She was detailed with her directions and also demonstrated the steps well before having us jump in. She also told us reasonings behind what we were doing to make us understand the process. I chose to make a bowl while my bf did a small flower vase. The process was so calming and our instructor made it so easy to understand. Parking: there were plenty of street parking for our time frame. For busier days though, I'd say give yourself ample time!

When I let her know I'm looking to drop in & I have prior experience she tells me "oh we're more of a beginners class or membership kind of studio so we don't really have anything for you..." Another women mentions they have a class offering but realizes it was the wrong date. I glance around at the completely empty studio & then she says "The only other thing is I have a class I'm teaching in...7 minutes & it's completely empty so you could attend that & just do what you want..." Why would you not lead with that? She tells me it'll be $110. I pass because I'm not paying an exorbitant price if this is the service I can expect from them. "Sorry we didn't have something for you." Sounded like you had something perfect for me but didn't want me to stay, so what on Earth do you mean?

We had two lovely instructors who guided us through the steps and walked around to make sure we were following along. I will say some steps did get confusing because there was a bit of miscommunication, but it was quickly corrected. I enjoyed the whole experience and can't wait to pick up my piece in 4-6 weeks! Thank you for making this is a studio a place to express creativity ! Side note, it is on Melrose so as you can expect parking is a bit of a hassle! It is all street parking and it's extremely busy considering there's so much to do in that area. If you're lucky you might find parking in the residential areas and avoid paying the meter. I've been bringing my son here for almost a year, he just turned 3. It's been really great for both of us. 2-5 is such a transitional time period full of all kinds of feelings. The teachers here really understand this age group and their needs. And the activities they do are so creative. Every day they are learning and creating, some days cooking. For Halloween they made their own costumes and presented a show for all the parents. They also learn letters and shapes and how to express feelings. And they always celebrate the kids birthdays. I have seen my son really blossom in this class. Most mornings he pops out of bed and names the teachers and some of his classmates, excited to go hang with everyone. It also has been wonderful for me to get a little time for myself. It's just the right amount of time, for me anyway. Can't recommend this place enough!
