I had a great experience and I highly recommend Maggie's Rentals! I was looking for rentals for weeks with no luck and was about to give up until this company came up on my Yelp search. I looked at their website first and it was the most legit website I visited so far. They have pricing info, a gallery, order, & FAQ. I recommend reading the FAQ very useful! I used the order feature on their website to get a quote and got a reply to my email the same day. They have a minimum $40 rental to get free shipping within 10 miles of Angel Stadium. I called and ordered 40 standard chairs, gave them the delivery address, and chose a delivery window. No deposit was required. That was it... it was so simple and easy I couldn't believe it! The day of my event, my delivery window was from 9-10 AM and sure enough their employee came on time at 9:50 AM. He dropped of the chairs quickly and he was very professional and nice. The chairs were great for the party they were all functional, light weight/easy to carry, compact, sturdy, and clean. Thank you Maggie's Rentals! Their pricing was good compared to most other places, but their website was misleading as far as prices and their communication is horrible. Their website states weights to tie down the canopies are included, but on the quote they sent me they charged $40 just for the weights. When I questioned the additional charge they informed me "tie down weights" was referring to ratchet strap tie downs. I still decided to proceed with them despite this and I requested to book, but never heard back from them. read more
