good Sam and Military Discount, I normally can get a better price next door plus they always have staff available to help next door. I say take your chances, you may end up with good service if someone is here to help you. read more

I own a small trailer that had two separate leaks: one beneath the bathroom sink and another near the hot water heater. I took it to Henderson RV for repairs I clearly identifying both issues and the locations. However, after a month-long wait, only the hot water heater leak was minimally addressed. When I picked up the trailer, it wasn't connected to a water source, limiting my ability to verify the repairs. I had to rely on the residual water in the pump. Two months later, during a trip, I discovered that the bathroom sink lines were still leaking. I contacted Henderson RV to report the incomplete repair. The person who answered apologized and promised to inform the owner, but I received no further communication or resolution. If you're planning to have your RV repaired, I recommend: * Asking for an estimated repair timeline. * Inquiring about warranty coverage. * Thoroughly inspecting the repairs before leaving the service lot. read more

I drove 3.5 hours to Vegas to purchase a used travel trailer off of facebook. Upon arriving, it turned out that the clamps that attach to the trailer for the weight distribution hitch were missing. I went to camping world and had no luck. Tried next door at this place and they bailed me out. They had the parts and installed them for me. Allowed me to make the drive home safely. I've used this shop for repairs and service on our Keystone Montano 5th wheel three times, the most recent being this week. In seven years of RV-ing, it's become pretty tough finding a good, reliable, honest shop. The RV industry, especially since Covid's arrival, has been booming. Manufacturers are pushing them out the door as fast as they can build them, with quality suffering tremendously. Service providers are overwhelmed and have little incentive to do the right thing Camping World is a perfect example, and most everyone I've traded war stories with agree. In my humble opinion they should be avoided if at all possible. Anyway, our experience Henderson RV has given me renewed faith that there are still folks out there that will do what they say they will do, when they say they'll do it. Also worth noting is that they've not tried to sell me anything I don't need and I appreciate that. Both Terrell, the service writer, and Don, the owner have been easy to work with and have responsive and available when I've needed to talk to them. Their prices, I believe, are fair. It is for all the above reasons that I highly recommend them, and have every intention to be a loyal customer. read more

First of all this place is a dump. Second of all - the owner and manager there is an asshole. Here's the context. I've stored my RV there for over 2.5 years because it's conveniently close to my home. The first week I was there the owner Don asked me if I was living there. I thought that was really odd. I was hardly there why would he just assume that? I gave zero indications. Since then I've gotten bad vibes and felt he was always looking over my shoulder. Now - in 2.5 years I've been to my rig less than 20 times. I barely use it. I only go there to work on my rig and the most time I've spent there consecutively is 2-3 hours. The latest I'm at my rig is midnight but one of the conveniences is the 24 hr access which I am paying a premium for. Cut to 2.5 years later. I actually have been out of the country and haven't been back to my rig in over 9 months. I'm there installing my new captain chairs (which look awesome by the way). It's only my second day back at my rig when Don comes banging at my door violently. The whole rig is shaking. I open up and he immediately starts yelling and screaming at me that I'm not allowed to sleep there. I tell him I haven't. He says he has someone there living there at night watching and saw me walking around in slippers. I don't even own a pair of slippers. His tone was very threatening. I wasn't sure if he would get violent or not. Now - I don't think he had any just cause of making his accusations. If he had done 5 minutes of investigation on his own he would have seen on his cameras when I arrived and when I left - that's all he needed to do. But regardless - the belligerent approach is unwarranted in any situation. I told him to not come at me like that. What he really owed me was an apology for almost breaking my door open and yelling false accusations at me. Instead - he proceeds to *kick me out* *for not doing anything*. I have no idea why he had it in for me from the start. Perhaps because I'm not white? I hate to say that - but what else when I got this sense from the beginning. No regrets though - he actually did me a favor and I found a much better place. Go to Extra Space storage. It's 1/4 the price, nice and clean and they have an app where you can open the gate biometrically. And people there are nice and you don't get the feeling there's people spying on you and you can go about your business. I'm so glad I'm not giving this guy my money anymore. Go take your business to more good natured people and someplace more deserving. And Don - I own 3 seven figure houses in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New Zealand. I don't need to sleep in your rv storage space. *edited : in response to Don. I left the gate open twice. The first time I didn't know. The second time I was letting the locksmith in because I locked myself out. What an unreasonable business you run. And why even put that on your customers. Invest in an electric gate if it's that much of a hazard. You charge premium prices but you operate like a ghetto shop. Glad to be out of there but still no apology for your behavior? They installed the incorrect size of a hydraulic strut and when I went in to complain they actually did give me back the price of the strut (because i brought it back) but NOT THE LABOR to install the incorrect one!! I have had many problems with my retractable steps on my 2019 RV. Henderson RV got them working for me more easily than all the other repairs I've done, and at a very reasonable price. They are veteran friendly. They have easy scheduling. They greased up the stairs for me too. I'm very happy! Hopefully it will last this time! read more

Great service I got there and I didn't know that they closed at 5 pm and I think was the owner that was leaving and asked me what did I need and I told him about the part that I wanted for the sewer adapter and he was able to get it for me and I would recommend this place to everyone that I know with an RV. read more

