[[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been a member with Quick Quack for a few years and love being able to get a car wash when I'm traveling.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This isn't the location I usually go to, but the only gripe I had here was the setup. When you pull in, it wasn't very clear where to go at first. The layout was different from any of the Quick Quacks I've been to before. The line to start a wash was in the middle, the car wash itself was to the left, and the area to vacuum and dry your car was on the right. One thing I did like was that inside the wash there's only one track your car needs to attach to instead of two, which made it easier and less nerve wrecking to actually get on the track. I also really enjoyed the bubble gum scent they had. read more

Why did they close the garage full of drying stations?? Now you have to wait in line to vacuum and dry your car. For some reason, the longer the line, the longer people take to get out of the vacuum spots - it's so annoying! They had all of the garage bays open in the beginning, before they got busy - and now that they clearly have lots of monthly members, they have closed the garage bays off and you are forced to line up to use the vacuums. That ADDED to the fact that their "wax" product leaves hard to remove grime build up on the glass leaves me counting down the days until Splash Brothers opens in CV and I can finally leave Quick Quack in the rear view mirror! read more

When I lived in Castro Valley and then Hayward, I was a member here. I felt it was a great car wash. I was never disappointed. I used to go in the garage to complete dry off my car and use the vacuum to clean inside the car. The only thing I didn't like, no customer restroom. Anyway, I visited today, but I didn't use the vacuum. The garages have been closed for quite some time. There's always a long line for the outside vacuums. What I didn't like. What I really didn't like, they sped the wash up. It used to go slow. It was so fast today, I almost got a speeding ticket. Lol With! You don't get enough money from your high prices, that you rush cars through the wash. I won't be going there again. read more

I really do not like how they stack the cars bumper to bumper through the car wash. There should always be a good amount of space between cars in case of system failure, car suddenly stopping in front/wheels jumping off the line, or anything, during the car wash process. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I always make sure to stall a bit and drive very slowly even tho they keep motioning me to pull up literally inches away from the car in front of me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And if people had common sense they would do the same; stall a bit and allow more space between cars going through wash. Overall below average. Wash wait time is not bad. Vacuum wait time is bad and half of the vacuums are not even available. The grounds where you vacuum the car are regularly filthy so even if you thoroughly clean your car you have to carefully wipe down your shoes before getting back in. Additionally their hours on Apple Maps shows open until 9pm but I showed up on Saturday 7pm and they were closed. Wash itself is also below average. Doesn't remove bird poop and also leaves this square on my Tesla m3 unclean. It's like the machine misses it. they've increased the monthly subscription fee, citing machine improvements but everything is still below average. Pretty much only keeping my membership bc it's the closest thing to my house but hope it improves. read more

Quick quack overall as a company, I'm a fan of. I like the unlimited car washes to keep my car clean. I do think there aren't enough locations in the Bay Area, and this one is a little out of the way, but it's on my way to work, so I do come in about once a week. This location used to have a ton of vacuums, but for months half of them have been closed due to repairs as you'll see in Nina. M review. It's been over 3 months, I can never get in to vacuum my car because half the stalls aren't working and the lines for that are long and take 15-20 minutes just to get in to vacuum. read more

This is usually my go to place and it gets the job done. A couple reasons for why it is not a 5/5 - When there are many customers being processed there is a bottleneck situation to get to through the car wash, which is fine, but the issue is a couple of times I end up getting a lower service than I actually pay for because someone else got ahead of me in line. So that can be frustrating since you want to get the service that you pay for. - Half of the vacuum stations have been closed and this has caused a big back up in lines read more

