They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend.

I have also experienced seeing homeless ppl but they were actually paying customers and washing their laundry only other time was when they were being asked to leave because they weren't paying customers and I felt so bad I honestly would have let them sleep by back door but this establishment does not and I see they try to stay on top of the homeless problem . As for the washing machines not working they started phasing out the old ones I see the new ones are really nice I'm sure harder to keep clean I even catch myself putting unnecessary finger prints all the way around the door just for shits and giggles sorry guys but honestly you guys are doing great and I felt the need to come on here for the entertainment after last night that lady was not happy she overfilled that washer and broke it I also read her review God forbid workers have a life outside of the laundromat . What I overheard was the maintenence man was not able to come in until the next morning but the manager left a family dinner she was at to figure it out with her nephew is what i believe she said young boy which they did and I was surprised they were able to figure it out so quickly without having any prior experience to opening up a washer and I seen the clothes they took out of that ONE washer that was stuffed in TWO carts I took a picture management can't post but I can so I am like keep in mind these clothes are also soaking wet just imagine her stuffing them in while all of it was dry i wish i was there to see her stuffing it full like that probably took a lot of work definitely more than 10 loads that's why the washer broke I'm laughing because she even had a pillow in there but anyways getting help within 1hr is not a long time when it was your fault some of these reviews are so funny I will continue to go here because my experience has been good I do think a bench should be added for seating tho I know you probably removed because of the homeless but we need at least a bench. As for The bathroom maybe find a way so we can only access with an active laundry card so the homeless aren't able to go in them because I'm also sure that's why you can only use when a laundry attendant is in there?

I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. When I called the company and told them what happened, they said it was my fault because I stopped the machine, but the machine was not even running yet. I put the money in the machine and had momentarily pased the wash. When I ran it again, it asked for another $5.50, which I had already paid before. When I asked if I could get my money back, I wasn't given it. And was told instead I am not supposed to press the stop button and it was "my fault" my money was eaten up. So why is there a stop button there if we aren't supposed to use it? Or at least a sign?

Cons- this is the same with nearly all of the businesses- there is not a restroom open at all times for you to use. There is a chicken spot next door and it's located downtown if bathroom at chicken spot not available!!!
