So this story keeps getting worse! Not only did I pay $ 2,600 for repairs to my Toyota Camry at 723 Automotive and Diesel 10 months ago before the car had the same problem you supposedly fixed, but I now find out the you tore a hole through the gasket cover with the coil replacement you completed and after your mistake you tried to fill it to cover up that mistake! I now understand why you did not want to have anything to do with me or my car! The corrections will cost me an additional $2,300.00. Your mistake has now cost me over $5,000. and I will be reporting you to the BBB and will be seeking legal action against you! I have a picture to prove your damage. I hope no one ever has to suffer the loss that you have caused me. Once again, I am a single female who has now been unemployed for 8 months with a mortgage, utilities, food, etc. Not only did you defraud and lie to me but you caused great hardship and greater stress in an already stressful situation. These are really nice guys. They were very polite, very helpful & very patient. It was easy to get my car in quickly. Only on1 complaint: one time I had it in & they couldn't seem to find the problem, after 2 or 3 trips to the shop. That was weird. Eventually the problem was fixed and it only happened one time. Otherwise, I always have gone there for my car repairs, even after moving further away from them. read more

Been using this shop for years - when it was first owned by Bert, then James. Now Alan is the owner. This shop has nice guys and does good work, but over the past few years I find more and more that they come up with an estimate that includes work that is totally unnecessary. My last episode was when I asked them to diagnose a misfiring engine. They wanted to drain the gas tank, de-carbonize the fuel system and replace a bad spark coil for $700. I said I have already replaced the gas from empty, with premium. Dialog continued to the point where I was told that the coil (part alone) was $200. I ended up buying a new coil for $42 and installed it with a wrench in 15 minutes. I cleaned the throttle body (fuel injector - like a carburetor), but this was not the issue. The problem was a bad coil. read more
