Everyone used to have their favorite gas station. Come on, admit it! I will admit that I was a Chevron girl. I always filled up with Chevron gas, had the Chevron gas card and was a loyal fan of their product and service. Well, not anymore. Everything is COSTCO. They have the best deal, great service and if you are traveling, a COSTCO store is a great opportunity to get out, stretch, fill up, hit the restroom and grab a snack. You ask me why? I had one of the employees come explain something they saw while doing my oil change,and I really liked that they took the time to do that. It does seem a little on the pricier side for synthetic vs pit stop was, but it's convenient and not excessively expensive. They offer a drink while you wait, which is nice too. I don't love the upsells. I'm sure it's part of what they are told to do. But from additives to additional services, they upsell a lot. They also don't hard sell, and if you say no there is no pressure. Overall, I've been happy with the service here and will continue to return for future oil changes,

I needed to get to the fair within a couoke hours and aldo I needed my tire to be godo enough to drive back to SF bay are the next day. This juffy lube was able to repair my tire incredubly well in 20 min for only $50. I drove to the fair that day and safely home to CA the next day. Thank you for the great service!

Bought a pack of cigarettes and asked the guy if he could give me the difference to make 10 in gas. He told me he couldn't do that so he made me do the math on my own. Then once I figured it up he entered it in wrong THREE times. And each time it happened he kept giving ME attitude. (Mind you I was staying as calm as I could and didn't give him attitude till he started giving it to me. Finally the other pump attendant came in and with a great attitude and within 15 seconds had me rang up. While leaving I decided to be there better person and told the guy "sorry about that" he didn't respond. So I said "have a good night" still no response so I said it two more time the last time getting pretty loud and he stared straight at me and turned back around. I told the other attendant he should lose his job and I was told they won't fire him because he has been there too long. This is the third interaction I've had with this same person where he has been extremely unpleasant. By far the most disgusting display of customer service I've ever seen. The other attendant is very great and always super friendly when I go. I just don't understand how someone can be so blatantly terrible and keep their job.

When they finally were able to get around to us the work was very honest and reliable. I've gone here for services in the past when they've had full staffing and I believe I've always gotten good value and service for my time and money.