Went to this car wash on a Monday afternoon. A single wash was $15 (no wax or extras). Having been here previously, I was surprised by how quickly my car went through the wash machines; this time was about half the time as usual. Not even a minute. My car was not extremely dirty before the wash, but I didn't expect a layer of dirt still on my car after. I couldn't even vacuum out my car afterwards because half of the stations were closed and there was a line of cars waiting to use the ones that were open. I ended up going to a self wash location off of Mission Blvd after. Not worth the money or the time to use this service. I'm really disappointed with the lack of management at this location. Since it's located off a busy street, anyone can pull in and use the vacuums for free, and many people do. As a paying member, I often have to stand around waiting for a vacuum because they're being used by people who may not have even purchased a wash. What makes this even more frustrating is that the location actually had a security guard checking license plates and making sure only paying customers were using the vacuums. Unfortunately, that only lasted about a week. During that time, I personally saw him turn non-paying customers away, and the difference was noticeable; the wait times were significantly shorter, and the whole process ran much more efficiently. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership because it makes me wonder what I'm paying for if non-paying customers receive the same benefit. On top of that, there doesn't seem to be any staff monitoring the vacuum area or enforcing the 10-minute limit. Many people spend a long time fully detailing their cars, which creates unnecessary delays for everyone else. To make matters worse, there's also an entire section of vacuums that's been marked "Under Maintenance" for what feels like a year. What's going on with that? Having those stations out of service for such a long time only makes the wait even worse. Paying members should have priority access to the amenities they're paying for. This location has already shown that enforcing these policies works, they just need to consistently do it. read more

You see people just stop to grab microfibers and leave. I tried their service for a month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While the onsite employees are kind and friendly, their machine was never fully functional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was instructed to reach out to Corp for resolution. This was painful[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They wanted to give me more time at no cost but no guarantee that the all the advertised services would be functioning. I would have taken the extra time if they could delay it to when the system is 100% up. They wouldn't refund my membership, stating I went through the wash 12 times. The onsite workers kept telling me to come back the same day after they have had time to fix the issue. Never went back the same day to give them time. Pay attention to all the services listed in the memberships and ensure you're getting what you paid for. read more

I am a member so I don't communicate with any of the staff. The system is automated and reads my plates. I have 2 vehicles on this account. If we go and wash the cars once a week it is worth it. It was always on my way to work. Now it is not. Not convenient for me anymore. But cars are clean. read more

Car wash is quick and easy. If your car isn't clean the first time you can pull around and go through again. It's been a crazy month and finally got back here to retrieve my license plate and they cannot find it. Not sure what's going on here but apparently a lot of people lose their plates. The good thing about this place is that the have a place where you can vacuum your car and they actually provide towels to dry your car which is really nice. You don't have to bring your own towels. I went in and asked for a membership, I payed $30 and took my car wash. About a week later I came back at the San Leandro location. Their price used to be $9.99 for a basic wash. Now since Covid, it's gone up to $14.99. I went to use them today with a very dirty car. They charged me the $14.99 . When I told her I needed the car CLEAN however many times it takes she said only twice is the limit! She then rudely refunded the amount and told me to exit to the right. She said she is the manager her name is Suleima!! Very rude customer service. I had to drive back for the refund receipt whom another manager, a gentleman gave it to me. I have had mixed feelings about QQ especially in the arena of customer Service. They are the only game in town so I am stuck to a point. Today I Went and had issues Yamileth and Julie who were working check in tried their best to help me. They were patient and personable. Still unresolved I requested the manager and was introduced to Zack. He said this was his store and he had been absent for some time but was now back. He explained what the hiccup was and offered a solution. He clearly cares about his customers and is aware of things that need tweaking to allow for a safer, streamlined experience. It was a pleasure talking with him and he actually remembered that I was a frequent customer and what my cars were. It's only a car wash you may say but it's spending money repeatedly at a business so it's nice to be appreciated as a customer and receive personable and excellent customer service that feel's genuine. I've been having a membership here for a while. They close at 9 Pm but lately I've been seeing them shut the doors on the right side around 6 pm and closing early. This is very inconvenient as a customer because instead of being fast and speedy they chose to close down the side having 3 employees on the clock and they can't close when they're supposed to ? As a customer why are they making people wait when they have a full side of vacuums that are shut and closed and the ones they DO have available have like two stalls where the suction doesn't work that well. So if you get stuck there now you have to wait for a good vacuum to open up and start over again. read more

The only issue I have when going through the car wash, the right passenger's side does not get clean really well the brushes does not reach the right side window of my car. I noticed this was the same at the other location by my work in SSF. It was in just the tip which does not do much. read more

The car wash and its facilities are great, however the main issue happening with all locations that no one seems to notice or even care about is where people enter the self serve vacuum areas yet they don't have memberships. I've seen it multiple times where people would often enter without getting a wash then leaving, it's very frustrating especially since the vacuum areas tend to have long lines. Hopefully quick quack will one day implement RFID key cards for members to unlock the vacuum nozzle to prevent people from using them without paying. read more
