This gas station is in my neighborhood in Castro Valley been going to this gas station for over 20 years and I caught a flat on the freeway and try to park my car to say space in the gas station out of the street in the gas station owner got my car towed and told me that it looked like it had been abandoned. I only had left it there for a day because I have to go take the old tire and get a new tire put on it And I didn't have enough time to come back because he got my car towed so long story short I had to spend money I didn't have to get my car out of the tow yard and still have to fix the flat that it was on. That's why I was left in the gas station so I recommend if you go to this gas station be careful cause they will tow your car. read more

This gas station sold me bad gas. My car kept acting up and was smoking while driving on highway. It was very scary experience, and I had to leave my car at the shop for 2 weeks. The mechanic said that instead of regular gas, I had diesel in my tank. My receipt from this station showed that I paid for regular gas. I'm never coming back to this gas station again. read more

I went to get a car wash about 10:15 AM. The car wash hadn't been turned on yet. They run my car through it and it's making this screeching noise and I could smell something burning coming up from my vent. When the car comes out it still has soap on it. I bring the car around again point out the soap and say look, I think somethings wrong with your car wash maybe it was because I was the first vehicle to run through the system today. They run my car through it again. As I pull up to the line the manager is yelling for me to take my foot off the brake. My foots not on the brake. He then yells for me to take my foot off the brake again. I yelled back through the window my foot is not on the brake. He then yells five times in a row take your foot off the brake! I scream thru closed window my fucking foot is not on the fucking brake. He then yells four more times take your foot off the brake! I yell back get the fuck away from my car you crazy fuck! He's waiting for me on the other side as I come out through the car wash and my car still has soap on it. I'm already pissed because they told me their towel drying machine was broken so they can't hand dry my car. He starts to tell me let me explain to you and I say stop. I asked him what his malfunction was and why he repeatedly was yelling at me to get my foot off the brake. I was so pissed I didn't give two shits what he was going to say after. He kept saying let me explain and I said I don't give a fuck and have a nice day. Jesus Christ, he was probably going to tell me the machine was broken. No shit, when I went home and rinsed my car it was full of soap. What is going on in your brain to make you scream at someone a dozen times to get their foot off the brake when you can fully see their foot is not on the brake. Good service. Convenient car wash. Helpful staff. Been going there for years and service has improved.

This station had diesel in its unleaded tanks. The owner was unreachable after many affected customers tried to get in touch. We had to resort to filing complaints with no real resolution. Luckily obtaining a receipt to prove we had selected regular unleaded gas and not diesel was relatively painless through the official website. If you want your car to run, do not go here. read more

We usually come here for a quick car wash, well, I'd call it more a car rinse. I wouldn't expect the car to come out sparkly clean but it does get most of the dust and stuff off the car. One side of the car does get soaped more than the other as they start the wash after soaping one side (the other's really rushed). It's a short wash but the hand dryer really does a pretty decent job drying the car. He took the time to scrub a little mark on our window and even got our side mirrors. Final Thoughts: Good for gas and a good car rinse. read more

Are you kidding me?! They sent my car through and didn't turn in the rinse component. Had to wait and go through twice. Who has time for this?! They don't even seem to care. Other cars came out the same way but somehow they were prioritized for hand rinsing before me. read more

Today was the worst service. The kids working the cash register and the car wash were absolutely useless. A nice lady was honking her car horn to get their attention for me. I do not recommend you take your car here to get a car wash. I took my BMW here for a wash and my tail light cover fell in the bottom of the wash area were the soap drains. I drove home and noticed the light cover was missing. I immediately drove back to ask if they could locate - I was told to return between after 5PM when the carwash was closed so they can locate the light. I drove home a 2nd time. I called before I came this time and was told the light was found. I drove back and the guy who helped me had said whoever I talked to on the phone told me they found the light - but they actually hadn't so had to search for it quickly before I came. When I arrived back to the gas station around they had found the light but it was broken. The gas station team took my info down and asked me to call the manager Friday morning which I did. The lady who I spoke with was not the manager but was actually a cashier. The cashier asked me to call back Monday or Tuesday as the owner was out at a convention and would not be back until then. I called Monday,m and the cashier asked to call back Tuesday. I called Tuesday and spoke to owner who seemed nice and we arranged to meet Wednesday morning. We did meet on Wednesday around 7:30AM, Johnny examined my car and said they were not liable, I showed them the $75 receipt I paid for a new BMW light cover. He said he would give me $20 not to admit fault but because he valued me as a customer - but he was not going to take care of any damage. $11 carwash turned into a $75 expense and driving to gas station 2x and a complete waist of time calling 3 days in to locate the owner. This appears to be the same place as number 19 above, and the same review applies: So I read all the negative reviews and questioned my wisdom even driving onto the lot, but I gotta tell you, the woman cashier was pleasant, the two guys at the beginning of the wash tunnel were polite and efficient and the young man using what appeared to be microfiber towels dried the whole car stem to stern. No dirty water, no bad smells, no scratchy brushes to damage the paint. I'll be back. read more

I totally agree with the people who have mentioned the car wash. I get a car wash here almost every week as it is the closet to my home but i have been disappointed every time. Its not the actual car wash but the laziness of the guys who run it. A quick soak than they would rush to wash the wheels before the car goes in, on my last visit they didn't even wash my wheels. Another vote for a worthless car wash! $12.99 or so to get my car sprayed with dirty water? If the first guy doesn't do a decent job of scrubbing your car down with gritty, recycled water from a bucket, then your car will come at as dirty as it went in. Once upon a time, they used to have the felt brushes slap the sides of your car and windshield to loosen the grime, now a lame drape just drags across the roof of your car and colorful soap sprays on the sides followed by jets of water to rinse it off. No where within the carwash is your car actually being washed. At the end, it's a lottery if you get someone who will actually do a half decent job of wiping your car dry. read more
