We ordered our tickets over a week in ADVANCE and this piece of crap company can't deliver them till the DAY OF THE EVENT!!! and forgets to tell us that someone must TAKE THE DAY OFF WORK!! to be there to recieve them or they wont be delivered!!! The owner, Ron, reached out to me via Yelp messaging shortly after replying to my initial review. His apology felt sincere and he wanted to ensure we have a great experience with his company, so much so that he even offered to comp us tickets to an event. We were truly blown away from that, as I did not write my initial review (with the two updates) to get free tickets. I was generally upset from the lack of communication from his company, as well as how their fraud department is outsourced, with the former resulting in the negative review in the first place. We decided to take him up on his offer, giving his company one more chance. We have been planning on going to a couple of baseball gamea in Milwaukee Memorial Day weekend, which he was fine with covering one of those games. Ron messaged me to reach out to him once the season starts, so that they can get those taken care of. I did and he responded timely and confirmed how many tickets we needed. An employee by the name of Brad reached out to me to confirm what date we would prefer they purchase tickets for and informed me that they would get those tickets and have them emailed to me a week prior to the game. While that is not for another 6-7 weeks, I have been blown away by the experience I have had with this company since the first issues I had. We are very much looking forward to these games! I called in asking if tickets were available to a game and was told a pair were available for $65. I had purchased a couple of seats from them before in the VIP section for $70 so thought that I would go for it since I had no problems with them in the past. After picking up my tickets I received a text notice from my bank saying I was charged $130 from 714 tickets. I immediately called and spoke with a rep who said that I should just go to the game and speak with the owner in the morning sine he was the one who completed the transaction. I received a call from the owner, Don, who was rude and kept cutting me off. He lied saying that he told me the total of $130 over the phone and saying that an invoice was attached with the receipts. This is a shady company run by a horrible owner. Go thru Stub Hub or eBay. AVOID 714 tickets read more

I have been using 714 tickets for years and have mostly had good experiences. However, I recently purchased tickets for a ducks game, only to find out they were sold prior to me purchasing them. By time they notified me, tickets had doubled in price. 714 tickets refused to offer me any compensation for the game or future games, other than a 10% discount that I had to beg for. As a loyal customer, I would have expected them to do everything and anything to keep me as a customer, that's what good customer service is. We purchased tickets for the Monster Jam show and picked them up a few days ahead of time. It was my boyfriend, his 4 year old son and my 12 year old son and myself. We show up and wait in line to get in. They scanned our 4 tickets and that's when they noticed one of the tickets did not have a barcode to scan. We showed them the receipt but they still could not let us in. The box office couldn't help us because they did not sell us the tickets and 714tickets was already closed. They made us get out of line and basically told us we needed to figure it out. As you could imagine with a 4 year old and 12 year old they were pretty excited to see the monster trucks and they weren't very happy when we couldn't get in. We obviously were pretty frustrated and upset that we weren't able to get in. Long story short, we made our way in eventually. I went to the 714tickets office where I picked up the tickets and explained what happened. They were more than apologetic and sympathetic and refunded the tickets, no questions asked. The cheapest the Stadium had to offer was $31.50 plus FEES FEES FEES. I looked up 714 and BOOM i see two seats $25 (which was in the same area that was priced for $31.50) and NO FEES NO FEES NO FEES. I then call over to 714 tickets asking if my purchase was made because i still saw on the app that two tickets i bought were still available. After talking to the sales rep i shouldn't call him that, more like my new friendly ticket helper he explained to me that my tickets were confirmed i asked if by chance if he had two more for the same price. He looked into and said you know what I'll get you two more. So I went from spending $140 for one game to now just $100. We ordered tickets on line for the Los Angeles Angels game. When purchasing tickets we received tickets in a row that I did not choose, I chose row J and they gave me another row. I called and the CSRep said the row I chose was not the row I received on my confirmation, she said your purchase and the row you chose were all sold out? I said how can that be when that was the option I chose? She said when purchasing it's only a request and may not be the actual confirmed seat. She said they assumed I would want the row they chose for me... I said why do you give the options for specific rows if it is not the actual tickets I'm purchasing? NEVER AGAIN!!!! They are a very shadey company to deal with, they charge exorbitant fees, and the ticket delivery is very missleading. On their website they claim free hotel delivery, and they charge a $15 delivery fee, however when I phoned them they said I had to come to their office and pick up the tickets. I was charged over $40 in fees from them, dealt with very rude and unprofessional staff, and over overall very dissappointed with the whole experience. It makes no sense to pay a premium for their middle man services, when all I got in return, was a bad attitide, and the run around from their staff. THEY ARE NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS. My advice...go to ticket master or directly to the venue. read more

I normally went to stub hub, nothing against them but their fees can be just outrageous. Example, I sometimes buy the cheap seats when I take my toddler son because let's be honest, who knows how long he will last. I choose $6 tickets and the fees through stub hub are more than the cost of tickets. Not through 714 tickets...just like Roger Lodge says, there's no hidden fee. Only fee is $5 if you want electronic delivery of your tickets. But their office is so close to the ball park or Honda center I just walk in and pick them up without a problem. The staff there is awesome, friendly, and wanting to help. My experience was so easy and a heck of a lot cheaper, they have earned my business for all my ticket needs.
