On Sept. 8th 2025 I purchased a 2012 AUDI Q5 with 48K miles that was presented as being in excellent condition. When my transporter picked up the car we were told that the heater was "Not performing as well as expected" A small reduction in the purchase price was given. After receiving the car we found that ; the heater/AC system did not work at all, three of the five vent door motors did not work, The cowl was completely filled with leaves, The windshield leaks. The cowl, sunroof, trunk and AC drains were all plugged. The interior and trunk compartments had standing water 2 to 4 inches deep. The water pump leaks. The brake vacuum and booster failed. The instrument cluster does not work completely. And the list continues to grow. The car has been in the shop continuously since our purchase. I have e-mailed and called but have received no response. This car should have been scrapped and never offered for sale or have been sold. This was a terrible purchase! read more

Things I brought to their attention were "fixed" except the same issues arose from an oil leak, to the heater not blowing hot, so I would call and demand it be fixed AGAIN. Called dealer and was told my warranty is now expired, they are not charity and not to call or email or they will file a (laughable) harassment charge, The bang was a control arm. Stay far away! wanted to buy a vehicle for $7100.00. I filled out the finance app online. They get back to me stating I needed $2,000.00 down payment plus my trade (my trade is valued at $2800.00). My credit is in good standing. Furthermore, not only did they want the down payment and trade, they were still going to finance the origional $7100. So, I wonder, where was the totoal of 4800 going to?? (trade/down payment). In other words, I have to put down 65% on the car?? You're out of your mind. Keep in mind. Still in the process of finalizing the car purchase but had a good experience considering it's a third party used car dealership. The purchase process was simple. We went and test drove the car, put a $200 deposit down and then took it to a mechanic later to get it checked out. Mechanic said the brakes and tires on the car were suspect, so the dealer checked out the tires and agreed to give us 4 new ones because 2 of the ones on the car were looking in rough shape. They also recharged the AC for us. I was expecting some wear and tear because we purchased an older car, and their policy of fixing any issues that would make the car not pass inspection feels very fair to me. They also offer a 30-day warranty on the critical parts of the car like engine, transmission, etc. And the price for the car we got was a pretty good deal considering how competitive and overpriced the used car market is right now as we're recovering from the pandemic, about $1200 below the estimated Kelly blue book value. I think what I appreciated the most is that I never felt pressured or manipulated during the buying process. The people at the dealership were very matter of fact and didn't play games like other places I've been to. They don't have you sitting for hours or create a sense of urgency like if you don't buy it today you won't get it. Some of the other reviews seem like people that had bad experiences, but I also think you kind of have to know what you're getting into when you purchase a 10+ year old car, it's just gonna have some problems. I can't speak to issues with financing as we just paid cash, but they do work with outside banks to offer financing. Overall, a simple no pressure purchase process for decent used cars. read more

I saw a Mercedes online, which the 777 auto ad stated was one-owner, so I contacted them. The salerman assured me it was all original with no accidents or paintwork. I was very particular because the dealership was far and I had to fly out there to see the car. After multiple assurances by the 'manager', I booked my flight, flew to Boston to see the car. That's when the horror began!! The Mercedes had clean carfax history, but it clearly had unreported accident damage. The headlights were aftermarket and the driver side doors had been repainted and it was noticeable. Enraged, I pointed it out to the salesman, who directed me to the manager. The manager comes and boldly said it's not accident, just repainted!!!! Ridiculous! Then, he tried to show me another car, which apparently had been sitting in their lot for months and tried to sell me that at a discount! $100 off the sticker!!! Such a waste of time and money. Never trust them even if you speak with them. They trick perspective buyers by luring them with a 'clean carfax' bait. Small dealership, shady salesman! Liars!!! read more

