Here's one: remove the LED light bulb from your motor unit--the one (or two) that lights up your garage upon activating the opener. LED bulbs give off RF energy (Radio Frequency) which can cause a logic board to fail--like mine!! Replace the LED bulb(s) with CFLs (fluorescent) or old-school incandescent bulbs, if you can find any (try Dollar Store or online). Who knew?

He reassured us that he would be heading of Sacramento for the holiday weekend and would pick up the parts he needed. He also mentioned he would give us tips on how we could take care of lubricating the garage door and joints to keep it maintained.