I read the reviews before I took my RV to Henderson RV and was excited that they were so positive. My experience with them was quite different and not pleasant at all. After quoting me approximately 7 - 10 days (because they weren't that busy), I finally got to pick up my RV about 6 weeks after I dropped it off. It was one excuse after another....unfortunately, I won't be taking my RV there if I ever need work or service. Like Don told me - take it somewhere else if you are not happy (that was after they had my RV about a month). I might be the exception to the positive reviews because my case was a small insurance claim. However, Terrell and Chad who I did deal with were wonderful, and I appreciated all their help. read more

This place should not be trusted for electrical work. They used the wrong gauge wire in our battery install! It caused a small fire! Then when we tried to get them to fix it they tried to upsell us on more parts for the system and blamed us! We bought thousands of dollars worth of equipment - an entire system - and the response was we needed to add electricity sources (solar panels). Can you even imagine what could have happened if we'd added more to a system already prone to FIRE!?!?! A proper electrical install should NEVER catch fire! No matter how big or small the system, no matter the electricity source. If it's installed correctly, there are multiple safety mechanisms to prevent an electrical fire even if the user tries to pull too much electricity from the system. Ever had to reset the breaker or replace a fuse? Those are safety measures to prevent electrical fires. That should ALWAYS occur instead of a fire. Just have a conversation with these guys... they know nothing about electricity. We trusted them too much, even though it was obvious they way they spoke they didn't understand what they were selling us... we assumed the tech who did the install would know more... WRONG. On top of that they installed a TV mount without using any wall anchors! It was into 1/8" plywood! What were they thinking!?!?! We were driving down the road and our TV fell off the wall! They might seem cheaper than other places... but there's a reason they're cheaper. read more

I have stored my RV at a couple other places. They are very cost effective and offer personalized service along with, propane, dump station and service center located on site. The customer service and overall level of service has been a bonus to the value of storing our RV. read more

This place was very easy to get off the freeway and back on again. Nice, clean, well stocked store and super friendly staff.

We dropped off our grand design travel trailer cause one of the slides wouldnt operate correctly come to find out one of the screws inside the motor had sheared off causing motor not to operate. they were able to fix and its good as new. while in there i had them do our forever warranty inspection as well. this is the second time we have used them for service and we are definitely satisfied with the service. read more

I should have done this review about a year ago but I just arrived to NV and it was hot, I couldn't even think. Don, Maya, Terrell, Chad and the rest of the Henderson RV family I want to thank you for treating me right. New to Henderson, just bought an RV not knowing about RV's, and the temperature was 120, I needed a new AC. Not only did I get a new AC but a couple of months later with the weather much cooler I got a new roof also. They treated me good and taught me some things about RV's. The absolute worst experience I ever had. Had them do a complete inspection for $495 thinking they would top off all fluids. When I left got halfway home 10 miles RV overheated no radiator fluid. Check the cap and it was it terrible shape. When I went back to discuss the tech pointed to the hydraulic fluid saying the radiator fluid was full. Really he did not know the difference. Owner said he misstated under pressure. They are the worst highly recommended NOT TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I had to go to another RV repair place to try and undo what your incompetent mechanics had screwed up. You guys are in business only to rip consumers off!! Terrible!! read more

I was in tears when we were on our way home with our brand new, never been slept in DRV Mobile Suite. There was a tree in the parking lot where my husband attempted to turn into parking lot and missed the limb sticking out on the tree. It clipped the fifth wheel and caught the window and busted it into the Mobile Suite and scratched several places on the unit. When I put out a call for help, Don at Henderson RV was the first to respond. We still had several hours of travel time, got in late that evening, left the unit at a friends house, truck and all. We went over the next morning, spent two hours cleaning up glass and took it to Henderson RV. I feel that this is our saving grace!. That remains to be seen, but it was, so far, it has been a very calming situation. Keep all posted! read more

Had my 2020 Momentum 28G toy hauler repaired and the owner and his employees are great people to work with. The two issues that had to be repaired, the gas pump station did not work correct, little stream of gas would pump and also there appeared to be a air leak somewhere in the water line. Both issues were found to have happened at the time the toy hauler was built. They fixed the issues and I would recommend them to anyone. This is a independently owned shop and the owner takes exceptional pride in taking care of his customers; he spoke directly to me when I took it in and again when I picked it up. Highly recommend Henderson RV Parts-Service-Collision. If you are under warranty still go in and discuss your issues and they will explain how it can be handled. This place is awesome! The owner - Don, could not have been nicer or easier to work with. We were on a 6 week trip out west from Wisconsin and were going to originally store our camper here for a week, while spending time with my brother & friends. As it turned out, we were rear ended on i15 in California. The hitch/receiver was a mess and we had been having trouble getting the furnace to work. I contacted Henderson RV to see if they could help us and do more than store the camper. They responded with an "absolutely" - bring it on in. They installed a new hitch/receiver on our car, fixed our furnace issue and a few other issues. We were headed back home to Wisconsin right on time. When I think of Henderson RV, "QUALITY" is the word that comes to mind. Their work is great and the customer service was outstanding. Steve is friendly and makes you feel at home, while Robert is a genius - I think he can probably fix anything. Don is lucky to have them both. I highly recommend Henderson RV to anyone. They are conveniently located and when it comes to customer service - no one is better. read more