Strangest place I've ever bought a car. The only reason I went there was because they had the exact car I wanted. They don't do their own paperwork, call in another dealership. On 6-9-2017, I went to the the dealership to test a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. Auto had 3 issues, front brakes and/or rotors, engine latch and tire sensor was not working. Up front, they said if you clear the notice from the computer every time you start up the car, the message goes away. Other two issues they would send to their repair shop so I may test drive car again and have my repair shop look at car. On 6-13, I called dealer back to see if problems were fixed. Salesman checked with his boss and was informed that auto never went to repair shop. But if I put a deposit down, the dealer would prioritize the repair. No thank you, I replied but when you send it to your repair shop and the repairs are made you let me know. As of the day of this writing, no call back. After visiting several high pressure dealerships advising "that car won't be here for long", my experience with 777 Auto was a relief. I was handed the keys to the car to take it out on my own without a salesperson present, and was never pushed to put down a deposit right away. Hristo was great to deal with throughout the process. There was one minor issue detected with the car during my own state inspection, and this was promptly taken care of by 777 Auto without issue or additional cost. I bought a used Jeep at a great price from 777 Auto with no expectations that it was going to be in perfect condition. When I brought it to my mechanic for a once-over, they said the car was in overall good shape but noticed some leaks that are covered under MA laws for used car dealership purchases. Since it was still in the 30 day warranty period, I contacted one of the owners at 777Auto to repair but he quickly dismissed the claims and called the leaks "seepage". After several weeks of going back and forth and actually showing him pictures of the transmission leaking, he caved and repaired it but not after countless hours of unnecessary arguing and research. One of the owners was great to work with, the other was greedy, rude and ruined the entire experience with slimy sales tactics. Would not recommend. read more

Went to this dealer and drove a Subaru 2004 Impreza. Looked good and wasn't out of the ball park as far as price. Took it to a reputable mechanic to have it looked at. Head gasket leak, radiator hose leak, timing belt needed replacing (not cheap!), new tires needed, the paint job was done straight over the rust so you could see the rust showing through and it would only get worse. Basically, about 1,200 in repairs needed for this car in the short term (not including the paint job). It was not worth what they were asking! They refused to come down on the price. Buyer beware!!! I went to check out a car at this dealer 777 auto used cars located in Weymouth, MA. I called and spoke with the ower to get some information about the car where he proceeded to tell me it was a nice car in good shape and told me it would be worth the trip since it is over an hour from my house to the dealer. I get there and the car looks like it has been in a bumper car event there is mild to heavy damage to every side and corner of the car. The car at one time had been driven under something because the front bumper and hood were scratched and dented. The drivers door mirror had been ripped off with a very big scrape across it and the mirror was replaces with a mismatched mirror. Passanger side door was hit and pushed in. The rear bumper looked like it had been backed into the bolts that hold on a lisence plate for another car about 200 times. All 4 tires had dry rot and funny rear and chunks out of them. Front two wheels had major damage not sure how the wheels were holding air. The clutch has only 10-20% life left max. This would have been the 3rd car of this make and model all manual transmissions that i would have had. I know these cars and what a good and bad clutch feels like and when I mentioned all of the problems with the car the owner said I did not know what I am talking about that the car had a couple scratched but everything else was fine. Even though I did not buy the car I cant believe he is going to try to sucker someone into that death trap. All I drive is manual transmission cars and he tries telling me that a clutch that is almost dead is in great shape. I wish there was something more I could do to help warn people of this lying dishonest sales person/ used car dealer owner who will say anything to get the sale and not care baout what may be wrong with the cars he sells. I am afraid to see a new driver take all the money they saved to buy a car go to this guy and end up with a car that need all kinds of work and they get the short deal. read more

Do not ever buy a car from this dealer. The cars and prices are not what they say they are. Bought an Audi A4 from this dealer with very low miles and one owner, on the test drive the blinkers did not work and the lights needed adjustment. They fixed these items and I bought the car. Right after the warranty expired the wiper linkage seized and both rear suspension springs failed. 3 months later I took the car in for a scheduled timing belt change and routine maintenance to find out that the pcv system had been broken for thousands of miles and they used jb weld to seal the valve covers to the heads of the engine, ruining the heads and valve covers and making it nearly impossible to service the valves. These people sell nice looking cars with major hidden issues, do not trust them or their "low milage" deals. It wouldnt surprise me if they were swapping instrument clusters to fake mileage. read more
